Purpose提供和維護符合生產(chǎn)需求的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,提供并保障生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)品所需的工作環(huán)境。It aims to provide and maintain the infrastructure meeting production requirement and provide andguarantee the

3、 work environment production and product need.2、適用范圍2. Scope本程序適用于生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)品符合性所需的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和工作環(huán)境的控制。This procedure applies to control of infrastructure and work environment needed for production and productconformity .3、定義3. Definition3.1 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施:為公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營提供公共服務(wù)的永久性設(shè)施和設(shè)備系統(tǒng)。3.1 Infrastructure: Infrastructure and eq

4、uipment system providing public service to production and operation ofthe company.3.2 6S :整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養(yǎng)、安全3.2 6S: organization, neatness , cleaning , standardization , discipline and training and safety3.3 整理:將工作場所中的任何物品區(qū)分為必要的與不必要的,必要的留下來,不必要的物品徹 底清除。3.3 Organization: Divide items in the work area

5、as needed and not needed ones; have the needed item in thework area and sort out items not needed from the work area .3.4 整頓:必要的東西分門別類依規(guī)定的位置放置,并擺放整齊,加以標示。3.4 Neatness : Place necessary items in their places, keep them in order and mark them according toprovisions.3.5 清掃:清除工作場所內(nèi)的臟污,并防止臟污的發(fā)生,保持工作場所干凈亮

6、麗。3.5 Cleaning : Clean up the smudginess in the work area, prevent it from getting dirty and keepthe work area clear and clean.3.6 清潔:將 3S (整理、整頓、清掃)實施的做法制度化、規(guī)范化,并貫徹執(zhí)行及維持。3.6 Standardization : Systematize and standardize 3S (Organization, Neatness and Cleaning ), carry it out andmaintain it.3.7 素養(yǎng):人

7、人養(yǎng)成好習慣,依規(guī)定行事,培養(yǎng)積極進取的精神。3.7 Discipline and Training : Form good habit, act upon rules and cultivate active enterprising.4、職責4. Responsibilities4.1 人事部門負責基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和工作環(huán)境的管理。4.1 The HR department shall be responsible for infrastructure and work environment management .4.2 人事部門所有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的操作、點檢、維護保養(yǎng)和維修工作。4.2 The H

8、R department shall be responsible for operation, point inspection, maintenance and repair of allinfrastructures.4.3 人事部門負責全廠安全隱患的識別、改進與控制管理。4.3 The HR department shall be responsible for management of potential safety hazard identification,improvement and control.4.4 各部門協(xié)助人事部門對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和工作環(huán)境進行控制。4.4 Each

9、 department shall help the HR department to control the infrastructure and the work environment.5、程序5. Procedure5.1 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施識別5.1 Infrastructure identification5.1.1 建筑物:廠區(qū)的各類建筑,包括廠房、倉庫、辦公樓、實驗室、停車場、圍墻等。5.1.1 Building: All kinds of building in the factory, including plant, warehouse, office building, labo

10、ratory,parking lot and enclosure, etc.5.1.2 場地: 工廠生產(chǎn)所需的場所,包括車間、辦公場所、道路、綠化地等。5.1.2 Area: Places needed for production, including workshop, office space, road and forestation area, etc.5.1.3 輔助設(shè)施: 供電設(shè)施,給排水設(shè)施,各類氣體設(shè)施,消防設(shè)施,衛(wèi)生設(shè)施,照明設(shè)施,空 調(diào)等。5.1.3 Supporting facilities: power supply facilities, water supply

11、facility, gas supply facilities, fire-fightingequipments, health facilities, illumination facilities and air-conditioner, etc. 5.1.4 所有的設(shè)備、備件、工具、資料匯總于“設(shè)備、備件、工具、資料一覽表”中,并定期進行更新。5.1.4 Summarize all equipments, spare parts, tools and data in the“ equipments, spare partools and data list” and update it

12、periodically.5.2 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理5.2 Infrastructure management5.2.1 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的操作:包括開機、關(guān)機和系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)與參數(shù)設(shè)定。5.2.1 Infrastructure operation: including starting up, shutdown, system debugging and parameter setting.5.2.2 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的點檢:包括日常檢查、記錄和對存在問題的及時有效處理。根據(jù)“設(shè)備巡檢表” 定期對設(shè)備進行點檢。5.2.2 Point inspection of the infrastructure: including

13、 routine inspection, record and timely and effectivedisposal of the existing problems. Perform point inspection to the equipment according to “ equipmeinn-ptrocess checkform.5.2.3 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的保養(yǎng):制定“設(shè)備保養(yǎng)計劃” 包括保養(yǎng)計劃和保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容,保養(yǎng)工作的具體實施 和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)記錄于“設(shè)備保養(yǎng)任務(wù)書(月、季、年) ”中。5.2.3 Maintenance of the infrastructure: work out “

14、equipment maintenance project ”w,ith maintenanceproject and content included, and record the maintenance implementation and related data in the“ equipment maintenance mission book (monthly, quarterly, yearly) ”5.2.4 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的維修:包括日常維修和應(yīng)急維修,結(jié)果記錄于“設(shè)備維修記錄表”中。5.2.4 Maintenance of the infrastructure: includi

