2、/數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生歷程http:/ TCGA數(shù)據(jù)的產(chǎn)生歷程：1. 組織樣本和臨床數(shù)據(jù)來源網(wǎng)站(TSS)收集的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到Biospecimen核心資源(BCRs)。2. BCRs提交臨床數(shù)據(jù)和元數(shù)據(jù)到數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)調(diào)中心(DCC)和測序中心(GSCs),獲取組織變異數(shù)據(jù),然后提交給DCC。3. GSCs提交跟蹤文件,序列比對后文件到癌癥基因組學中心(CGHub)。4. 提交給DCC和CGHub的數(shù)據(jù)可供研究團隊和基因組數(shù)據(jù)分析中心(GDACs)使用。5. 分析pipeline以及由GDACs產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果通過DCC保存到研究社區(qū)（community）中。http:/canc
