1.LoanTermsandConditions

1.1TheBorrowershallborrowtheloanamountfromtheLoanerandshallrepaytheloanamountandinterestwithintheagreedtime.

1.3TheBorrowershallrepaytheloanamountandinterestinaccordancewiththerepaymentscheduleagreedbybothparties.

4.Repayment

5.2IftheBorrowerfailstocomplywithanyothertermorconditionofthisContract,theLoanershallbeentitledtotakesuchstepsasitconsidersnecessarytoenforceitsrightsunderthisContract,including(withoutlimitation)theappointmentofareceiverovertheassetsoftheBorrowerorthecommencementoflegalproceedings.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof(insertjurisdiction).

6.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubmittedtotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof(insertjurisdiction).
