文檔簡介
自我介紹:Good morning/afternoon/Hi. Its really my great honor to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I hope I can make a good performance today. My name is Mao Ziwei, and English name is Vivian. Im a master of shanghai jiaotong university. My major is verterinary. Before sjtu, I was a student of Zhejiang University. I will graduate in March this year. I come from Zhejiang Province, my parents are all businessmen. So Im very interested in economy.I pay great attention to improve myself. When in the university, I participated to many societies to practice my ability, such as the ability to communicate with people, how to make a good presentation and so on. Whats more , I often help teacher to do some things like hold a meeting, party, give a notice to student , write a report and so on.Most of my classmates choose to do the work in lab. However,I really dont want to do. Acturally, I think because of the poisonous reagent, its dangerous for people, especially for girl or women. Id like to apply for post I can comumunicate to different people. My characteristics is enthusiastic, diligence, good at learning and communication. I believe that I can bear heavy burden . Please offer me a chance and I will give a surprise back to you. Thank you.所期望的薪水是多少?My salary requirement may be too high, and I hope my primary will not be lower than RMB 4,000. First, I think I am an excellent graduate. Though there will be a transition period(過渡期), I will soon make profits for the company. Whats more, I think if a company is willing to pay a high salary for a post, it also indicates its importance. And in this situation can I be convinced that I can get more learning opportunities and better prospects. What is important to you in a job?Of course paycheck is important, However,In my opinion, the challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution is much more important than salary.Three words to describe yourself?Enthusiastic, responsible, good at learning and communicationThe most difficult things? I met a lot difficulties,i think the first is during my master. My paper is a research related to a protein in virus. This virus can infect many animals and human. Its very dangerous. So i have to do a lot work to protect myself. Whats more, there are seldom people do research related to virus and protein. So i must learn the skills from the professor in USA and England. To overcome the difficult, first, i ask my teacher and senior student to teach me the way to protect myself. Second, i connect to the professor abroad, learn the avanced technology. Third, i keep trying to solve every problem in research.Whats your experience?I have some intern experience. For example, I worked in Hangzhou Bank as Assistant of Credit Manager. My duty is to Organize customer information, teach the customer apply a loan ,check the materials, sale credit card. I also worked in some government organization. My duty is help the offices to manage files .When I was in school, I hold meetings, parties, and other activities like visiting companis, volunteer activities. 2. Why do you want to work for this organization? Cite its reputation, the opportunities it offers, and the working condit ions. Stress that you want to work for this organization, not just any organ ization. 3. Why should we employ you? Point to your academic preparation, job skills, and enthusiasm about working for the firm. Mention your performance in school or previous employment as evidence of your ability to learn and to become productive quickly. If the job involves management responsibilities, refer to past activities as proof of your ability to get along with others and to work as part of a team. 4. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us? Answer by saying along these lines: As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities. 5. Can we offer you a career path? Reply: I believe you could, once I know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me about it? The answer may be revealing. 6. What are your greatest strengths? Give a response like one of the following: I can see what needs to be done and do it, Im wiling to make decisions, I work well with others, I can organize my time efficiently. 7. What are you greatest weakness? Identify one or two, such as the following: I tend to drive myself too hard, I expect others to perform beyond their capacities, I like to se e a job done quickly, and Im critical if it isnt. Note these weaknesses c ould also be regarded as desirable qualities. The trick with this question i s to describe a weakness so that it could also be considered a virtue. 8. What didnt you like about previous jobs youve held? Discuss the things you didnt like, but avoid making slighting reference to any of your former employers. 9. How do you spend your leisure time? Mention a cross section of interests-active and quiet, social and solitary - rather just one. 10. Are there any weaknesses in your education or experience? Take stock of your weaknesses before the interview. Practice discussing them in a positive light. Youll find that they are minor when discussed along with all the positive things you have to offer. 11. Where do you want to be five years from now? Saying that youd like to be president is unrealistic, yet few employers want people who are content to sit still. You might say, in five years, Id like to have my bosss job. If you cant qualify for your bosss job by then, you may not be the fright candidate. 12. What are your salary expectations? If you are asked this at the outset, its best to say, Why dont we discuss salary after you decide whether Im right for the job? But if the interviewer asks this after showing real interest in you, speak up. She or he will probably try to meet your price. If you need a clue about what to ask for, say, Can you discuss your salary range with me? 13. What would you do if.? This question is designed to test your reposes. For example: What would you do if your computer broke down during an audit? Your answer there isnt nearly so important as your approach to the problem. And a calm approach is best. Start by saying, One thing I might do is . Then give several alternative choices. 14. What type of position are you interested in? Job titles and responsibilities vary from firm to firm . So state your skills instead, such as Im good at figure work, and the positions that req 15. Tell me something about yourself. Say youll be happy to talk about yourself, and ask what the interviewer wants to know. If this point is clarified, respond. If not, tell why you feel your skills will contribute to the job and the organization. This question gives you a great opportunity to sell yourself. 16.
