?InformationsecuritymanagementConsciouslyacceptrelevanteducationaboutinformationsecurityandabidebyrelevantmanagementregulationsaboutinformationsecurity;ItisnotallowedtoenterintounauthorizedareaswithoutwrittenpermissionofthecomprehensivemanagementDept;Itisnotallowedtotakephotosand/oravideooraudiorecordingwithoutwrittenpermissionoftheCMD.ItisnotallowedtobringthevisitorsorsuppliersintothecompanywithoutwrittenpermissionfromtheCMD;shallaccompanythevisitorsorsuppliersallthewayandhostthemindesignatedarea;Theescortshouldinformthevisitorsorsuppliersthattheyarenotallowedtotakephotosand/oravideooraudiorecordingwithoutthewrittenpermissionoftheCMD.計(jì)算機(jī)管理公司計(jì)算機(jī)只能用于公司工作需要,不能用作其它用途;不能把公司機(jī)密信息存放在本地計(jì)算機(jī)上,公司信息應(yīng)統(tǒng)一存放到服務(wù)器的指定文件夾里;計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)開(kāi)機(jī)密碼,開(kāi)機(jī)密碼由用戶(hù)本人設(shè)定并保管,絕不準(zhǔn)把密碼透露給他人使用;只有IT部門(mén)的人可以安裝計(jì)算機(jī),計(jì)算機(jī)部件,計(jì)算機(jī)外圍設(shè)備和軟件等,不允許用戶(hù)私自操作以上事項(xiàng);筆記本電腦應(yīng)在公司內(nèi)上鎖保管;如需把電腦(包括筆記本)帶出公司,需先經(jīng)所屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意;用戶(hù)需要保管好電腦,如果公司電腦要在外面留宿,應(yīng)該把電腦放在安全的地方;回公司后,在IT部門(mén)檢查并確認(rèn)電腦安全后,才能把電腦連入公司網(wǎng)絡(luò);除非有總經(jīng)辦的允許,否則不準(zhǔn)將個(gè)人的計(jì)算機(jī)、存儲(chǔ)載體(U盤(pán)、SD卡、記憶棒等)帶入公司。Articlesixtee(cuò)n? Sectionone?workinghour出勤時(shí)間公司經(jīng)勞動(dòng)行政部門(mén)許可后實(shí)行綜合計(jì)算工時(shí)工作制、不定時(shí)工作制和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)工作制并存的工作制度,工作時(shí)間為正常班;技術(shù)部、生產(chǎn)部(含保潔):正常班7:45上班,17:15下班,其中安排90分鐘(11:30—13:00)的就餐休息時(shí)間;總經(jīng)辦、財(cái)務(wù)部、銷(xiāo)售部、采購(gòu)部、綜合管理部(不含保潔、保安、司機(jī))正常班9:00上班,17:30下班,其中安排30分鐘(12:00-12:30)的就餐休息時(shí)間;司機(jī):根據(jù)員工上班時(shí)間安排早晚班車(chē),接與送司機(jī)錯(cuò)開(kāi)安排,確保員工在規(guī)定的上班時(shí)間到崗。Articlenineteen?AttendancetimeThecompanyimplementstheworkingsystemasthecomprehensiveworkinghoursystem,irregularworkinghoursystemandstandardworkinghoursystemcoexistafterthelaboradministrativedepartmentallows;theworkinghourisnormalshift:TDandPD(includecleaners)Normalshift:ondutyat7:45andoffdutyat17:15;90minutes(11:30-13:00)arearrangedforlunchandrest。GMO,financialdepartment,salesdepartment,purchasingdepartmentandcomprehensivemanagementdepartment(notincludecleaners,securitypersonnelanddrivers)Normalshift:ondutyat9:00andoffdutyat17:30;30minutes(12:00-12:30)arearrangedforlunchandrest;Driver:arrangemorningandeveningshuttlebusaccordingtotheofficehoursofemployee(cuò)s;thedrivers(oneispickingupandtheotherissending)arearrangedstaggeredtoensurethattheemployeesworkonthepostat(yī)specifiedworkinghour.因生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)、設(shè)備、用電或突發(fā)性事件、自然災(zāi)害確實(shí)需要改變作息時(shí)間,在征得工會(huì)同意后提前通知員工;因特殊情況未提前通知的,員工到達(dá)公司又不能工作的視作出勤2小時(shí);Whenthecompanyhavetoaltertheworkingschedulebecauseofsomee(cuò)mergenciesasnaturaldisastersorelectricityrestrictetc,thecompanyshouldinformtheemployeesinadvanceaftergettingapprovalfromtheLaborUnion;ifthecompanyfailstoinformtheemployeesforsomespecialreason,andthee(cuò)mployeesareinformedthattheworkingscheduleischangedaftertheyarrivethecompany,insuchcircumstance,theemployeeswillberegardedtohavebeingondutyfor2hours.