文章是否符合期刊范圍、文章格式、文章長度；②

文章創(chuàng)新性，重要程度（高IF期刊）；③

文章內(nèi)容：摘要，關(guān)鍵詞，參考文獻(xiàn)（時(shí)效性要好，自引率不要太高），圖表（字體一致性

好，美觀程度要高，最重要！），結(jié)論④

抄襲與主編在期刊的后臺(tái)界面可以看到作者的投稿歷史，里邊有一些備注要點(diǎn)；同步有與數(shù)據(jù)庫比對(duì)的結(jié)果與細(xì)節(jié)，主編會(huì)據(jù)此判斷稿件是否有剽竊的行為。13Check
