14、2(1. 吉林大學(xué);2.中國第一汽車集團(tuán)公司技術(shù)中心)【摘要】進(jìn)行了CA4GD1型發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、燃燒系統(tǒng)、燃油噴射系統(tǒng)、點火系統(tǒng)和電控系統(tǒng)等的設(shè)計。在優(yōu)化進(jìn)氣道形狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對不同進(jìn)氣管長度和不同壓縮比對發(fā)動機(jī)性能的影響進(jìn)行了研究。試驗結(jié)果表明,CA4GD1汽油機(jī)升功率為54 kW/L,升轉(zhuǎn)矩為92.6 Nm/L;經(jīng)濟(jì)油耗區(qū)域出現(xiàn)在中低速、中高負(fù)荷區(qū)域,且等油耗曲線在橫向拉伸較長,可滿足發(fā)動機(jī)負(fù)荷變化不大而轉(zhuǎn)速變化較大的需求;排放滿足國IV標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并具有良好的可靠性。主題詞:汽油機(jī) 設(shè)計 性能 排放Development of High-performance Low-emissionCA4G

Structure of the mount model is modified, and stiffness measurement and fatigue durability test were made to the test piece before and after the modification. The results show that after modification,

23、大學(xué);2.天津市公安局車輛管理所)【摘要】對使用低溫等離子體(NTP)輔助催化型顆粒物捕集器(CDPF)的多元催化凈化系統(tǒng)對柴油機(jī)尾氣污染物的凈化作用進(jìn)行了試驗研究。結(jié)果表明,NTP可有效去除柴油機(jī)PM,最高凈化效率可達(dá)67%,且受柴油機(jī)運行工況影響較小,但受能流密度影響較大,且NOx的濃度均有不同程度的增加;使用NTP/CDPF多元催化凈化系統(tǒng),兩種凈化措施能形成優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),對柴油機(jī)尾氣中NOx、PM等污染物有良好催化凈化性能,去除效率分別達(dá)82%、31%。 主題詞:柴油機(jī)排放 多元催化凈化系統(tǒng) NTP/CDPFStudy on the Removal of Exhaust Pollutant

25、ytic converter system equipped with non-thermal plasma (NTP) coupled with catalytic diesel particulate filter (CDPF) was studied. The experiments showed that the particulate matter (PM) from diesel exhaust can be removed efficiently by NTP, the efficiency is up to 67%, in addition, running condition
26、s of the diesel engine is affected slightly, but N/Q is affected substantially, and at the same time, the concentration of NOx is increased to different extent. In the NTP/CDPF system, the two removal measures complement each other, which contribute to its favorable abilities in catalyzing and remov
