1、1亠、引言在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,開展英語(yǔ)短 劇表演,不僅能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí) 興趣,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性,提 高學(xué)生的聽說能力,而且可以培 養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,豐富第 二課堂。英語(yǔ)短劇表演是英語(yǔ)教學(xué)重要方法之一。英語(yǔ)短劇表演是指對(duì)某些對(duì)話、短文、小說、故事、寓言、新聞 甚至電視、電影等進(jìn)行改編,在課堂上用表演的形式展示出來。學(xué)生通過 小組活動(dòng),對(duì)英語(yǔ)短劇進(jìn)行編寫、排練、表演,最后進(jìn)行師生評(píng)價(jià)。這種 教學(xué)方法以學(xué)生為中心,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和主動(dòng)性。英語(yǔ) 短劇表演給學(xué)生帶來真實(shí)、恰當(dāng)、令人愜意的思想交流和情感交流,給他 們帶來了在平常英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言課堂里所欠缺的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。不僅延伸了學(xué)生 英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)

2、間和空間,又很大程度的激發(fā)了學(xué)生繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。 同時(shí), 這樣的活動(dòng)賦予教師全方位的教學(xué)策略,給他們的課堂教學(xué)創(chuàng)造以學(xué)生為 主的活動(dòng)提供了一個(gè)寬泛的選擇,因而也提高了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的效益。二、英語(yǔ)短劇表演的意義1. 激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性人們常說:興趣是最好的老師,隨著英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的增加,知識(shí)難度的 增大,很多學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生了畏懼情緒,失去了學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。面對(duì)這 種情況,教師不僅利用多種教學(xué)方法,如對(duì)話、復(fù)述、背誦、看圖說話等; 而且采用多種教學(xué)手段,如:錄音機(jī)、語(yǔ)言實(shí)驗(yàn)室等教學(xué)方式,不斷摸索 提高學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)興趣的方法和途徑,但都無法阻止大多數(shù)學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)興 趣的衰退。然而,英語(yǔ)短劇

3、教學(xué)方式的出現(xiàn),情景就截然不同了。英語(yǔ)短 劇的表演激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣 , 調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性 , 活 躍了課堂氣氛,調(diào)節(jié)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的壓力,幫助學(xué)生克服膽怯的心理、培養(yǎng) 學(xué)生的參與意識(shí)、合作精神和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,并且能充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的課內(nèi)外學(xué) 習(xí)英語(yǔ)的主動(dòng)性和積極性。2. 提高學(xué)生聽說能力目前大學(xué)英語(yǔ)聽力和口語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的確存在不少缺憾,比如教材老化, 教學(xué)方式單調(diào)等。在大學(xué)英語(yǔ)聽說課中,教師往往讓學(xué)生聽?zhēng)灼恼拢?幾個(gè)對(duì)話,討論幾個(gè)問題就匆匆了事。長(zhǎng)此以往,不僅減退學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ) 的積極性,學(xué)生的聽說水平也無法有效提高。而采用英語(yǔ)短劇可以將大量 的情景應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言 , 讓學(xué)生聽、說、背,熟能生巧

4、 , 然后通過面部表情、 神態(tài)、 動(dòng)作、語(yǔ)調(diào)的抑揚(yáng)頓挫以表演的方式展現(xiàn)出來。英語(yǔ)短劇表演不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了 語(yǔ)言形式與內(nèi)容的結(jié)合,延伸了語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間與空間,將語(yǔ)言的范疇從 有聲文字拓展到了肢體、情感、技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域,而且還是實(shí)現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)交互性教 學(xué)的重要手段,學(xué)生沉浸在短劇創(chuàng)設(shè)的語(yǔ)言情境中大膽地實(shí)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)言對(duì)話, 極大地提高了英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的聽說能力。3. 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,豐富第二課堂教師要求學(xué)生在課下編寫英語(yǔ)短劇, 鼓勵(lì)他們編排英語(yǔ)短劇進(jìn)行表演,這發(fā)展了學(xué)生的認(rèn)知策略。在準(zhǔn)備表演的前幾天或前一周,小組成員積極 上網(wǎng)或去圖書館挑選適合表演的材料,刺激了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)策略。學(xué)生課下 自行認(rèn)真編寫、翻譯短劇,一起交流、

5、探討、解決問題,在準(zhǔn)備期間,逐 漸樹立信心,達(dá)到“獨(dú)立地獲取信息和資料,并能加以整理、分析、歸納 和總結(jié)的目標(biāo)。從表演前的策劃到之后的實(shí)施,直至完成表演后的自評(píng)、 互評(píng),這些均促進(jìn)學(xué)生更多自覺應(yīng)用調(diào)控策略。學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)短劇表演 的過程中不斷參與交互式的合作訓(xùn)練,體驗(yàn)進(jìn)步與成功,認(rèn)識(shí)自我,建立 自信。從而,學(xué)生由被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)轉(zhuǎn)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng) 性,這不僅增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,也豐富了英語(yǔ)第二課堂。三、英語(yǔ)短劇表演的理論依據(jù)建構(gòu)主義認(rèn)為,學(xué)生是信息加工的主體、是意義的主動(dòng)建構(gòu)者,而不 是外部刺激的被動(dòng)接受者和被灌輸?shù)膶?duì)象。建構(gòu)主義還認(rèn)為,知識(shí)不是通 過教師傳授得到,而是學(xué)習(xí)者在

