2、SHIP LESSONKeeping an Open Mind保持暢通的思想It is very important when we truly want to communicate with understanding that we hear more than just the sound of the other persons voice. We must keep an open mind. That means that we must:當(dāng)我們真正想去溝通時(shí),去理解我們所聽到的要比只是聽別人所說的重要的多,我們必須保持暢通的思想,就是說我們要做到:Silence our own
3、 inner chatter.不要竊竊私語Stop our self-talk.停止自言自語Listen with our mind and heart.用思想和心去聆聽Empathy意會(huì)We must try to empathize. When we empathize we do more than understand the sense of the words a person is saying. We must try to understand another persons feelings.我們必須試著意會(huì),這要比只理解一個(gè)人正在說的重要得多了,我們必須要試著去理解他人的
4、感受。Perception感受In order to have the best communication and avoid communication breakdown, it is important to understand perception. Our perception of an event or an experience is the way we see it. And the way we see it depends very much on the experiences that we have had in our life. Since everyon
5、e has different experiences, each of us sees every event differently. In other words, each of us has a different perception of every event. In order to truly understand and keep an open mind, we must try to understand the other persons perception. We must try to understand where he or she is coming
6、from.為了最好的溝通并防止溝通破裂,最重要的就是理解感受,我們對(duì)一個(gè)事件或一段經(jīng)歷的感受是從我們所見得來的,而我們所見很大程度上依賴于我們的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn),因?yàn)槊總€(gè)人都有不同的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以我們每個(gè)人看事情都不同,換句話說,我們每個(gè)人對(duì)某件事的感受都不同,為了真正地理解并保持暢通的思想。我們必須努力去理解他人的感受,我們必須知道他或她來自于哪里。Our attitude must be one of inviting the other person to help us see it from their point of view. And, since each of us is neve
7、r 100% right all the time, we must sincerely be open to changing our point of view. We just might be wrong and our willingness to truly listen could save from making a costly mistake. To the extent that we are willing to be open to the influence of others will they be open to our influence. To the e

12、ust was once violated. It takes time, but trust can be regained if you work diligently to build it . 13、s book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, he makes a comparison between a bank account and something he named an emotional bank account. We all recognize a bank account as a place where we deposit money so that we can make withdrawals when necessary. An emotional bank account is an account we
14、 have with each person with whom we have a relationship. In this account is a deposit of trust. If there is a great deal of trust in the account we have with another person, that person feels very safe with us. Consequently, we have open communication with that person and there is a positive feeling
