SupplierRatingSystem(SRS)SCORINGCRITERIA-Service/Responsiveness評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)-效勞/反響TheService/Responsivenesscategoryaccountsfor10pointsoftheoverallScorecard. 效勞/反響怨工程占總記分卡的10分ServiceRatingsaredeterminedonthebasisof thefollowingcriteria: 由以下的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為根底,來決定效勞等級(jí)OntimeandaccurateProductionPartApprovalProcess(PPAP),asrequired 按要求,準(zhǔn)時(shí)及正確的PPAPOntimeandaccurateresponsetoqualityissues,includingplantvisitsperLear’srequest. 對(duì)質(zhì)量問題的準(zhǔn)時(shí)及正確的反響,包括按李爾要求參觀工廠Ontimeandaccuratedocumentationasrequiredbyeachlocation,includingbutnotlimitedtoSPC,Certifications,invoices,packingslips,etc. 按每個(gè)工廠的要求,準(zhǔn)時(shí)及正確的文件提交,包括但不僅限于SPC,證書,發(fā)票,裝箱單等.SupplierRatingSystem(SRS)SCORINGCRITERIA-Service/Responsiveness評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)-效勞/反響Example例如: ASupplierfailstosubmitontimeforthelatestengineering levelintheProductionPartApprovalProcess(PPAP)一家供給商沒能按時(shí)提交零件最新工程等級(jí)的PPAPTheSupplier’sScoreforthisexampleis9points 此例中,供給商的得分為9分.SupplierRatingSystem(SRS) ThefollowingtableoutlinestheService/Responsivenessoccurrencesandtheirrespectivescores: 以下表格是對(duì)效勞/反響事故出現(xiàn)次數(shù)與他們所對(duì)應(yīng)分?jǐn)?shù)的略述
