4、老化現(xiàn)象，防水面層完好，與原始試板無(wú)差異。五、包裝、貯存、保質(zhì)期：液體混凝土無(wú)機(jī)鋁鹽防水劑用塑料桶封蓋包裝。每桶凈重50您士 1 kgo產(chǎn)品應(yīng)貯存在溫度低于40 C的通風(fēng)干燥倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)，桶口向上，不得靠近 火源和熱源，以防塑料桶老化變形。產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期為五年。在五年內(nèi)無(wú)明顯 變色和干縮現(xiàn)象。六、配料要求：1、水泥：使硅酸鹽水泥、普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，標(biāo)號(hào)不低于32.5MPa。不同品種不同標(biāo)號(hào)的水泥不能混合使用。2、砂：采用中砂、質(zhì)量符合水泥砂漿用砂要求。3、水：用潔凈的淡水（飲用水）七、施工工藝：1、清理基層：把基層表面的油污、灰塵、雜物等清潔干凈。對(duì)光滑的基層表面還需進(jìn)行鑿毛處理，麻面率不

5、得小于 75% ,。然后用水濕潤(rùn)基層。2、刷結(jié)合層：在已鑿毛和干凈濕潤(rùn)的基層上，用刷子均勻刷一道稀粘狀的水泥防水劑素漿（配合比為水泥：水：液體混凝土無(wú)機(jī)鋁鹽防水劑=1 : 2.20:0.10 ）作結(jié)合層。以提高防水砂漿與基層的粘合力。厚度以2伽左右為 宜。3、抹第一層防水砂漿（找平層）：在結(jié)合層未干之前必須及時(shí)抹第一層防水砂漿（配合比為水泥：中砂：水：液體混凝土無(wú)機(jī)鋁鹽防水劑 =1 : 2.5: 0.35: 0.15 ）作找平層，厚度以10伽左右為宜。搟光壓實(shí)后，用木抹搓出麻面。4、抹第二層防水砂漿：在找平層初凝后，應(yīng)及時(shí)抹第二層防水砂漿，其配合比和厚度均與第一層防水砂漿相同，用鐵抹子反復(fù)壓平
