＊＊醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理系（聘方）聘請＊＊＊博士（受聘方）為藥理教師，雙方本著友好合作的精神，同意簽定并遵守下列條件：1、聘期為一年，自1988年9月1日起至1989年8月31日止。2、受聘方的工作任務(wù)，經(jīng)雙方確定如下：（1）擔(dān)任藥理教研室?guī)熧Y和進修生的培訓(xùn)工作；（2）從事藥理學(xué)課程教學(xué)工作，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生和教師開展藥理學(xué)術(shù)活動；（3）編寫藥理學(xué)教材和補充讀物以及進行其他與藥理學(xué)有關(guān)的工作。

（4）每周工作量為18-20課時。（5）受聘方每周工作5天，每天8小時。受聘方按照中國政府規(guī)定的節(jié)、假日放假，按照學(xué)校規(guī)定的寒暑假休假。3、聘方每月支付給受聘方工資人民幣900元，并為受聘方提供各種福利待遇。4、受聘方入境、離境或過境時必須遵守中國政府有關(guān)外國人居住、工資福利及旅行的管理規(guī)定，并遵守聘方的工作制度。

5、聘方歡迎受聘方在工作中提出意見，并在條件允許時予以采納。受聘方遵守聘方?jīng)Q定，積極工作，努力合作完成工作任務(wù)。6、雙方均不得無故解除合同。聘方如果要求中途結(jié)束合同，除按照待遇條件承擔(dān)受聘方的有關(guān)費用外，須給受聘方增發(fā)一個月的工資作為補償金并于一個月以內(nèi)安排受抽方及其家屬回國。如果受聘方中途提出辭職，聘方自同意之日起即停發(fā)工資，受聘方不再享受各種待遇條件。受聘方及其家屬回國的一切費用均由本人自理。
