術(shù)語和定義下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。3.1智能高壓噴霧除臭設(shè)備由機柜、水箱、水位開關(guān)、電機、柱塞泵、比例泵、
PLC、觸摸屏、
電磁閥等配件組成。通過高壓管路將加壓的稀釋液輸送到“超微細”高壓噴嘴霧化,并高速旋轉(zhuǎn),噴射出(1~15m
的超微霧粒子,隨著超微霧粒子在空氣中迅速擴散,將稀釋液噴射到所要求除臭的區(qū)域,實現(xiàn)除臭用的設(shè)備。3.2霧粒霧粒是指顆粒直徑在
1μm~15μm
之間的水滴可見集合體。3.3射距最大射距是指在靜風(fēng)狀態(tài)下,噴嘴噴出的霧粒能夠達到到最遠的水平距離。3.4霧化粒度智能高壓噴霧除臭設(shè)備達到最大水平射距時的霧粒直徑。3.5高壓管路連接柱塞泵到各霧化噴嘴之間的配件,包括高壓管、接頭和管件。DB43/T

5.1一般要求5.1.1 智能高壓噴霧除臭設(shè)備應(yīng)符合本標準的規(guī)定,并經(jīng)規(guī)定程序批準的產(chǎn)品圖樣和技術(shù)文件制造。5.1.2 所有零部件應(yīng)經(jīng)檢驗合格,外購件、外協(xié)件應(yīng)有合格證或經(jīng)檢驗合格方可使用。5.1.3 機柜應(yīng)采用不銹鋼材質(zhì),箱體厚度應(yīng)大于
mm,門及隔板的厚度應(yīng)大于
。5.1.4 智能高壓噴霧除臭設(shè)備應(yīng)配有過濾裝置,滿足噴霧質(zhì)量。5.2 外觀要求5.2.1 機柜表面應(yīng)無裂紋、無明顯劃痕及無毛刺。5.2.2 機柜應(yīng)無壓痕、碰傷、磨損。5.2.3 金屬零部件不應(yīng)有腐蝕及其它機械損傷現(xiàn)象。5.2.4 智能高壓噴霧除臭設(shè)備銘牌、安全標記應(yīng)正確

的規(guī)定進行。5.3.2 各緊固件緊固可靠,重要部位應(yīng)采取放松措施。5.3.3 各管路、電氣線路應(yīng)排列整齊、固定牢靠,不應(yīng)與其他零部件發(fā)生摩擦或碰撞,管路彎曲處應(yīng)圓滑,盡可能避免扭曲連接。5.3.4 全部管路、管道及其他固定與活動的密封處,均應(yīng)連接可靠,密封良好,不得有滲漏現(xiàn)象。5.4 功能要求5.4.1 應(yīng)具有模式選擇功能??蛇x手動工作模式和自動工作模式和清洗模式。5.4.2 應(yīng)具有設(shè)定功能。可進行工作時段的設(shè)定,可實現(xiàn)定時開機,定時關(guān)機。5.4.3 應(yīng)具有自動進水功能,正常運行過程中無需人工干預(yù)。5.4.4 應(yīng)具有缺液及液滿保護功能。水箱降低至低液位開關(guān)時,打開自動供水。水箱液位升至設(shè)定液位時,關(guān)閉供水。補水及滿液保護自動循環(huán)。5.4.5 應(yīng)具有報警功能。缺液時應(yīng)有聲、光報警。5.4.6 停止噴霧時,機體應(yīng)能自動將高壓噴管的壓力釋放,使液體回流以防止噴頭滴水現(xiàn)象。5.4.7 應(yīng)能根據(jù)啟停狀態(tài)自動調(diào)節(jié)高壓泵壓力,保護高壓泵、電機及管路的安全。5.4.8 應(yīng)具有藥劑自動配比功能。應(yīng)能根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)置的參數(shù),自動配比出藥劑比例,并儲存在混藥箱內(nèi),供噴霧使用。5.4.9 應(yīng)具有除臭藥劑和滅蠅藥劑分開噴霧裝置,根據(jù)設(shè)定時間定時啟動相應(yīng)噴霧裝置。5.4.10 應(yīng)具有觸摸屏顯示功能,顯示工作流程界面及每個裝置的運行狀態(tài)。5.5 安全要求5.5.1 電機的防護等級應(yīng)滿足