15、ng routing and emergency maintenance, recording the result inthe“ equipment maintenance r.ecord ”5.2.5 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的改進:包括內(nèi)容識別、方案確立、供應(yīng)商尋找與協(xié)商、材料和供應(yīng)商的確立、 現(xiàn)場施工的管理和項目的最終驗收。5.2.5 Improvement of the infrastructure: including content identification, scheme establishment, supplierseeking and consultation, material a

16、nd supplier determination, site operation management and final inspectionand acceptance of the project.5.2.6 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的備件:包括備件的識別、選型及統(tǒng)計、采購、驗收及倉庫的分類管理。5.2.6 Infrastructure spare parts: including identification, type selection and statistics, purchasing, inspectionand acceptance of the spare parts and ware

17、house classification and management.5.2.7 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的規(guī)劃:根據(jù)生產(chǎn)和工藝要求對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的布局進行規(guī)劃,包括現(xiàn)有規(guī)劃、近期 規(guī)劃和長遠規(guī)劃。5.2.7 Planning of infrastructure: Plan the layout of the infrastructure according to production and processrequirements, including existing planning, short-term and long-term planning.5.2.8 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的報廢:根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的使用年限和

18、實際的維修成本和可利用性,由人事部門填 寫“固定資產(chǎn)報廢申請表” 。5.2.8 Scraping of the infrastructure: the HR department fills out the “ fixedassets scraping application form ”according to the service life of the infrastructure and the actual maintenance costand availability.5.3 工作環(huán)境管理5.3 Work environment management5.3.1 工作環(huán)境要求:5

19、.3.1 Work environment requirement:1)工作環(huán)境首先必須符合國家消防安全要求,無毒無污染。1) The work environment shall meet the state fire-fighting safety requirement at first, and be free frompoison and pollution.2)工作環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、整潔,有防雨、防潮、防蟲、防腐措施,以保證對物料、半成品、成品、 文件資料、設(shè)施設(shè)備、用品用具等不會產(chǎn)生不良影響。2) The work environment shall be healthful and c

20、lean and tidy, with rain-proof, moisture-proof, insectprevention and corrosion prevention measures, so as to ensure that it does not impose undesirable impact onmaterials, semi-finished products, finished products, document materials, facilities and equipments andappliance and tools.3)特殊工作環(huán)境根據(jù)實施需要定出

21、特殊要求。3) Special work environment has special requirements according to needs.5.3.2 責任區(qū)域劃分5.3.2 Responsibility area division 根據(jù)工作內(nèi)容和性質(zhì)的不同,將工作環(huán)境劃分為不同區(qū)域,并明確各區(qū)域管理責任部門。Divide the work environment into different area and make clear management responsible department ofeach area according to difference of t

22、he job content and properties.5.3.3 工作環(huán)境的整理5.3.3 Work environment organization根據(jù)責任區(qū)的劃分,制定各區(qū)域的整理要求。Work out clearing requirement of each area according to the responsibility area division.5.3.4 工作環(huán)境的整頓5.3.4 Working environmentneatness1)公司內(nèi)所有工作場所必須進行定置管理,此外,工作場所和倉庫中采用標識劃分“通道”。1) Fixed place management

23、 shall be done to all work place within the company; in addition,useidentification todividepassagewawy”orkinpltahcee and warehouse.2)對工作場所和倉庫進行區(qū)域劃分并標識,并考慮工作流程及空間確定區(qū)域定置。2) Divide the work place and the warehouse into different areas and identify them, and determine areafixation by considering workflo

24、w and space.3)對于搬運工具、清潔用具、產(chǎn)品料斗等應(yīng)由管理人員統(tǒng)一放置于固定場所,并作好標識。3) The manager shall put the handbarrow, cleaning equipment and product hopper in fixed place andidentify them.4)工裝模、夾、檢具應(yīng)放在相應(yīng)的位置,并作好相應(yīng)標識。4) Put the production tooling mould, clamp and checking fixture in corresponding place and identify themcorre

25、spondingly.5.3.5 工作環(huán)境的清掃5.3.5 Work environment cleaning1)由各責任部門劃分清掃責任區(qū)域,每日進行清掃,以確保整理、整頓的效果。1) The responsible department shall divide cleaning responsible area and clean it every day so as toensure organization and neatness effect.2)建立區(qū)域衛(wèi)生負責人制度,按要求定期進行清掃。2) Establish regional cleaning principal syst

26、em and clean it periodically according to requirement.3)建立環(huán)境檢查班組,定期對現(xiàn)場所有區(qū)域進行檢查、打分和跟蹤。3) Establish environment inspection team to inspect, mark and trace all area periodically.5.3.6 工作環(huán)境的清潔5.3.6 Work environment standardization1)為保持責任區(qū)域內(nèi)的清潔,各區(qū)域責任人每日進行清掃。1) To keep the responsible area clean, the pers

27、on responsible for each area shall clean it every day.2)為維持必要的清潔,對影響清潔的現(xiàn)象由部門負責人提出糾正措施并改善。2) To maintain necessary cleanness, the department supervisor shall put forward corrective measures andimprove the phenomenon influence cleanness.5.3.7 工作環(huán)境的素養(yǎng)5.3.7 Work environment discipline and training1)由各責任