6、一定的情境即社會(huì)文化背景下,借助其他 人的幫助,利用必要的學(xué)習(xí)資料,通過意義建構(gòu)的方式而獲得。由于學(xué)習(xí) 是在一定的情境即社會(huì)文化背景下,借助其他人的幫助即通過人際間的協(xié) 作活動(dòng)而實(shí)現(xiàn)的意義建構(gòu)過程,因此建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論認(rèn)為“情境”“作”“、會(huì)話”和“意義建構(gòu)”是學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中的四大要素。英文短劇是戲劇 的一種,集演員藝術(shù)、音樂、語(yǔ)言和舞蹈于一體,語(yǔ)言主要以口語(yǔ)為主, 通過舞臺(tái)說明、臺(tái)詞及人物表演來體現(xiàn)人物性格和塑造人物形象。故事情 節(jié)的展開、高潮與結(jié)局則主要體現(xiàn)在人物的對(duì)白和表演里。英語(yǔ)短劇表演 作為傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式的補(bǔ)充方式,通過環(huán)境布置、教具學(xué)具的使用以及多種教學(xué)活動(dòng)的組織等,虛擬英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的“情境

7、”,利用同伴間的“協(xié)作”和“會(huì) 話”,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,為學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)提供了較為充分的情境刺激 和認(rèn)知引導(dǎo),提咼了學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的效益,最終完成“意義建構(gòu)”。四、英語(yǔ)短劇表演在教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用1. 操作過程教師可以將全班分成四人或六人一組,每組選派一名負(fù)責(zé)人帶領(lǐng)大家 共同編寫劇本,進(jìn)行排練,并準(zhǔn)備好表演道具。每次上課前各小組輪流上 臺(tái)表演,每組負(fù)責(zé)人上前把劇本中的生詞和短語(yǔ)寫在黑板上。輪到小組表 演時(shí),學(xué)生聲音要響亮,發(fā)音正確,脫稿表演,每組表演 5到10分鐘。表 演結(jié)束時(shí),學(xué)生和教師針對(duì)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)音、內(nèi)容和技巧等進(jìn)行及時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)。之 后,各組整理劇本,遞交帶有封面設(shè)計(jì)的劇本。這種方法訓(xùn)練了學(xué)生寫作

8、能力和繪畫能力。表演當(dāng)天對(duì)學(xué)生的表演給予終結(jié)性評(píng)估打分,使他們體 驗(yàn)到成功的快樂。2. 教師角色教師是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的參與者、指導(dǎo)者和評(píng)價(jià)者。在學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備表演的 過程中,教師提供知識(shí)平臺(tái),指導(dǎo)和幫助學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與,親身實(shí)踐和合作 探究。同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生搜索和處理信息的能力、自己獲取新知識(shí)的能力、分 析解決問題的能力以及交流與合作的能力。 在這過程中,教師不再只是“知 識(shí)的傳授者,而是科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)者,活動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)者,過程的參與者,解決問 題的幫助者和評(píng)價(jià)者”。教師適時(shí)啟發(fā)學(xué)生,與學(xué)生共同探討問題。學(xué)生在 課堂表演的時(shí)候,教師掌控課堂,處理學(xué)生在表演過程中的突發(fā)事情,以確保表演順利進(jìn)行。在學(xué)生表演后,教師是重要

9、的評(píng)價(jià)者。教師指出這次 表演中學(xué)生的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),幫助學(xué)生更好地進(jìn)行自評(píng)、互評(píng),以取得下次更大 的進(jìn)步。這樣師生之間建立了平等和諧的關(guān)系,建立起“學(xué)習(xí)共同體”。3. 評(píng)價(jià)評(píng)價(jià)可分為形成性評(píng)價(jià)和終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)。形成性評(píng)價(jià)可分為學(xué)生自評(píng), 學(xué)生間的互評(píng)和教師對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)。學(xué)生表演結(jié)束后,教師應(yīng)對(duì)其表演進(jìn) 行及時(shí)評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)讓其他學(xué)生發(fā)表評(píng)論,參與評(píng)價(jià),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的參與意識(shí) 和鑒賞能力;教師也可以根據(jù)學(xué)生表演時(shí)記錄下的細(xì)節(jié)對(duì)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ) 調(diào)、動(dòng)作、創(chuàng)造性、句型、使用的豐富性等進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。教師在對(duì)學(xué)生的英 語(yǔ)短劇的表演進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)時(shí),評(píng)價(jià)的語(yǔ)言要熱情,要選擇帶有鼓勵(lì)性的語(yǔ)言, 對(duì)學(xué)生不足的地方應(yīng)以建議的方式提出來,激發(fā)

10、學(xué)生的表演興趣,從而培 養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。五、結(jié)語(yǔ)英文短劇表演在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中起到了重要的作用。英語(yǔ)短劇表演使課堂 氣氛活躍、輕松、自然、有趣,拉近師生之間的距離,“以學(xué)生為中心”,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力,激發(fā)學(xué)生的參與熱情,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能 力。英語(yǔ)短劇表演作為英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的輔助手段,讓學(xué)生在輕松愉快的氣氛中 學(xué)到了語(yǔ)言知識(shí),提高了語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。英語(yǔ)短劇表演評(píng)價(jià)表DateClassGrade表演人員評(píng)價(jià)細(xì)則優(yōu)差:10分3分1學(xué)生表演對(duì)話語(yǔ) 速適中。2學(xué)生表演動(dòng)作到 位。3學(xué)生表演聲音響 亮。4語(yǔ)音準(zhǔn)確。5劇本有創(chuàng)意。6配置導(dǎo)具。7能體驗(yàn)合作精 神。8情境分明。9表情逼真。個(gè)人總分團(tuán)體總分Plea
