1、牛津高中英語教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)單元:Unit 1 Tales of the unexplained板塊:Reading 1Thoughts on the design:本節(jié)課為閱讀課的第一課時(shí),主要是解決對課文內(nèi)容的理解和學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)閱讀技巧。本文的體裁是新聞報(bào)道,采用新聞報(bào)告的常規(guī)要點(diǎn)為切入口,從title和五個(gè)“W”一個(gè)“H”這幾個(gè)方面構(gòu)畫出新聞報(bào)道清晰的框架結(jié)構(gòu)并教學(xué)生如何閱讀此類文章,如何在此類文章中捕捉所需要的信息。教學(xué)方法還是通過預(yù)測、略讀和尋讀等常規(guī)技巧,幫助學(xué)生了解課文內(nèi)容。教學(xué)步驟的設(shè)計(jì)以培養(yǎng)說、讀、寫能力為主。Teaching aims:To learn how to read a ne

3、UFO stand for?Are they really from another planet?設(shè)計(jì)說明通過視頻及相關(guān)問題的提出讓學(xué)生對要學(xué)的內(nèi)容先有個(gè)粗略的了解,同時(shí)希望能激發(fā)學(xué)生對馬上要學(xué)的內(nèi)容的興趣。 Group discussion.1. Is it necessary to explore the unexplained tales?設(shè)計(jì)說明培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的口頭表達(dá)能力,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生發(fā)揮想象力,激發(fā)學(xué)生對要學(xué)內(nèi)容的興趣。Step 2 Reading strategy.Questio

4、n: How do you select the news you like to read, by taking a look at its title or by being attracted by its colourful pictures? Lets take the passage were going to learn as an example. The title is “Boy missing, police puzzled”, whats special? Can you complete it? And How/When/Where was the boy missi

5、ng? Why are the police puzzled?If we want to get the answers, we must read the passage. Before the reading, wed learn the structure of a news story and the reading skills of news stories. The structure of a news story the title: to give a general idea of the news the first paragraph: to give the mai

6、n topic and the most important facts like when, where, who, what , why and how about the event; the second paragraph: to give more important facts the following paragraphs: to give detailed but less important background informationThe reading skills of news stories For general ideas, read the topic
