Process characteristics:工藝特點(diǎn)：Electrical hoist is a special set and during assembly, no damage of every part shall be followed; construction and acceptance shall be performed strictly according to equipment technical regulations and code GB50278-98 Code for construction and acceptance o

4、f crane installation engineering.電動(dòng)葫蘆屬于特種設(shè)備，其組裝時(shí)應(yīng)以不得損傷任何零部件為原則，并應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)備技術(shù)文件規(guī)定及起重機(jī)設(shè)備安裝工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50278-98 組織施工和驗(yàn)收。3. Construction preparation施工前準(zhǔn)備3.1 After electrical hoist is delivered to jobsite, first check to see is there is any damage during transportation and if there is, it shall be repaired i

5、mmediately and then cane be used.電動(dòng)葫蘆到達(dá)安裝地點(diǎn)后,首先應(yīng)先檢查在運(yùn)輸途中有無損壞情況,若發(fā)現(xiàn)有損壞情況,應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)方可使用.3.2 Check technical documents for equipment to see if types and specs comply with design requirements and technical safety explanation shall be carried out according to construction plan.清點(diǎn)設(shè)備技術(shù)文件，核查設(shè)備型號(hào)是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并按施工方案進(jìn)

6、行安全技術(shù)交底。4. Installation sequence and technical measurements:安裝程序及技術(shù)措施：4.1Installation sequence: construction preparationcheck as per packing list and acceptanceinstallation of electrical hoistinstallation of electrical equipmentstrial operation and acceptance安裝順序：施工準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備開箱清點(diǎn)和檢查驗(yàn)收電動(dòng)葫蘆安裝電氣設(shè)備安裝試運(yùn)驗(yàn)收。4.2O

7、pen-box check and acceptance: check type, specs and quantity of parts andcomponents of equipment according to packing list to se if they comply with design and technical documents requirements and bear with qualification certificates; there shall be no distortion, damage or rust, especially for wire

8、 no rust, damage, bend, twisting, cracks and breaking etc.設(shè)備開箱檢查驗(yàn)收：按裝箱清單檢查設(shè)備零、部件材料及附件的型號(hào)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量，符合設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的要求，且有出廠合格證，機(jī)電設(shè)備應(yīng)未變形、損傷和銹蝕，尤其是鋼絲繩不得有銹蝕、損傷、彎折、打環(huán)、結(jié)扣、裂嘴、松散和斷絲現(xiàn)象。4.3Track acceptance: difference to practical central line of tracking against elevation position of installation datum line shall be

9、 no more than 5mm; limit device and retarder shall be set on track to prevent digression.軌道驗(yàn)收：軌裝的實(shí)際中心線對(duì)安裝基準(zhǔn)線的水平位置的偏差不得大于 5 ，軌道上應(yīng)有限位裝置及緩沖裝置,以防止葫蘆脫軌。4.4 Installation of wire and hook shall comply with requirements of technical documents. Fixing of wire head, rolling canister and hook and fixation of f

10、asteners shall strictly comply with requirements of technical documents.鋼絲繩與吊鉤的安裝應(yīng)按設(shè)備技術(shù)文件規(guī)定纏繞方法進(jìn)行，其鋼絲繩頭與卷筒體及吊鉤的固定方法，緊固件擰緊度均應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按技術(shù)文件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。4.5A whole stage inspection shall be performed after completion of installation as followings:在安裝完畢后應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次全面檢查,檢查內(nèi)容如下:4.5.1Electrical position can meet electricity t

11、ypes and operation voltage requirements at installation point.電動(dòng)葫蘆的電氣裝置是否適合于安裝地點(diǎn)的電流種類和工作電壓4.5.2 Reliable electrical connection.電氣線路連接是否正確可靠4.5.3Limit device shall be correct, flexible and reliable.限位裝置動(dòng)作是否正確、靈活、可靠4.5.4 All lubricant needed is set.所有潤滑部份是否分別加足潤滑油4.5.5 Reliable biting between wheel an

12、d track.車輪與軌道接合是否可靠4.5.6When selecting power supply cables, make sure that power at inlet end of motor is no less than 90% of rated voltage.選擇供電電纜時(shí)必須保證電機(jī)進(jìn)線端電源不低于額定電壓的 90%5. Trial operation試運(yùn)行：5.1Prior to trial operation of electrical hoist, following conditions must be reached:電動(dòng)葫蘆試運(yùn)行前應(yīng)確認(rèn)下列準(zhǔn)備工作及條件已具

