1、搜索的范文幫我搜索范文 習(xí)慣改變?nèi)松?307 高哲冰 很小很小的時候,就有長輩在我們耳邊叮嚀:“要養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣!” 我們每個人在成長的過程中都會養(yǎng)成各種各樣的習(xí)慣,習(xí)慣可以改變我們的人生。好的習(xí)慣會使我們的氣質(zhì)乃至人生境界得到提高,而不良的習(xí)慣會使人顯得粗俗甚至庸俗。 也許在我們每個人的腦海中,習(xí)慣就是不經(jīng)意中日積月累而形成的一些“小動作”。我們總覺得無傷大雅,是不值得大發(fā)論詞去討論它的。但往往就是這些所謂的“小動作”的習(xí)慣會給人的一生帶來質(zhì)的不同影響,甚至因此而改變他的人生。 就說隨地吐痰吧!在一個干凈的公園中,即使你穿著再怎么光鮮,舉止多么的儒雅,倘若你由于習(xí)慣不經(jīng)意間吐下了一口痰,那么

2、我想任何“目擊者”都不可能再把你當(dāng)成“紳士”或“淑女”了吧! 可見,小小的習(xí)慣關(guān)系重大,它會直接影響到你的人格形象! 有時語言上的習(xí)慣也會壞大事。一些人平時不注意,不知不覺中就形成了一些不雅的“口頭禪”,往往導(dǎo)致“出口成臟”! 讓我們做個假設(shè),現(xiàn)在是經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,注重人才素質(zhì)的社會,要去應(yīng)聘某個職位時,通常要經(jīng)過面試。即使你文憑再高,倘若在面試過程中,不經(jīng)意間冒出一句習(xí)慣性的“國罵”,我想再怎樣需要人才的公司也不會對你留下好印象吧!也許因此你就失去了一個能好好發(fā)揮才能的機會,人生的道路因此也會不同,至少多了一份曲折。 一些行為不端的人往往也是從習(xí)慣性的“小動作”發(fā)展而來的。就拿有些小偷來說,有

3、時他們也許真想洗手不干了,但遇到有機可趁時,便會不由自主地“習(xí)慣”地動起“第三只手”來,美好人生也可能由此斷送掉。 在此,我們也應(yīng)說說另外一類“雷鋒式”的人。我個人認(rèn)為雷鋒助人為樂的精神也是出于一種“習(xí)慣”。在“老吾老,以及人之老;幼吾幼,以及人之幼”思想影響下,遇到需要幫助的人,就會不由自主地“習(xí)慣”地伸出援助之手,由此他們的人生常伴有鮮花與掌聲。也許很多悲天憫人的先人也是由此產(chǎn)生的。 平凡的人做出不平凡的事,“習(xí)慣”使然。 我想,“習(xí)慣”不會自發(fā)地形成,壞習(xí)慣的形成也可表現(xiàn)一類人的作風(fēng),至少是“粗心大意”的一類人,倘使總是抱著“不拘小節(jié)”的態(tài)度,那么難免會在大事上出差錯,人生的道路上本就不

But I have also got over it. I have not read lots of grammar books. But I spent much time reading the articles written by native s

8、peakers or specialists in English. By doing so, I came to gain “a sense of English language”. I began to gain a feel for which sentences are “good English” and which are not. Finally, I want to say that overing all these difficulties requires perseverance. In the past seven years I spent at least an

9、 hour on English each day. I believe this is an important reason why I am able to make progress in learning English. 2、COLLEGE STUDENTS SHOULD ATTEND PHYSICAL EXERCISE Physical exercise is a necessary part of college life. However, still some college students do not like to attend sports activities,

10、 they think those activities waste their time and influence their study. Indeed, it is very unwise for college students to keep distance from physical exercise because physical exercise is not harmful but good to them. College students can benefit a lot from physical exercise. First of all, attendin