在工作時(shí)間中,遇到停電或特殊情況需中止工作的,如事發(fā)當(dāng)日工作4小時(shí)以下視作出勤半天,超過(guò)4小時(shí)視作出勤一天。Ifnee(cuò)dtostopworkingwhenencounteringpowerfailureofspecialconditionsduringworkinghour,theemployeeswhoworkforlessthan4hthat(yī)daywillberegardedasbeingondutyforhalfadayandthosewhoworkformorethan4hwillberegardedasbeingondutyforoneday.加班公司根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)需要,經(jīng)與工會(huì)和員工協(xié)商后可以安排加班。員工加班前由本人填寫(xiě)《加班審批單》,經(jīng)所屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)確認(rèn)、綜合管理部同意,方可加班,事后報(bào)綜合管理部核準(zhǔn)備案;當(dāng)發(fā)生不可避免的災(zāi)害等異常情況,可由公司在規(guī)定的勞動(dòng)時(shí)間以外安排加班,員工應(yīng)積極參與加班或堅(jiān)守崗位。ArticletwentyWorkovertimeThecompanycanarrangeextraworkaccordingtoproductiondemandafternegotiatewithlaborunionandemployee。Beforeworkingovertime,theemployeesshallfilloutExtraWorkApprovalFormfirst,gettheapprovalofsubordinatedleaderandComprehensivemanagementdepartmentandthencanworkovertime;reporttocomprehensivemanagementdepartmentforcheckandfilingafterwards;Whenhavinginevitabledisasters,thecompanycanarrangeextraworkotherthanthespecifiedworkinghour;theemployeesshallactivelyfollowthearrangementofthecompany。出差由于工作的需要,公司可委派員工出差工作.在執(zhí)行出差任務(wù)時(shí),按正常出勤對(duì)待。出差期間如遇休息日及法定節(jié)假日仍需工作的,可按加班對(duì)待;員工出差,出發(fā)日或返回日為公司休息日時(shí),酌情予以補(bǔ)休;出差補(bǔ)貼、差旅費(fèi)用按公司員工出差填寫(xiě)出差申請(qǐng)單并按規(guī)定執(zhí)行。Articletwenty-oneBusinesstripThecompanycandelegat(yī)etheemployeetogoonbusinesstripupononjobdemand.Whenimplementingtasksofbusinesstrip,theat(yī)tendanceofemployeeistreatedasnormalattendance。Iftheemployeestillnee(cuò)dstoworkwhenmee(cuò)tingrestdayandnationalholidayduringbusinesstrip,thiscanberegardedasovertimework;Whenthedeparturedateorreturningdateoftheemployeeswhogoonbusinesstripistherestdayofthecompany,thecompanywillgivecompensat(yī)orytimeforthemaccordingtocircumstances;Businesstripallowanceandtravellingexpensesareimplementedaccordingtoregulationsaboutemployees’businesstripafterfillingouttheapplicationforgoonbusiness.休息休假Sectiontwo Restandvacat(yī)ion病假員工患病或非因工負(fù)傷不能出勤時(shí),根據(jù)醫(yī)院的證明,作病假處理;員工在工作時(shí)間外出看病或在園區(qū)醫(yī)務(wù)室就診時(shí)間在兩小時(shí)以上四小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi)視作半天病假,超過(guò)四小時(shí)視作一天病假;員工患病或非因工負(fù)傷需停止工作治療時(shí),憑醫(yī)院證明經(jīng)綜合管理部確認(rèn)后,根據(jù)本人實(shí)際參加工作年限和在本單位工作年限,給予以下醫(yī)療期限:醫(yī)療期內(nèi)員工病假工資、疾病救濟(jì)費(fèi)按國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。實(shí)際參加工作年限本單位工作年限最長(zhǎng)醫(yī)療期限未滿(mǎn)10年未滿(mǎn)5年3個(gè)月未滿(mǎn)10年5年以上6個(gè)月10年以上5年以下6個(gè)月滿(mǎn)10年5年以上未滿(mǎn)10年9個(gè)月滿(mǎn)10年10年以上未滿(mǎn)15年12個(gè)月10年以上15年以上未滿(mǎn)20年18?jìng)€(gè)月10年以上20年以上24個(gè)月Articletwenty—twoSickleaveWhentheemployeescan'tbeondutyassufferfromillnessoraninjurywhichisnotrelat(yī)edtohisorherjob,itwillbedisposedassickleaveaccordingtohospitalcertificate;fortheemployee(cuò)swhogoouttosee(cuò)thedoctorfor2hto4h,itisregardedashalf-daysickleave;ifexceed4h,itisregardedasone-daysickleave;Theemployeewillhavethefollowingmedicaltreat(yī)menttermbythehospitalcertificat(yī)ewhichisconfirmedbycomprehensivemanagementdepartmentaccordingtotheactualworking
