1、第 PAGE32 頁 共 NUMPAGES32 頁義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營養(yǎng)改善工作總結(jié)義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營養(yǎng)改善工作總結(jié)_年隴西縣作為58個集中連片特殊困難縣區(qū)啟動了農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營養(yǎng)改善方案試點工作，全縣施行營養(yǎng)改善方案的義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)校共267所，其中初中26所，九年制學(xué)校16所，完全中學(xué)2所，小學(xué)222所，特殊教育學(xué)校1所,共有50827名學(xué)生享受營養(yǎng)餐補(bǔ)助。方案施行以來，隴西縣認(rèn)真貫徹落實甘肅省人民政府辦公廳關(guān)于施行農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營養(yǎng)改善方案的意見，積極探究農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營養(yǎng)改善方案施行工作的新機(jī)制、新路徑，確保了農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營養(yǎng)改善方案工作順利施行。主要做法是：一、加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，確保營養(yǎng)

2、餐食品平安政府兼顧主導(dǎo)是保障。營養(yǎng)改善方案工作施行以來，隴西縣委、縣政府高度重視，牢牢圍繞“優(yōu)良、平安”這一主題，加強(qiáng)對營養(yǎng)改善方案的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，縣上成立了以縣長為組長，分管縣長為副組長，教育、公安、衛(wèi)生、財政、食藥監(jiān)、審計等局部主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為成員的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。并與各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、成員單位簽訂了工作責(zé)任書，明確工作責(zé)任，堅持營養(yǎng)改善方案工作聯(lián)席會議制度，構(gòu)成了由縣教體局牽頭施行，衛(wèi)生、食藥監(jiān)、工商等局部齊抓共管的工作格式。同時，及時組織召開營養(yǎng)改善方案暨食堂從業(yè)職員培訓(xùn)會，對施行營養(yǎng)改善方案的中小學(xué)校長、食堂負(fù)責(zé)人、工作職員及營養(yǎng)餐餐飲企業(yè)相干職員進(jìn)展食品平安相干法規(guī)制度和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培訓(xùn)。嚴(yán)格落實校長負(fù)責(zé)制。初

3、步建立了政府、局部和學(xué)校三級管理機(jī)制。強(qiáng)化制度建立是保證。根據(jù)國家和省市文件精神，隴西縣制定出臺了公然招標(biāo)制度、食品驗收登記制度、從業(yè)職員管理制度、食品留樣監(jiān)測制度、督導(dǎo)巡查制度等“五大管理制度”。采取了一系列各負(fù)其責(zé)的工作措施，實行分片包干制度，實行網(wǎng)格化營養(yǎng)餐管理，努力做到制度建立到位、工作程序到位、宣傳工作到位、信息管理到位，為學(xué)生營養(yǎng)方案長時間順利施行提供了堅實的保障。加強(qiáng)監(jiān)視管理是關(guān)鍵。隴西縣全面加強(qiáng)營養(yǎng)餐食品平安監(jiān)管，嚴(yán)把六道關(guān)口：一是原材料采購關(guān)。要求食堂供餐的學(xué)校購置蔬菜是進(jìn)展索取個人有效證件并進(jìn)展登記，嚴(yán)防農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)的蔬菜流進(jìn)學(xué)校食堂。并嚴(yán)格建立食品采購驗收臺賬，包括餐飲效

5、鎖，蘊(yùn)藏室全部安裝防護(hù)欄、防鼠板，防止人為投毒等惡性食品平安事故的發(fā)生。六是嚴(yán)把監(jiān)控關(guān)。為各學(xué)校食堂食品加工區(qū)、食品庫房、全部安裝視頻監(jiān)控設(shè)施，對食品加工進(jìn)展實時監(jiān)控，為食品平安事故調(diào)查提供現(xiàn)場影象資料。同時，為了及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理供餐中存在的題目，縣上要求各學(xué)校實行學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)人陪餐制度，學(xué)校校長和管理職員輪番陪餐，餐費自理，并有詳細(xì)的陪餐記錄。二、因地制宜，創(chuàng)新營養(yǎng)餐供餐形式食堂供餐形式: 食堂供餐以其低本錢、平安可靠、便利快捷等特點，成為隴西縣施行營養(yǎng)改善方案的主要形式。為了真正把學(xué)校食堂建成 “營養(yǎng)基地”，一是努力辦好現(xiàn)有食堂。在已創(chuàng)辦食堂的40所農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)校， 堅持“米、面、油”等大宗食

6、品定點采購的原那么，每周學(xué)校制定符合膳食營養(yǎng)構(gòu)造的營養(yǎng)餐食譜。各學(xué)校都成立了膳食管理委員會，參與確定供餐形式、配餐食譜；參與營養(yǎng)改善方案政策宣傳；參與學(xué)校食堂平常管理和監(jiān)視，包括學(xué)校食堂飯菜價格、質(zhì)量、數(shù)目、供餐種類和食品平安，食堂員工的個人衛(wèi)生、效勞態(tài)度等，征求學(xué)生、家長、老師對食堂的公正化建議。同時，各學(xué)校以施行營養(yǎng)改善方案為契機(jī)，大力展開養(yǎng)成教育，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的衛(wèi)生、飲食習(xí)慣，全方位推動素質(zhì)教育。二是加快學(xué)校食堂建立步伐。編制了_-_年農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育薄弱學(xué)校改造方案-食堂建立規(guī)劃，方案用三年時間完成20_多所食堂的建立任務(wù)，根本實現(xiàn)施行營養(yǎng)改善學(xué)校的全覆蓋。依托學(xué)校食堂送餐形式。依托初中食

8、降學(xué)校食品平安風(fēng)險，推動農(nóng)村教育平衡開展，起到了重要的推動作用，有益于發(fā)揮營養(yǎng)餐資金效益最大化。同時，既豐富了供餐品種，又保證了營養(yǎng)餐供餐質(zhì)量，愈來愈遭到供餐學(xué)校師生的歡送和認(rèn)可。餐飲企業(yè)供餐形式：對暫時沒有創(chuàng)辦食堂，依托學(xué)校食堂送餐又有困難的學(xué)校，采用餐飲企業(yè)配餐形式。餐飲企業(yè)由縣上同一招標(biāo)確定，中標(biāo)的14家餐飲企業(yè)按照學(xué)校制定的供餐食譜定時保質(zhì)保量配送。對農(nóng)村人數(shù)相對較少、間隔創(chuàng)辦食堂學(xué)校相對較遠(yuǎn)的遙遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村學(xué)校和教學(xué)點，主要采用食品配送商配餐形式，每周向?qū)W校配送品牌純牛奶、雞蛋、火腿腸和紅富士蘋果。學(xué)校堅持一周以內(nèi)天天不重復(fù)，將配送的食品進(jìn)展公正搭配，由班主任在營養(yǎng)餐工作職員處同一領(lǐng)取、同
