支(二)Projectorganizationdescription團(tuán)隊(duì)說CEFOCwill,uponbeingawardedtheContract,appointthePMofficiallytobetheextraordinaryrepresentativeofHeadOfficetoimplementthisprojectandfulfillHeadOffice’scommitmentstoPMCandEmployer.Meanwhile,HeadOfficewill,upontherequestfromthePMandinaccordancewithconditionsofContracts,aswellastheactualneedoftheprojectexecution,providestrongsupportsinallavailableresourcestotherapidmobilizationtoensurethesufficientmanpower,financeandequipments/ntsforthetimelykickoffoftheconstructionandsmoothimplementationoftheprojectexecutiontotheexpectationofPMCand中標(biāo)后,正式指派一名項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理作為我公司全權(quán)代表負(fù)責(zé)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,完的實(shí)際需求,為快速開工提供人力、和施工機(jī)具等方面強(qiáng)有力的支持,保證按TheauthorityandresponsibilitiesofHeadOffice公司總部的ItistheresponsibilitiesofHeadOfficetoexecutedirectsupervisionovertheoverallperformanceoftheSiteProjectOffice,givebothinstructionsandsupportstothesiteneedsinvariousaspects,makeallrequiredadjustmentandoptimizationoftheProjectOrganizationwiththeapprovalofPMCorEmployer,performthedirectsupervisiononthesafety,quality,workscheduleandcostcontrolofsiteworks,trainmanagerialstaff,assesstheperformanceoftheProjectTeamandmakedecisionsoncitationandpunishmentaccordingly.公司總部負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目部的工作進(jìn)行全面的指導(dǎo)和支持。經(jīng)業(yè)主/對(duì)項(xiàng)目組織進(jìn)行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的安全、質(zhì)量、工期和費(fèi)用進(jìn)行直接的監(jiān)督和管理,對(duì)項(xiàng)目組人員的工作進(jìn)行評(píng)估并獎(jiǎng)罰。CommunicationbetweenHeadOfficeandSiteProjectOffice項(xiàng)目部與公司ThedirectsupervisionandsupportsfromtherelevantfunctionaldepartmentsofHeadOfficetotheSiteOfficewouldberealizedthroughregularinspectiontositework,regularprojectmeetings,anyfeedbacksfromandcoordinationmeetingswithPMCandEmployer,andinstructionsbasedonfindingsfromtheworkreports,weeklysummaryandprojectmemo,etc.submittedbywayof,orfaxor.公司相關(guān)將通過對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的定期檢查、定期會(huì)議、與管理公司溝通得到的反饋意見,并依據(jù)項(xiàng)目部以郵件、傳真或形式提交的工作匯報(bào)、每周工作總結(jié)和TheauthorityandresponsibilitiesofSiteProjectOffice現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目部的職TheSiteProjectOfficeisempoweredbyHeadOfficetoexecutetheprojectstrictlyincompliancewiththeworknsapprovedbyPMCincost,manpower,workschedule,safety,quality,constructionequipmentandnts,etcasspecifiedinContract 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目部經(jīng)公司,負(fù)責(zé)嚴(yán)格按照PM批準(zhǔn)的施工方案完成該項(xiàng)目的施的要求。ThePMisauthorizedbyHeadOfficetoutilizeallavailableresourcesofHeadOfficeinimplementingtheprojectandmakeanydecisionsonthesitemanagement,workschedule,financesissues,assesstheperformanceofalltheprojectparticipantsandmakedecisionsaccordinglybasedonthesiteCitationandPenaltySystem.項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理經(jīng)公司,負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的全面管理,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度安排和等ItistheresponsibilityoftheSiteProjectTeamtomanageandcontroloftheprojectincompliancewiththerequirementsofandincoordinationwithPMCtoachievethetargetsofsuccessfulcompletionoftheprojectinhighquality,withsoundsafetyrecordandwithintheconstructionscheduleandbudget.Tothisend,theSiteOfficeisrequiredtosubmitregularworkreportsinrequiredformsandsubjects,aswellasthetimelimitonthesiteWorksactualstatustoHeadOfficeforanyinputs.ThespecificsubjectsofcommunicationsbetweenHeadOfficeandtheSiteProjectOfficeincontrolsoftheprojectconstructionareasthefollowing,butnotlimitedto;質(zhì)量、良好的安全記錄并在施工工期和預(yù)算內(nèi)完成項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。