11、g physical sports can help students build a strong body, and keep abounding energy. Moreover, physical exercise is an effective way to relief pressure and keep a pleasant move. Besides, by attending physical activities, students can have chances to contact and municate with others which can help the

12、m improve their social skills. Nowadays, all colleges and universities have provided many sports facilities for students to do physical exercises, students can chose freely aording to their interests and needs.As for me, I am keen on all kinds of ball games, especially football and basketball. 13、these games, I have gained a lot, and enjoined great pleasure. To conclude, physical exercise is beneficial to every college students, and therefore do not hesitate to attend sports activities. 3、Online games As a product of modern puter and the Inter, online games have bee very popular among colleg

14、e students. Many students have enjoyed great pleasure and satisfaction from these games. But as we see, some students lacking self discipline on too much indulge in these games. So that their health and academic performances are affected. This phenomenon has caused much worry from the teachers and p

15、arents. However, some others argue that online games are not always harmful. They can train their ability of youngsters to respond to things quickly. Moreover, they can stimulate their imagination and their interest in puter science. More importantly, it does bring college students much pleasure and

16、 release their pressure greatly. Form my point of view, online games are wonderful entertainment if you play them in a clever way. When they interfere too much with your study, it is better for you to give them up at once, but if you have enough self control over them, you can certainly obtain real

17、pleasure and benefit a lot from them. 4、Certificates Craze on Campus In recent years, to get a certificate has bee a new craze among college students. Just randomly, ask a student on campus what he or she is busy doing, quite possibly, you may get the answer that he or she is preparing for a certifi

18、cate of some kind. Why does this craze appear? There are two mainly reasons behind this phenomenon. First, it is the employments pressure that forces college students to get more certificates. With the admission expansion of colleges, a large more graduates have to face the fierce petition in the jo

19、b markets. How can one make himself more petitive, more certificates at hands maybe. Second, the diplomas and certificates are still important standard by which many employers measure a persons ability in order to increase qualification for a job, the students pel themselves to run from one exam to

20、another. Form my point of view, we should be more rational when it es to certificates, since certificates do not necessarily prove ones ability, being crazy in getting certificates blindly. It is nothing but wasting time. To conclude, we should focus on improving our ability but not getting a certif

21、icate of no practical value. 5、How to deal with peer pressure? College students are often obsessed by peer pressure from their classmates or schoolmates. Facing others hard work and good performance in academic and other aspects, many students feel great pressure. Then, how to deal with this kind of

22、 peer pressure? The following measures can be taken. First, you should take a careful look at your present level and set a practical object. You neednt always pare yourselves with those on the top and just make your efforts towards your object. Second, under peer pressure, you shouldnt feel discoura

23、ged and pressed. Instead, you should make it your motivation for harder work. Finally, if you find pressure is nearly beyond your control, youd better turn to professional psychological guidance. As a college student, I have no way to avoid peer pressure, so I try to figure out the way to do with it

24、 well. I set my own goal, including my practical level and my position among the peers. Because of my focus on my own goal, I have no time and energy to think about the pressure. So Im little troubled by it. To conclude, we should not escape from peer pressure, but learn to make best use of it, sinc

25、e it can hardly be avoided. 6、Should college students be tutors? Nowadays there are more and more provided tutors among college students. Some students even take a few tutor jobs at the same time. People have different opinions about this phenomenon. Some people believe college students can benefit

26、a lot from being tutors. On the one hand they can earn some money and lessen the burden on their family. On the other hand they can have chances to apply their knowledge to the solution to the practical problems. However still others object to college students being a tutor. They think that a studen

27、t should focus on his study instead of doing a part-time job. If they spend too much time on teaching, they will not have enough time to study, and naturally their academic performance will be affected. In the two arguments, Im in favor of the former one. In my opinion, to be a tutor is a good pract

28、ical activity for us college students, from which we can gain practical experience and skills. But it is worth noting that we cannot spend too much time in being tutors.
