Thisproductismainlysuitableforilluminatingpurposeinemergencyroomandoperationroomofmedicalunit.

Therearemovableandstationarytypesforyouroption.

Where,themovabletypelampswith4reflectorsor5reflectors(verticaltype)

mainlyconsistsoflampbody,uprightpost(includingbalancerandupper/lowerpost)andbottombase.

Whilethestationarytypelampswith5-reflectors(hangingtype),9reflectors,12reflectorsaswellasintegratedlampscompriselampbody,balancerandrotatingmechanism.

<1>Requirementsforbottombase

Prepareforaproperinstallationbaseasthedimensionindicatedininstallationdiagram；

Wheretheinstallationbaseisrequiredtocontaintheloading500Kgabove；

Theheightofceilingofoperationroomisrequiredtobeattherangeof

2.95～3.05m,iftheheightisover3.1m,aextensionrackisrequiredtobe

equipped,besides,aenoughrigidityofextensionrackisnecessarytoprevent

thelampbodyfromswaying（youmayorderthisextensionracktoourcompany）.

<2>Electricinstallationrequirements

1.Thesectionalareaofwire(incomingline）isrequiredtobenotlessthan

1.5mm2；

Theprotectivegroundwiremustbeconnectedstablywithoutanyloosening,whiletheboltusedfortheconnectionofinternalprotective

groundingmustbescreweddowncompletelyincaseanylooseningemerges；

Theprotectivegroundingpointshouldbekeptfreewithoutanymechanicalconnection,andnottofixanypartunrelatedtoprotectivegrounding；

Theconnectionofprotectivegroundingwiremustbecompletedpriorto

thepowerconnection,andonlyafterpoweroff,thegroundingwireisallowabletobecutoff.

ifthepowersupplyisselectedas～220V±10%,50±1Hz,thefuseFU1,2isrecommendedtoadopt1A；whilethepowersupplyisselectedas～

110V±5%,60±1Hz,itisrecommendedtochoosefuseFU1、2with2Acapacity（as

shownincircuitdiagram）

Installationforrotationmechanism

Usetheadjustingnuttolevelupthelocatingplate(1)aftermountedonto

installationbase；

Connecttherotationmechanismwiththeinstallationbaseandusescrewtofixitcompletely；

Connecttheexternalpowerlineswiththewireconnectionterminals(2)

onrotationmechanism.

Installationforbalancer

Connectthestraight-pipewires(3)ofbalancerwiththewires(4)atthetopoftransversebeam（plug-inunit）；

Insertthestraight-pipeintothetopofbeamandusescrew(5)tofixit.

Installationforlampbody.

Adjustthedamperonbalancertoacquireproperdampingforceofthetraveloflampbody；

2.Adjustthelockingknobonhorizontalpipetoacquireproperdamping

forcethatthelampbodyrotatesaroundthehorizontalpipe；

Adjusttheblackdecorative-coversatthetwosidesoflamptoregulatethedampingforcethatthelamprotatesaroundlampbracket.

Operationanduse

1）Formovabletype

Beforeoperation,switchonthepower,ifthegreenindicatorison,itmeansthepowerhasbeenturnedon.Turnontheswitchandregulatethelamppositionaswellasfocalpointoflightspot.Afteroperation,pulloutthe

plugandcutoffpower；

2.Theasepticdimmingknobisusedtoregulatethefocalareaoflight

spot.

3.Theaseptichandleismainlyusedtoregulatethepositionoflampandrotatethelamparoundthelampbracket.

Whenmovethewholelamp,movethelamptomiddle(thesamedirectiontotheswitchonlowerpost）,thenpushorpulltheuprightpostattheposition1mdistancetoground.

Whenmovethewholelampupanddown,thegradientis

requiredtobelessthan10.°

2）Forstationarytype

Beforeoperation,switchonpowerandturnonswitch,thenregulatethelamppositionaswellasthefocalpointoflightspot.Afteroperation,turnoffthe

switchandcutoffthepower；

Thelongleverhandleisusedtorotatethelampbodyaroundrotationmechanismorrotatethebalancerorthemovethelampbodyupanddown.

Duringrotation,keepthelampbodyawayfromcollision；

Theshortleverhandleisusedtorotatethelampbodyaroundthelampbracketonly；

4.Theasepticdimmingknobisusedtoregulatethefocalarea；

Theasepticadjustingknobisusedtoregulatethelightintensityof

lamp.

Careandmaintenance

Beforereplacebulborfuse,cutoffthepowersupplyandonlyafterthebulbhas

beenconfirmedtobecolddown,theoperationisallowabletocarryon；

2)Checkeachscrewfrequentlytoseeiftheyareundergoodcondition,ifany

abnormal,screwdownitimmediately（quarterly）.

3)Whenthelampheadisnotattheveryposition,youaresuggestedtoadjustthedamperandbalanceforcetoguaranteenormaloperation.

Cleanthesurfaceoflampfaceplatewithglasscleaner.

Beforeoperation,itisrecommendedtouse75%alcoholicsolutiontocleanthedimminghandletoassurethecleannesswhichisrequiredtocomplywith

“GB15982-1995Hygienicstandardfordisinfectioninhospitals”.Inaddition,ifwanttoremovethedimminghandle,justpresshandlebutton.

maintainthislamp,otherwise,ourcompanywillbefreefromanyresponsibilityforanydamagecausedbywrongoperation.

recommendedtousethesamemodelorspec,formoreinformation,youmay

contactoutafterservicedepartment.

ThewarrantyperiodforthisshadowlesslampisONEyearsincethepurchasingdateindicatedoninvoice,soherebypleasefillinthereturnreceiptandposttoourcompanytogetherwiththecopyofinvoicetoacquirewarrantyservice.

torenewwhenexceedthetimelimit.
