Theseguidelines(the“Guidelines”)setforththetermsandconditionsunderwhichteams(the“Team(s)”)takingparttotheFerrariChallengeChampionship(Europe,USAorAsiaseries)(the“Championship”)areallowedtomakeuseofthe“FerrariChallengeLogo”reproducedinTable#1,propertyofFerrariS.p.A.(“Ferrari”).
Asageneralrule,eachusebyaTeamofthe“FerrariChallengeLogo”issubjecttoFerrari’spriorwrittenapproval.
Theapprovalcanberequestedbysendingane-mailtoFerrariChallenge@keepingcopiedoneofthefollowingemails:

i.images,drawingandotherrepresentations(bothstillandmoving)ofFerrari(the“FerrariImages“)
ii.anyname,logo,trade/servicemark,identifications,designationsorotherelementownedby,pertainingtoordirectlyorindirectlyreferredorreferableto,Ferrari,including(butnotlimitedto)predominantlyredelementsorcomponents(collectively,the“FerrariElements“)
iii.items(includingmerchandisingand/orotherpromotionalproducts/materials)bearingand/orreproducingtheFerrariImagesand/ortheFerrariElements