因此,要求項(xiàng)目部按照規(guī)定的格式和內(nèi)容定期向公司總部提交和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況的匯報(bào),包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容:SampleSubmittals樣品提ShopDrawings施工詳Safety安Quality質(zhì)ConstructionScheduleCostNormalcommunicationsofSiteOfficewithHeadOfficearebymeans現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與公司總部的一般溝通方式如下RegularprojectmeetingsRequiredSubmittals:workn,safety/qualityreports,etc.要求提交資Projectmemo項(xiàng)目記錄(備忘錄E-mail電子郵Fax..WeeklyWorkSummary每周工作總(三)CurriculumVitaeof requiredbyEmployer.(二)Qualityassurance施工質(zhì)量的保Thisprojectalsoaimsathighquality.Allmaterialsusedshallbehighqualityproductmadeabroadorathomeandinstallationworkshallalsobeofgoodquality.材料,其安裝的過程同樣要求高質(zhì)量的過程,來實(shí)現(xiàn)最終項(xiàng)目的。(三)Schedulecontrol施工進(jìn)度的保ForEmployer,timemeansprofit.SoweshallperformtheWorksstrictlyaccordingtothetonerequirementandensurethetimelycompletionofthewholeproject.wewilltakeorganizational,technical,financialandinformationmanagementmeasuresandexerciseschedulecontrolinaccordancewithPDCAcycle,whichinvolvesfullpreparationpriortoconstruction,adoptionofadvancedconstructionprocedureandequipment,coordinationandmanagementofconstructionteams’schedule,etc.。對(duì)于業(yè)主,時(shí)間就是效益重點(diǎn)對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度里程碑進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格控制,確保。(四)Ultra-highworkabovethegroundsafety作業(yè)的安全控Therearealotofworkhighabovethegroundinthisproject,mostofthoseoperationsisabove5m,Especiallyininthethirdfloor,someevenupto15m.Sofallingpreventionisprimaryconcern.本項(xiàng)目高空作業(yè)很多,大都在5m以上,尤其是在三層很多工作的操作高達(dá)15m。WewilldevelopeatargetedprogramaccordingtoUltra-highworkabovethegroundonthejobsit.AccordingtoCEFOCsafetycontrolprocedures,inspectionPPE,toensurethesafetyoftheproject.三 ProjectExecutionn項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行計(jì)(一)Overallprojectapproach項(xiàng)目執(zhí)DuringtheInstallationWorkofGOODYEARDRAGONPROJECTATPULANDIAN,CEFOCwillallocatesufficientmanpower,materialandfinancialresourcesinaccordancewiththeproject tonestodetailandoptimizeshopdrawings,procurebulkmaterialsandequipmentinacentralizedway,deepensafetyawarenessofthewholestaffandtightensafetymanagement,exerciseentirestaffqualitycontrolthroughoutthewholeprocessoftheconstruction,frommaterialsandequipmentprocurementtoinstallationandcommissioning,useproperworkmethodandtechniquesandarrangeactivitiesinpropersequence.Withthiscomprehensiveeffort,wecanassureasuccessfulcompletionofthisprojectinhighquality,withsoundsafetyrecordandwithintheconstructionscheduletotheexpectationofEmployerandPMC.在大連固特異輪胎環(huán)保搬遷改造項(xiàng)目施工過程中中電四公司將通過配置充強(qiáng)化安全管理,從設(shè)備材料采購到安裝調(diào)試的整個(gè)施工過程,實(shí)行全員和控Wewillestablishrequirementsandprogramsforcostandschedulecontrolandwillidentifykeycontrolelementstoflowdownintoprojectproceduresforconstruction.Performancewillbemeasuredandreportedeachmonthusingspecificmeasureestablishedbytheprojectmanager.Ourexperiencesinthesuccessfulexecutionofpreviousprojectsshowthattheresponsibilitiesandrightsofeachmemberoftheteammustbeclearlydefined.CEFOCwillbuildawellorganizedandhighlyefficientteamforthisprojecttomeetthechallengersintheprojectconstruction.ThesiteteamwillconsistofstaffwithextensiveexperiencesworkingatPMC/foreignprojects.Inaddition,strongbackupsupporttotheteamshallbeavailablefromtheHeadOfficewheneveritisneeded.公司已經(jīng)為本項(xiàng)目配備組織優(yōu)良的高效率團(tuán)隊(duì)來應(yīng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工的?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目部(二)Executivenforvariousstages分階段執(zhí)行計(jì)PreparationStageAftertheawardofContract,managementstaffandtemporarybuildingerectorsaremobilizedtositeatfirstandreceivethesafetytrainingconductedbyPMC.HSE,QAQCandprogress neldrawupHSEandQAQCnandmapoutschedulerespectively,chiefengineeroftheprojectdevelopsconstructionorganizationnandthese swillbesubmittedtoEmployerandPMCforapproval.工,編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)文件,并及告給管理公司和業(yè)主的相關(guān)部門進(jìn)。Designengineerscommencedetail
