8、市場(chǎng)也被許多西班牙語(yǔ)國(guó)家所看重，但這些地方英語(yǔ)普及率不高，他們的企業(yè)在進(jìn)入中國(guó)的時(shí)候，語(yǔ)言成了首先要解決的問(wèn)題之一，精通西班牙語(yǔ)的人才甚為搶手。處在這樣經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易的發(fā)展期，國(guó)內(nèi)的西語(yǔ)人才卻相當(dāng)缺乏，每年從大專院校畢業(yè)的百來(lái)人遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足市場(chǎng)的需要。據(jù)記者了解，很多大公司在制定國(guó)際拓展戰(zhàn)略的時(shí)候，往往都要先提前兩年送人到專業(yè)的外語(yǔ)院校去培訓(xùn)，這種語(yǔ)言被需求拖著走的狀況遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)滿足不了國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的需求。企業(yè) 一才難求記者在采訪中得知，由于西語(yǔ)人才稀缺，一些企業(yè)只好放低招聘要求。中國(guó)中信集團(tuán)公司招聘負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)談判的西班牙語(yǔ)翻譯，打出了“應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生也可”的條件。據(jù)業(yè)內(nèi)人士透露，與同等學(xué)歷的英語(yǔ)類人才相比，小語(yǔ)

9、種人才由于供不應(yīng)求，薪情更高一等，月薪一般都在60008000元，高則上萬(wàn)。在采訪中接觸到的西班牙語(yǔ)學(xué)員中，有不少都是因?yàn)楣ぷ餍枰鴣?lái)學(xué)習(xí)的。劉小姐是一家西班牙公司駐上海代表處的工作人員，她說(shuō)：“工作中經(jīng)常要和西班牙方面的同事接觸，不懂他們的語(yǔ)言感覺(jué)很不方便，也影響工作效率?！眴蜗壬鷱氖聡?guó)際海運(yùn)方面的工作，與拉美國(guó)家有很多接觸，他說(shuō)：“因?yàn)槲髡Z(yǔ)國(guó)家的人英語(yǔ)水平普遍不高，交流上覺(jué)得很有障礙，所以好好學(xué)一下西班牙語(yǔ)，也是為了在工作上有更大的發(fā)展?！币晃蝗肆Y源專家說(shuō)，隨著中國(guó)與西語(yǔ)國(guó)家之間經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易往來(lái)的不斷擴(kuò)大，你會(huì)西班牙語(yǔ)，那職場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力將翻倍。打一個(gè)形象的比方，在英語(yǔ)同樣好的條件下，如果有100

10、個(gè)人競(jìng)爭(zhēng)同一個(gè)崗位，懂日語(yǔ)的可能有50人，而西班牙語(yǔ)則幾乎沒(méi)有人與你競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。學(xué)校 瞄緊市場(chǎng)育人才教育部高校外語(yǔ)專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)西班牙語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)、上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)西語(yǔ)系主任陸經(jīng)生先生告訴記者，上世紀(jì)80年代初，西班牙語(yǔ)在我國(guó)是最低潮期，當(dāng)時(shí)上外只有一個(gè)班，8個(gè)人；80年代中期，學(xué)生開(kāi)始增多，兩年招一個(gè)小班，每班十幾個(gè)人；最近5-10年，西班牙語(yǔ)發(fā)展起來(lái)，招生人數(shù)不斷增加，上外每年本科生招兩個(gè)班，共四五十人，研究生每年招十幾個(gè)人。“今年，我們開(kāi)始招西語(yǔ)博士生，已經(jīng)錄取3人。”從全國(guó)來(lái)看，今年二年級(jí)西語(yǔ)專業(yè)在讀學(xué)生共有500多人，一年級(jí)在讀生共有600多人，選擇該專業(yè)的學(xué)生逐年增多。陸經(jīng)生表示：“但是，

11、我們也不會(huì)盲目擴(kuò)大招生人數(shù)，要瞄緊市場(chǎng)需求?！本蜆I(yè) 學(xué)生挑選單位從上外西語(yǔ)系來(lái)看，80%畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入企業(yè)，如西班牙、拉美國(guó)家獨(dú)資或合資企業(yè)以及國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè)。陸經(jīng)生介紹：“很多國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè)早早就到學(xué)校來(lái)做宣傳了，最早的上一年11月就來(lái)要人了。今年畢業(yè)班20多人早就被搶光了，真的是學(xué)生在挑選工作。另外20%畢業(yè)生中，一部分進(jìn)入政府部門，如外交部、商務(wù)部，以及中央電視臺(tái)、國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)等；一部分讀研究生；還有少數(shù)人出國(guó)?！彪m然，西語(yǔ)人才總體缺乏，但也存在著饑飽不平衡的現(xiàn)象。陸經(jīng)生對(duì)記者說(shuō)：“天津的西語(yǔ)專業(yè)大學(xué)生本地消化不了，這些學(xué)生就往京、滬等地工作；而江浙一帶的企業(yè)，尤其是民企卻要不到人?！笔杖?薪情不錯(cuò)

12、陸經(jīng)生介紹，目前西語(yǔ)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的薪酬也不錯(cuò)。“據(jù)了解，西語(yǔ)專業(yè)大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后在一些西語(yǔ)國(guó)家駐滬總領(lǐng)館及這些國(guó)家的企業(yè)駐滬辦事處，月薪是稅后5000元左右；進(jìn)入一般公司的起薪四五千元；留在上外當(dāng)老師，名義工資1000多元，但加上上課或兼職，收入也很可觀；進(jìn)入外交部、商務(wù)部等政府部門名義工資可能不高，但福利很不錯(cuò)?！鄙贤馕髡Z(yǔ)系畢業(yè)生Z小姐現(xiàn)在一家西班牙企業(yè)從事商務(wù)工作。她說(shuō)：“從大范圍看，學(xué)西班牙語(yǔ)的人少，很有前景，但是在一定范圍內(nèi)用人企業(yè)也不多，選擇面也不是很多。我9年前畢業(yè)，當(dāng)時(shí)西語(yǔ)企業(yè)不多，我就去了歐美企業(yè)；后來(lái)覺(jué)得放棄西語(yǔ)很可惜，便在2003年來(lái)到現(xiàn)在這家企業(yè)。”稀缺人才是否面臨轉(zhuǎn)行的難處？

13、Z小姐認(rèn)為：“有的畢業(yè)生價(jià)格開(kāi)得太高，公司卻不會(huì)給這么高，就出現(xiàn)尷尬了。一般西語(yǔ)企業(yè)招行政秘書(shū)或助理，月薪在四五千，而有的畢業(yè)生沒(méi)有任何經(jīng)驗(yàn)就開(kāi)七八千或更高。所以，稀缺人才也要調(diào)整好心態(tài)。”西班牙的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣大鍋飯1987年，在西班牙兩次打破吉尼斯的肉菜飯（類似中國(guó)的八寶飯）的大鍋飯紀(jì)錄。原紀(jì)錄是做一鍋肉菜飯可供1.5萬(wàn)人食用。這年兩次紀(jì)錄是制作可供3萬(wàn)和6萬(wàn)人食用的大鍋飯.肉菜飯是一種在巴倫西亞地區(qū)及整個(gè)西班牙經(jīng)常食用的食物。它是用米、肉、魚(yú)及豆角等制成的，頗受外國(guó)旅游者的歡迎。蜜月島西班牙在地中海的巴利阿里群島，有個(gè)最大的馬略卡島，風(fēng)光綺麗，氣候宜人。50年代中期，法國(guó)有100對(duì)男女青年集體
