To understand the meaning of the conversation.2.Grasp the ask and answer of the things what they are.Keywords: horse, sheep, henKey sentences: -What are these? -They are -Are these.? -Yes, they are./No, they arent.Teaching procedures:Period 1:Step 1: Warming-up and greeting.T:Good morning, boys and girls!S:Good morning, teacher.T:Before our class, lets have a revision. All of you, look at the screen please. And read after me.T: Well, today well have our new lesson, Unit 4 At the farm.Step 2:PresentationAfter a while, the teacher point at the picture and say, look! What are these?S:They are.T:Yes, they are. read after me.Then, the teacher point at the picture and lead the reading. During the time, the teacher review the words in the same way.T:Now who can tell me what are these?S:They are.The teacher help the Ss. to practice the sentence patterns.Step3:Game timeT:Children,lets play a guessing game, ok?S:Okay!In this period, I will give some pictures of covering to the Ss, then they will answer my questions by the pictures.Step4:Add-activitiesT:Ask the Ss. to watch the PPT of this period and read after the record.
