2、of the S-600 water and steam device.本手冊適用于 S-600 水汽取樣裝置在現(xiàn)場的啟動、停運(yùn)和日常操作This manual is suitable for field startup, stoppage and routine work of theS-600 water and steam device.2.1.2裝置啟動前操作2 The operation before startup2.1降溫架3.2.1Cooling frame5.1.1所有高壓閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。5.2.1 All the high pressure valves need to

3、 be close.5.2.2所有各連接接頭、緊固件不應(yīng)有松動、脫落現(xiàn)象。5.1.2 All conjunctions and fasteners shouldn t be loosen and be falloff.5.1.3恒壓裝置壓力調(diào)節(jié)螺母旋至中位，出口調(diào)節(jié)閥處于關(guān)斷狀態(tài)。5.2.3 Put the pressure adjusting nut of constant pressure device at median, andclose the outer adjusting valves.5.2.4打開冷卻水進(jìn)出口母管總閥，冷卻水進(jìn)口母管的壓力應(yīng)大于0.2MPa。25.1.4 Op

4、en the master valve of cooling water in-and-out parent pipes and thepressure should over than 0.2MPa。3.2.2 人工取樣盤、儀表盤3.3.2Artificial sampling boards, dash boards3.3.2檢查所有閥門及部件連接處是否連接可靠。5.3.1 Check all the conjunctions between valves and parts firmly5.3.2人工取樣盤上的限流閥應(yīng)處于最大開度。3.3.2 The current-limiting va

5、lves of artificial sampling boards need to be largestopen.3.3.2關(guān)閉儀表盤上所有儀表取樣閥門。5.3.3 Closed all the meter-sampling valves of dash boards.3.3.2 裝置閉環(huán)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)3.2.3Closed device of protecting system5.3.1溫控開關(guān)Temperature controlling switches 溫控開關(guān)通電后輸出閉合信號，保護(hù)裝置應(yīng)實施保護(hù)動作。 When the temperature controlling switches

8、xactitude.3 裝置啟動2.1.3.Device startup2.1.3降溫架Cooling frame依次開啟冷卻器的進(jìn)出口球閥。Open the in-and out ball valves of cooling devices one by one in order.返沖過濾器置于“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)。The recoiling filter is on running.逐路開啟裝置樣水進(jìn)口一次門和二次門(全開) ，打開排污門到最大開 度，對各路樣水逐路進(jìn)行排污。Openthe first inner door of sampling water device, and then th

9、e second one(full), and open the blow-off door largest for draining.4排污結(jié)束，關(guān)閉排污門。Turn off the blow-off doors after draining.打開恒壓裝置出口關(guān)斷閥Open stopped valves of constant pressure devices.人工取樣盤2.1.3Artificial sampling boards2.2.3開啟人工取樣盤樣水門。Open the door of artificial sampling boards.調(diào)出人工取樣流量。2.2.3 Analyz

10、e the flow rate of artificial sampling.2.1.3儀表盤Dash boards取出各儀表樣水過濾器濾芯。Get out filter elements of each sampling water meter.從各發(fā)送器內(nèi)取出電極。Take out the poles from each transmitter.開啟儀表盤上各入口節(jié)流閥，對儀表樣水管路進(jìn)行沖洗，時間 1 分鐘。 沖洗結(jié)束后，重新安裝好樣水過濾器濾芯和發(fā)送器電極。Openthe inlet throttles of dash boards and wash pipes by 1 minute

11、, then fullinstall them.全開恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥根據(jù)每路樣水所配儀表的數(shù)量，調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝 置調(diào)節(jié)5螺母，使樣水總流量符合要求。According to the quantity of sampling water meter, full open the outeradjusting valves of constant pressure devices, while as to adjust the nuts formeeting the request.注：人工調(diào)節(jié)流量為500ml/min , DD PH 表均為 300ml/min , O2表500ml/min ， 其

14、nner first door and second door of cooling frame.關(guān)閉儀表盤節(jié)流閥。4.2 Close the throttle of dash boards.4.3 關(guān)閉溫控電源、儀表電源、恒溫裝置電源。Close the power of temperature controlling, meter and constant devices.關(guān)閉裝置的冷卻水源。Close the cooling headwater of devices.5 裝置運(yùn)行注意事項5. Matters needing attention5.1 高壓閥high pressure va

