1.ScopeofServices

TheManufacturershallprovidegarmentprocessingservicestotheCustomer,includingbutnotlimitedtothefollowing:

a.Cuttingandsewingofgarments;

b.Qualitycontrolandinspectionoffinishedproducts;

c.Packaginganddeliveryoffinishedproducts;

Thespecificrequirements,specifications,andstandardsforthegarmentprocessingservicesshallbedetailedintheattached"GarmentProcessingSpecifications."

2.DeliveryandShipment

TheManufacturershalldeliverthefinishedproductstotheCustomerwithintheagreedtimeframe,whichshallnotexceed______workingdaysfromthedateofcompletionofthegarmentprocessingservices.

Thedeliverymethod,transportationcosts,andinsuranceshallbespecifiedintheattached"DeliveryandShipmentDetails."

3.PaymentTerms

TheCustomershallpaytheManufacturertheagreedpriceforthegarmentprocessingservices,whichshallbedetailedintheattached"PriceList."

Thepaymentschedule,paymentmethods,andpenaltiesforlatepaymentshallbespecifiedintheattached"PaymentTerms."

4.QualityAssurance

TheManufacturershallensurethatthefinishedproductsmeetthequalityrequirementsspecifiedintheattached"GarmentProcessingSpecifications."

TheCustomershallhavetherighttoinspectthefinishedproductsuponreceipt,andifanydefectsarefound,theManufacturershallberesponsibleforrectifyingthedefectsatnoadditionalcosttotheCustomer.

5.ConfidentialityandNon-Disparagement

Thepartiesagreetokeepallinformationconcerningthebusinessrelations,technicaldata,andtradesecretsconfidentialandnottodisclosethesametoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

Thepartiesagreetorefrainfrommakinganydefamatorystatementsorfalserepresentationsabouteachother.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthe______country.

3.Customer'sRightsandObligations
