1、2014-2015學(xué)年第1學(xué)期材料CAE/ CAM仿真技術(shù)課程論文連桿工件受力仿真計(jì)算學(xué)號:20113451姓名:許 璐 迪班級:材料3班一、項(xiàng)目描述本項(xiàng)目旨在通過有限元的方法模擬連桿工件的工作狀態(tài),分析連桿工件在受到拉應(yīng)力或壓應(yīng)力時(shí)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變情況。具體工況見 圖1-1,圖中看到連桿的作用是將活塞承受的力傳給曲軸,并使活塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榍S的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。連桿機(jī)構(gòu)中兩端分別與主動(dòng)和從動(dòng)構(gòu)件鉸接以傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)和力的桿件。在往復(fù)活塞式動(dòng)力機(jī)械和壓縮機(jī)中,用連桿來連接活塞與曲柄。連桿多為鋼件,其主體部分的截面多為圓形或工字形。連桿是汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中的重要零件,它連接著活塞和曲軸,其作用是將活塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榍?/p>

2、軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),并把作用在活塞上的力傳給曲軸以輸出功率。圖1-1 活塞連桿工況示意圖連桿在工作中,除承受燃燒室燃?xì)猱a(chǎn)生的壓力外,還要承受縱向和橫向的慣性力。因此,連桿在一個(gè)復(fù)雜的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下工作。它既受交變的拉壓應(yīng)力、又受彎曲應(yīng)力。連桿的主要損壞形式是疲勞斷裂和過量變形。通常疲勞斷裂的部位是在連桿上的三個(gè)高應(yīng)力區(qū)域。連桿的工作條件要求連桿具有較高的強(qiáng)度和抗疲勞性能;又要求具有足夠的鋼性和韌性。傳統(tǒng)連桿加工工藝中其材料一般采用45鋼、40r或40MnB等調(diào)質(zhì)鋼,但現(xiàn)在國外所廣泛采用的先進(jìn)連桿裂解(conrod fracture splitting)的加工技術(shù)要求其脆性較大,硬度更高,因此,以德國汽車

3、企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的新型連桿材料如C70S6高碳微合金非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼、SPLITASCO系列鍛鋼、FRACTIM鍛鋼和S53CV-FS鍛鋼等(以上均為德國din標(biāo)準(zhǔn))。合金鋼雖具有很高強(qiáng)度,擔(dān)對應(yīng)力集中很敏感。所以,在連桿外形、過度圓角等方面需嚴(yán)格要求,還應(yīng)注意表面加工質(zhì)量以提高疲勞強(qiáng)度,否則高強(qiáng)度合金鋼的應(yīng)用并不能達(dá)到預(yù)期果。本次連桿工件受力仿真計(jì)算設(shè)定材料各項(xiàng)同性,為40鋼,連桿詳細(xì)情況見表1-2,其中楊氏彈性模量EX=2E11Pa,泊松比PRXY=0.3。實(shí)際連桿工件的結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖見圖1-3。零件名稱中心孔距/mm厚度/mm大頭孔直徑/mm小頭孔直徑/mm材料熱處理硬度/HBW屈服強(qiáng)度/MPa備注連桿21

4、73865.529.540鋼調(diào)質(zhì)207-241350表面無裂紋,氧化,腐蝕等缺陷表1-2 連桿零件材料詳細(xì)情況圖1-3 連桿零件實(shí)物圖二、建模過程1、建模思路首先,創(chuàng)建點(diǎn)、線、面等結(jié)構(gòu)單元,然后進(jìn)行拖拉得到三維實(shí)體單元,再利用booleam運(yùn)算將各實(shí)體單元拼湊到一起,并挖掉多余部分而得到近似的連桿工件模型。利用ANSYS進(jìn)行分析求得連桿工件簡單工況下的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變狀態(tài)。2、單元類型選擇本次連桿工件實(shí)體單元的類型為SOLID45【Brick 8node 45】。3、材料屬性選擇本次連桿工件實(shí)體單元的屬性: EX=200GPa,PRXY=0.3;4、幾何建模西南交通大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 學(xué)號:201

5、13451 姓名:許璐迪步驟1步驟2步驟3步驟4步驟5步驟65、劃分網(wǎng)格啟動(dòng)網(wǎng)格劃分工具,將智能網(wǎng)格劃分器(Smart Sizing)設(shè)定為“on”,將滑動(dòng)碼設(shè)置為“5”,確認(rèn)Mesh Tool的各選項(xiàng)為“Volumes”、“Tet”和“Free”。網(wǎng)格劃分完成后的結(jié)果圖,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)此實(shí)體模型所包含的單元數(shù)目見為63901,節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)目為13090。具體情況見圖2-1。圖2-1 劃分網(wǎng)格示意圖三、載荷與約束設(shè)定說明:模擬最簡單的情況,不考慮交變的拉壓應(yīng)力和所受彎曲應(yīng)力,工作過程中某一時(shí)刻瞬間,連桿工件只受到最大拉應(yīng)力作用。設(shè)定連桿工件小軸孔內(nèi)面受到全約束,連桿工件大軸孔內(nèi)安裝一個(gè)耦合的軸,軸的示意圖見

6、圖3-1,用于承受作用力,詳細(xì)約束和載荷見圖3-2。然后通過有限元的方法模擬連桿工件的工作狀態(tài),分析連桿工件在受到到應(yīng)力時(shí)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變情況,以求解可在軸上施加的最大載荷。約束:對連桿工件小軸孔內(nèi)圓環(huán)面設(shè)置全約束。載荷:對連桿工件大軸孔內(nèi)的軸施加面載荷P,方向?yàn)閄軸負(fù)方向。圖3-1 軸的示意圖圖3-2 約束和載荷設(shè)定示意圖四、結(jié)果分析此連桿零件材料為40鋼,經(jīng)過調(diào)質(zhì)處理后抗拉強(qiáng)度可達(dá)570MPa600 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度大約350 MPa,此連桿零件工作狀態(tài)為動(dòng)載變化,必須考慮疲勞強(qiáng)度情況,一般鋼材疲勞強(qiáng)度為0.45-0.5b,所以此40鋼材料的疲勞強(qiáng)度理論最低值大約為250 MPa。則此連桿零件在安

7、全工作受力狀態(tài)下,其結(jié)構(gòu)上所受最大應(yīng)力值應(yīng)不超過250 MPa。通過有限元的方法模擬連桿工件的工作狀態(tài),經(jīng)過反復(fù)加載和求解,最終確定施加面載荷P=70.7 MPa時(shí),連桿零件上最大應(yīng)力處的應(yīng)力為=250MPa,此時(shí)受最大應(yīng)力的位置在連桿工件小軸孔與桿的連接處,也就是說這里是整個(gè)連桿工件最薄弱的部分,只要保證此處所受力不超過安全應(yīng)力,那連桿工件就是安全工作。加載的力F=P*S,施加載荷的面的面積是S=0.0016平方米,所以算得在軸上加載的力為F=113kN,也就是說活塞傳給曲軸的力大約不超過113kN就是安全的。圖4-1 連桿零件等效應(yīng)力云圖五、命令流 1.建模的命令流/BATCH /COM,