15、lves高壓閥門必須處于全開狀態(tài)或全關(guān)狀態(tài)，禁止用作節(jié)流。The high pressure valves should to be full open or full closed, and which isforbidden for cutting flow.打開或關(guān)閉高壓閥時，必須使用專用工具扭力扳手，按高壓閥操作指 南要求的扭力矩進(jìn)行操作。5.1.2It should use special tension wrench when open and close the high pressurevalves and according to the operation manual o

16、f high pressure valves.筒形冷卻器5.2 Tube-shaped cooler5.2.1冷卻器冷卻水進(jìn)出口球閥必須全開。7The inner and outer ball valves of cooling water of cooling devices should be open.5.3 高壓過濾器high pressure filters正常取樣Sampling正常運(yùn)行時高壓過濾器手輪處于水平“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)The high pressure filters are running when it on error-free running period.返沖清洗Re

17、coiling wash返沖清洗規(guī)定時間為每 15 天一次。返沖清洗前，先打開排污閥， 1 分鐘 后，逆時針 90旋轉(zhuǎn)高壓過濾器手輪，使手輪處于垂直“返沖”狀態(tài)，返沖 清洗時間 15秒。沖洗結(jié)束后， 旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪處于水平“運(yùn)行” 狀態(tài)，關(guān)閉排污閥。Recoil washing should be done in each 15 days. Open the blow-off valvesbefore washing, then get the hand wheel of high pressure filter counterclockwiserotation 90after 1 minute,

Then the rotary hand wheel should be on running andclose the blow-off valves after finishing. 注：在機(jī)組啟動初期，不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行返沖清洗。PS: It can not to recoiling wash at the beginning of start-up高壓排污5.4 high-pressure draining 沖管排污規(guī)定時間為每周一次。排污時，先關(guān)閉恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥， 再打開高壓排污閥，進(jìn)行正常

19、排污，時間 1 分鐘，排污結(jié)束后，關(guān)8閉高壓排 污門，打開恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥。Washing pipes drain in each one week. Close the outer adjusting valves ofconstant pressure devices and then open high pressure blow-off valves beforedraining, and hold on 1 minute. Close highpressure blow-off door and open the outer adjusting valves of constant

20、 pressuredevices when it is finished.注：必須逐路排污，嚴(yán)禁同時多路排污。PS: It must be drained one by one.5.5 壓力、流量的調(diào)節(jié)adjusting of pressure and flow壓力、流量調(diào)節(jié)Adjusting of pressure and flow緩慢調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置調(diào)節(jié)螺母，使壓力在0.25Mpa 至 0.38Mpa 之間。根據(jù)每路樣水所配儀表的數(shù)量，使樣水總流量符合要求。在壓力、流量均允許范圍內(nèi) 調(diào)定。Adjust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly,

To makesure the total sampling water flow rate ismeet the requirement according to the quantity of sampling water meter, and adjustthem under the suitable range of pressure and flow rate.注：人工取樣 500ml/min ; DD PH 表均為 300ml/min ; O2表 500ml/min ; 其

22、 它表計 150ml/min ?？偭髁繛樯鲜隽髁亢偷?1 至 1.2 倍。PS: the flow rate of manpower is 500ml/min; DD, PH are 300ml/min; O29meter is 500ml/min; other meters are 150ml/min. The total discharge is anabove-mentioned discharge with of 100%-120%.流量偏小時采取的措施The measures of the flow small than normal對高壓過濾器進(jìn)行返沖排污，清除濾芯過濾孔中雜質(zhì)，增

23、加通流量。Drain the high filter and clean the impurity of filter element for adding through-flowrate.緩慢調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置調(diào)節(jié)螺母。Adjust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly.日常調(diào)節(jié)Normal adjusting按 4.1 要求每周調(diào)節(jié)一次。According to 4.1 says once a week.保護(hù)功能檢查5.6 check the protecting system 恒壓裝置具有自鎖保護(hù)功能，即恒壓裝置后端保護(hù)裝置因某種原因動作 保護(hù)后，恒壓裝置因樣水系統(tǒng)壓力升高而自動鎖閉樣水通道，故每星期要定 期進(jìn)行一次冷卻水?dāng)嗨驑铀瑴乇Ｗo(hù)試驗，以便檢查保護(hù)裝置的可靠性及 恒壓裝置的自鎖功能。The constant pressure device had protecting function of self-locking, whichnamely constant pressure de
