錦城公園大學(xué)生夢(mèng)想聚落-青年民宿JinchengParkCollegeStudents’dreamsettlementYouthHostel可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)SUSTAINABLEDESIGN策略研究Operationalresearch從設(shè)計(jì)開始，我們對(duì)日照、風(fēng)環(huán)境、熱環(huán)境等各項(xiàng)參數(shù)在布局開始即介入設(shè)計(jì)，為保證建筑物的低能耗運(yùn)行和使用，將高能耗部分的客房全部布置在東南側(cè)，同時(shí)調(diào)整大堂和配套功能的位置，使其在運(yùn)行上有先期的能耗優(yōu)勢(shì)：Fromthedesign,weinterveneinthedesignofsunshine,windenvironment,thermalenvironmentandotherparametersatthebeginningoflayout.Inordertoensurethelowenergyconsumptionoperationanduseofthebuilding,allroomswithhighenergyconsumptionarearrangedinthesoutheastside,andthepositionoflobbyandsupportingfunctionsisadjustedtomakeithavetheadvancedenergyconsumptionadvantageinoperation:通過CFD模擬，地塊內(nèi)風(fēng)向?yàn)闁|北風(fēng)，本次建筑可開啟窗設(shè)置為南北方向，場(chǎng)地內(nèi)可形成有效風(fēng)道降低環(huán)境溫度。同時(shí)將河流引入地塊周圍降低場(chǎng)地環(huán)境溫度，根據(jù)模擬數(shù)據(jù)顯示夏季地塊平均溫度在24.1°C。ThroughCFDsimulation,thewinddirectionintheplotisnortheastwind,andtheopenablewindowsofthebuildingaresetinthenorth-southdirection,whichcanformaneffectiveairductinthesitetoreducetheambienttemperature.

Atthesametime,theriverisintroducedaroundtheplottoreducetheenvironmentaltemperatureofthesite.Accordingtothesimulationdata,theaveragetemperatureoftheplotinsummeris24.1℃

錦城公園大學(xué)生夢(mèng)想聚落-青年民宿JinchengParkCollegeStudents’dreamsettlementYouthHostel可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)SUSTAINABLEDESIGN能耗目標(biāo)Energyconsumptiontarget本次設(shè)計(jì)外墻，屋頂，外窗等外圍護(hù)構(gòu)件以四川省綠色建筑三星級(jí)要求為目標(biāo)性能提高20%，增加建筑保溫性能，預(yù)計(jì)可降低建筑能耗15%。Inthisdesign,theexteriorwalls,roofs,windowsandotherexternalprotectivecomponentsaredesignedtomeetthethree-starrequirementsofgreenbuildingsinSichuanProvince.Theperformanceisincreasedby20%,andthebuildingthermalinsulationperformanceisincreased.Itisestimatedthatthebuildingenergyconsumptioncanbereducedby15%.

錦城公園大學(xué)生夢(mèng)想聚落-青年民宿JinchengParkCollegeStudents’dreamsettlementYouthHostel可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)SUSTAINABLEDESIGN重點(diǎn)部位分析Analysisofkeyparts本次設(shè)計(jì)中活力廣場(chǎng)位于聯(lián)系各功能塊的核心區(qū)，為保證開敞區(qū)域組織活動(dòng)對(duì)周邊造成噪聲影響，我們將其下沉處理，并且在與一層聯(lián)系時(shí)采用多層玻璃阻隔。使其保證使用時(shí)不對(duì)周邊造成影響。Inthisdesign,thevitalitysquareislocatedinthecoreareaofeachfunctionalblock.Inordertoensurethattheactivitiesorganizedintheopenareawillcausenoiseimpactonthesurroundingarea,wesinkitandusemulti-layerglassbarrierwhenconnectingwiththefirstfloor.Sothatitwillnotaffectthesurroundingwhenitisused.圖1場(chǎng)地1.5m高度處聲壓級(jí)分布圖（晝間）圖2場(chǎng)地1.5m高度處聲壓級(jí)分布圖（夜間）地塊內(nèi)，出現(xiàn)噪聲的位置是在下沉式廣場(chǎng)和餐吧位置，本次分別設(shè)置3個(gè)點(diǎn)噪聲在對(duì)應(yīng)位置，由模擬分析結(jié)果可知，右下角民宿為最不利噪聲點(diǎn)位滿足室內(nèi)噪聲的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。Intheplot,thenoiselocationisinthesunkensquareandthediningbar.Thistime,threenoisepointsaresetinthecorrespondinglocation.Accordingtothesimulationanalysisresults,theB&Binthelowerrightcorneristhemostunfavorablenoisepoint,meetingthehighstandardrequirementsofindoornoise.1234567891110
