Green corporate culture(綠色企業(yè)文化)綠色企業(yè)文化(Green corporate culture)是指企業(yè)及其員工在長久生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營實踐中逐步形成為全體職員所認同遵照、含有本企業(yè)特色、對企業(yè)成長產(chǎn)生主要影響、對節(jié)約資源、保護環(huán)境及其與企業(yè)成長關(guān)系看法和認識總和。綠色企業(yè)文化屬于“亞文化”范圍。企業(yè)文化是一個企業(yè)在長久經(jīng)營實踐中所凝結(jié)起來一個文化氣氛、企業(yè)精神、經(jīng)營理念,并表達在企業(yè)全體員工所共有價值觀念、道德規(guī)范和行為方式。綠色企

5、 10第8頁E、民間故事Columbuss egg 哥倫布豎雞蛋,喻指萬事開頭難。Black Friday 黑色星期五,喻指倒霉日子。Unit 10第9頁習(xí)語特征 A. stationarity固定性 習(xí)語結(jié)構(gòu)都是固定,不能被更改或替換,即使是同義詞也不行,比如:不能把rain cats and dogs改成rain dogs and cats或rain a cat and a dog等等。也就是說,習(xí)語任何一個組成部分都是固定,隨意更改會出現(xiàn)詞不達意甚至啼笑皆非結(jié)果。如:out of question 毫無疑問out of the question 沒問題Business English:

Integrality整體性/完整性 習(xí)語作為完整語義單位不可隨意分割截取使用,應(yīng)防止望文生義或斷章取義。如: to lose ones head 驚慌失措 (不是 “失去了頭” ) let the cat out of the bag 泄密(意義與貓和袋子毫不相干) be/feel under the weather 感覺不舒適,生病 beat generation 迷惘/垮掉一代 on the carpet(地毯) 受訓(xùn)斥 Business English: A Reading CourseUnit 11第11頁C. NATION

7、ALITY/ETHNICITY民族性人民大眾在長久勞動中創(chuàng)造出來,與一個民族地理環(huán)境、歷史背景、經(jīng)濟生活、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、宗教信仰以及價值觀念等方面都有不可分割聯(lián)絡(luò)。普通都用較恰當(dāng)比喻,引發(fā)人們聯(lián)想,但這種聯(lián)想是由各民族現(xiàn)實環(huán)境和生活經(jīng)驗決定。如形容事物快速而大量地產(chǎn)生: like mushrooms (英語),雨后春筍(漢語)。英國:大海、水相關(guān)習(xí)語,如:to spend money like water揮金如土; to rest on ones oars暫時一歇; over head and ears滅頂之災(zāi); over head and ears in debt負債累累;狗:英國愛狗a luc

RHETORICITY修辭性 習(xí)語經(jīng)常利用音韻友好來到達朗朗上口、易懂易記、栩栩如生目標,許多英語習(xí)語利用頭韻、尾韻、重復(fù)等手法來增加語言語音美感和修辭效果。如:as busy as a bee(忙如蜜蜂), might and main(竭盡全力), trials and tribulations(煩躁和苦惱)均為頭韻;high and dry(孤立無援),by hook and by crook(不擇伎倆)均為尾韻;step by step(逐步),n

11、s a friend indeed.患難見真交。a lions share 最大份額A new broom sweeps clean.新官上任三把火As you make your bed, so you must lie in it.自作自受來自其它教材第16頁C、STATIONARITY固定性習(xí)語結(jié)構(gòu)都是固定,不能被更改或替換,即使是同義詞也不行,比如不能把rain cats and dogs改成rain dogs and cats或rain a cat and a dog等等。也就是說,習(xí)語任何一個組成部分都是固定,隨意更改會出現(xiàn)詞不達意甚至啼笑皆非結(jié)果。如:out of questio
