authorityofChina,similartoAOAC’sroleinUSA.CNCA負(fù)責(zé)組織制訂SN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共933項(xiàng)。SN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是中國(guó)進(jìn)出口食品檢驗(yàn)檢疫主管部門(mén)官方指定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與美國(guó)的AOAC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)類(lèi)似。

中國(guó)食品安全的特點(diǎn)?Agriculturalproduction,breedingandfoodproductionareofhighlydecentralized.Theprocessingcapacityisoftenonasmall-scale.Among448,000food-processingenterprises,smallbusinesseswhichconsistoflessthan10staffmembersmakeupabout353,000.食品農(nóng)產(chǎn)品行業(yè)的最大問(wèn)題是：食品、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種養(yǎng)殖高度分散，生產(chǎn)加工能力弱、規(guī)模小-44.8萬(wàn)家食品加工企業(yè)，10人以下小企業(yè)、小作坊35.3萬(wàn)家?MicrobiologicalandchemicalcontaminationarestillthemostimportantfactorsinfoodsafetyinChina.(80%).