13、備：5.1.1 All mechanical parts, equipments, circuits and devices have been installed and commissioned according to related requirements in code CB50278-98.電動(dòng)葫蘆所有機(jī)械零部件、設(shè)備、電器線路及設(shè)備均已按設(shè)備技術(shù)文件及規(guī)范 CB50278-98中第十一章第 1-6 相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的程序逐項(xiàng)進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試完。5.1.2 Prior to trial operation, inspection and acceptance for trial operat

14、ion shall be performed together with local government, owner and supervision company.電動(dòng)葫蘆試運(yùn)前應(yīng)按規(guī)定報(bào)請(qǐng)當(dāng)?shù)丶夹g(shù)監(jiān)督部門及業(yè)主方，監(jiān)理方專業(yè)人員共同參加其試運(yùn)檢查驗(yàn)收工作全部過程。5.1.3During trial operation, each procedure shall be carefully and correctly followed. All trial operation results shall be signed by representatives of constructio

15、n, supervision and owner.電動(dòng)葫蘆試運(yùn)時(shí)，應(yīng)按規(guī)定做好每道試運(yùn)程序，并且準(zhǔn)確，所有試運(yùn)結(jié)果應(yīng)有施工、監(jiān)理、建設(shè)單位三方代表認(rèn)可簽字。5.1.4Prior to obtaining of certificate from local government for crane, it can not be handed to use.起重機(jī)未取得技術(shù)監(jiān)督管理部門的使用證前，不得交付使用。5.2 Trial run without loading空負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：5.2.1Inspection prior to trial run:試運(yùn)前的檢查：5.2.1.1Safety lin

16、k-lock device, arrester, lighting and signal system in electrical system are installed and complying with code requirements and shall keep flexible, correct and reliable when simulating.電氣系統(tǒng)中的安全聯(lián)鎖裝置、制動(dòng)器、照明和信號(hào)系統(tǒng)等安裝完畢，且符合規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其模擬試驗(yàn)時(shí)動(dòng)作應(yīng)靈敏、準(zhǔn)確、可靠。5.2.1.2 Fixing of wire head, rolling canister and hook and

17、 fixation of fasteners shall strictly comply with requirements of technical documents.鋼絲繩端的固定及其在吊鉤、滑輪組和卷筒上的纏繞應(yīng)正確、可靠。5.2.1.3 Lubricant point, performance, types and quantity of lubricant shall comply with related regulations.各潤滑點(diǎn)和減速器新加注的潤滑油及潤滑脂的性能、型號(hào)和數(shù)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件中的規(guī)定。5.2.1.4 For breaking wheel for var

18、ious active devices, inspect its breaking space and working journey to see if complying with technical regulations; if not, adjustment shall be carried out; space shall be equal.盤動(dòng)各運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的制動(dòng)輪，檢查其制動(dòng)間隙及工作行程是否符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定值，否則應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整，其兩制動(dòng)瓦與制動(dòng)輪之間間隙應(yīng)均勻。5.2.2 Trial run:試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：5.2.2.1Operation direction (controllin

19、g device) shall coordinate with running direction of various units if electrical hoist.操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的操作方向（控制器）應(yīng)與電動(dòng)葫蘆的各機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向相符。5.2.2.2 Start motor; its operation shall be in order; no track clip or block is allowed when operation; arrester shall be correct and reliable.啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)，其運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)正常，小車運(yùn)行時(shí)，不應(yīng)卡軌，制動(dòng)器動(dòng)作應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確、可靠。5.2

20、.2.3When hook reaches lowest position, wire winding on rolling canister shall be no less than 3 round (including).當(dāng)?shù)蹉^下降到最低位置時(shí)，卷筒上鋼絲繩的纏繞應(yīng)不小于 3 圈（含因達(dá)到圈）。5.2.2.4 During trial operation, acting shall be no less than 5 times and shall be carried out correctly, or else next move can not be taken.試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，動(dòng)作次數(shù)

21、應(yīng)不應(yīng)小于 5 次，且應(yīng)動(dòng)作準(zhǔn)確無誤，否則不得進(jìn)行下項(xiàng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。5.2.2.5 After qualifying of trial operation of electrical hoist device, submit to local government and then perform static loading and active loading trial operation; prior to trial operation, operation time and measuring method shall be planned and determined by , and

22、 whole stage and final evaluation shall be under, local government, project supervision and owner.電動(dòng)葫蘆空負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)合格后，應(yīng)向當(dāng)?shù)丶夹g(shù)監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)提出申請(qǐng)，方可進(jìn)行靜負(fù)荷、動(dòng)負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，且試運(yùn)前應(yīng)由技術(shù)監(jiān)督、工程監(jiān)理、業(yè)主等方面的專業(yè)人員共同擬定試運(yùn)時(shí)間、測試方式。并參加試運(yùn)行的全過程和試運(yùn)行的最終評(píng)審工作。6.
