The main structure is a combination of steel shell and

Steel trolley,Using steel trolley can meet the demand of high-quality and high efficiency of the secondary lining construction, while avoiding the interference of the tunnel construction, reducing the human and material resources, and improving the mechanization level of the tunnel
3、construction,Significance,The bend guide tunnel of Three Gorges underground power station is high-speed flow area, which requires high concrete lining quality, and meanwhile, due to the special spatial structure of concrete lining, it brings large amount of difficulties to construction. These factor
4、s decide that the existing steel trolley for lining is hard to ensure the quality requirements.,To resolve this problem, this design first proposed the steel trolley pouring technique based on space hyperbolic structure focusing on surface precision control of tunnel concrete lining construction, wh
5、ich satisfies the tunnel linings special space requirements of Three Gorges underground power.,Contends,By measuring the deformation of the hyperboloid trolley in actual construction, we put forward a template deformation control approach to improve its running mode phenomenon, and validate the effe
6、ctiveness of the improving method applying finite element analysis software, which not only ensured the safety of construction, speed up the construction progress and improved economic efficiency.,But also provided a reference and basis for general hyperbolic steel trolley design, solved the practic
7、al problems with the same type of construction and offered a new solution for complex condition of the concrete construction. 9、nnected by the hydraulic cylinders,。 And the hydraulic cylinders can control the template of Steel Trolley to move。,We build simulation models and analyze their strength-stiffness and stress-strain under each pouring process,Conclusion,Figure 3.
