30、 inttegrall partt of tthe aggreemeent.2.2當(dāng)合同內(nèi)內(nèi)容含糊不清清或不相一致致時(shí)，在不影影響工程正常常進(jìn)行的情況況下，由發(fā)包包人承包人協(xié)協(xié)商解決。雙雙方也可以提提請(qǐng)監(jiān)理的工工程師做出解解釋。雙方協(xié)協(xié)商不成或不不同意負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)監(jiān)理的工程師師的解釋時(shí)，按按本通用條款款37條關(guān)于于爭(zhēng)議的約定定處理。When thhere iis anyy incoonsisttency or diiscreppancy appeaared iin thee agreeementt docuument, bothh the Emplooyer aand thhe Conntractt

If the EEmployyer reequiree thatt foreeign sstanda

41、ards oor coddes too be aadopteed, thhen thhe Empployerr are respoonsiblle to proviide thhe Conntracttor wiith thhe Chiinese versiion off the relevvant sstandaards oor coddes.本條發(fā)生的購(gòu)買買、翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范或制制定施工工藝藝的費(fèi)用，由由發(fā)包人承擔(dān)擔(dān)。The Empployerr shalll be respoonsiblle forr any expennses iincurrred inn purcchase and

42、ttransllationn of tthese standdards and ccodes or thhe tecchnicaal staandardds.4、圖紙 Drrawinggs4.1發(fā)包人應(yīng)應(yīng)按專用條件件約定的日期期和套數(shù)，向向承包人提供供圖紙。承包包人需要增加加的圖紙?zhí)讛?shù)數(shù)的，發(fā)包人人應(yīng)代為復(fù)制制，復(fù)制費(fèi)用用由承包人承承擔(dān)。發(fā)包人人對(duì)工程有保保密要求的，應(yīng)應(yīng)在專用條款款中提出保密密要求，保密密措施費(fèi)用由由發(fā)包人承擔(dān)擔(dān)，承包人在在約定保密期期限內(nèi)履行保保密義務(wù)。The Empployerr shalll proovide drawiings tto thee Conttractoo

Thhe Conntracttor shhould fulfiill coonfideentiallity oobligaationss withhin thhe perriod sstipullated.4.2承包人未未經(jīng)發(fā)包人同同意，不得將將本工程圖紙紙轉(zhuǎn)給第三
