1、除二氧化碳器Instruction for Decarbonator使用說明書Operation Instruction Manual無錫電站輔機(jī)廠Wuxi Power Auxiliary Equipment Works一、用途除二氧化碳器是用于驅(qū)除在水中的軟化,除鹽過程中,原水經(jīng)過氫離子交換后,水中的重碳酸被破壞而產(chǎn)生的大量游離二氧化碳的設(shè)備,它設(shè)置于氫離子之后??梢匀コ械亩趸?,減少對設(shè)備的腐蝕,減輕陰離子交換的負(fù)荷,提高水處理設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性與出水 水質(zhì)。二、主要技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)工作壓力:常壓工作溫度:常溫淋灑密度:60米3/米2時進(jìn)水溫度:15C進(jìn)水CO2含量:W 390毫克/升出水CO
2、2含量:w 5毫克/升三、工作原理當(dāng)含有H2CO3的水通過進(jìn)水裝置均勻地從容器頂部往下流過填料層時,水在填料的表 面形成一種薄膜的流動,薄膜的流動造成了水中CO2和容器底部鼓進(jìn)來的空氣密切接觸的條 件,使水中氣體與空氣中氣體容易自由交換,由于空氣里的CO2含量很小,它的壓力只占大氣壓力的0.003%左右,所以,水中的CO2就很容易擴(kuò)散到空氣里去,當(dāng)水逐漸往下流動時, 它所接觸的卻是比較新鮮的空氣(因空氣向上流動,越到容器上部,空氣里吸收的CO2越 多, “新鮮”指空氣中所吸收的 CO2較少)更有利于CO2擴(kuò)散出來,水流至底部時,水里的絕大 部分CO2已被去除,殘余的CO2含量在5毫克/升左右。
3、四、結(jié)構(gòu)簡述1. 進(jìn)水裝置:采用支管式結(jié)構(gòu),用硬聚氯乙稀管或不銹鋼管制作。2. 多孔板及填料:多孔板:小直徑設(shè)備上采用硬聚氯乙稀板制作,大直徑設(shè)備上采用鋼板襯膠。填料:采用25X 25 X 3陶瓷環(huán)或50聚丙烯塑料空心多面球。3. 進(jìn)水管管徑的選擇按2米/秒流速考慮。4. 本產(chǎn)品可根據(jù)用戶不同的水質(zhì)情況,按下表選取不同的填料層高度。編號12345含 CO2mg/l 25w 44.3w 76.4w 164w 392.3填料高度(mm)16002000250032004000五、使用方法1. 啟動和供水(1) 啟動清水泵,開啟投運(yùn)的陽離子交換器運(yùn)行進(jìn)水門和空氣門,待空氣放盡關(guān)閉空氣 門。開啟該交換
4、器疏水門,順流至水質(zhì)符合規(guī)范,并檢查沒有跑樹脂現(xiàn)象以后,即開啟鼓風(fēng) 機(jī),然后關(guān)閉疏水門,開啟陽離子交換器出水門向除碳器進(jìn)水,進(jìn)行除碳工作。(2) 水位到達(dá)中間水箱正常水位時,開啟中間水泵、向陽離子交換器供水,嚴(yán)格監(jiān)視中 間水箱水位,以保持陰、陽離子交換器的流量平衡,防止水箱溢流和中間水泵打空泵。2. 停止供水和停用(1) 停止供水順序是:停用陰離子交換器一停用中間水泵T停用陽離子交換器一停用清 水泵一停用除碳器鼓風(fēng)機(jī)。(2) 陰、陽離子交換器切換時, 應(yīng)事先啟用投運(yùn)的交換器, 然后關(guān)閉停用的離子交換器。六、安裝1. 填料在運(yùn)輸過程中可能摻有污泥,雜質(zhì)及破碎情況,應(yīng)以于清洗及去除后方可裝入 筒體
5、。2. 除碳器所裝塑料空心多面球的規(guī)格和高度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,填料應(yīng)盡量保證完整, 減少破碎情況。3. 將填料裝入筒體時,可先在筒體內(nèi)注入一定高度的水,然后再將填料倒入,這樣可 減少填料的破碎。4. 設(shè)備總裝完畢后,除碳器所有構(gòu)件的連接處,均應(yīng)接合嚴(yán)密,不得有滲漏現(xiàn)象。七、維修保養(yǎng)1. 設(shè)備裝置于室外的,應(yīng)定期涂刷防銹漆,以防止設(shè)備腐蝕,延長設(shè)備的使用壽命。2. 由于設(shè)備內(nèi)部裝有塑料部件及筒體襯膠,因此設(shè)備發(fā)運(yùn)至使用單位而不立即使用者, 應(yīng)將設(shè)備放入室內(nèi)存放,其環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)是 530C,室溫低于5C應(yīng)考慮保溫措施,防止塑 料及膠層的損壞,嚴(yán)禁在露天存放。3. 設(shè)備檢修時,檢查內(nèi)部填料的破碎程度,根
6、據(jù)實際情況,應(yīng)調(diào)換或添加以保證除碳 效果。八、供貨范圍供應(yīng)除二氧化碳器本體及配套風(fēng)機(jī)。I. ApplicationThe decarbonator, equipped after H-ion exchange, is an apparatus used to remove a large amount of free CO2 produced while the high carbonic acid in water was destroyed after the raw water was exchanged with H-ion in course of the softening and
7、 desalting water. The CO2 in water could be removed, resulting in reducing the collision to the equipment and the load of the anion exchanger and increasing the economy and outlet water quality of the water treatment system.Main Technical PerformanceWorking pressure ordinary pressureWorking temperat

Working principleWhen the contained H2CO3 flow downward through the filler layer uniformly from the top of tank via intake apparatus, it will form
9、a kind of film flow on the surface of the filler. The formed film creates a condition for the CO 2 in water to come into closely with the air blown in from the bottom of tank and thus it makes the gas in water and that in the air exchange easily and freely.Sine there is little CO2 in air whose press
10、ure is about 0.003% of atmospheric pressure, the CO2 in water is spread out easily in the air. When the water flow downward gradually, what it contacts is fresher air (since air flow upward the higher it flow, the more CO2 the air intakes, the “fresh ”means the air intakes less CO2) which is mosst a
11、dvantageous for the CO2 to spread out. Most CO2 in water has been removed while the water flow to the bottom and remained CO2 is less than 5mg/L.III. Structure Specialty1. Intake apparatus: Branch type construction fabricated with high polyvinyl chloride is adopted2. Porous plate and filling materia
12、l:High polyvinyl chloride plate is adopted for small diameter equipment . Steel plate rubber lining is adopted for large diameter equipment.Filling material: 25X 25x 3 ceramic ring or polyacry plastic hollow polyhedral ball is adopted.3. The diameter of the in take tube is opted based on the flow sp

Operation1. Start and water supply(1) The clear water pump is
14、 started and the reserved cati on excha nger, operat ing in take door and air door are ope ned. The air door should be closed when the air is exhausted out. The drain age door of the excha nger should be ope ned and the water will be washed till the quality con forms to the specificati on. After the
15、 case of the escap ing res in is in spected, the blower is started and the n the drain age door is closed and the outlet water door of the cati on excha nger should be ope ned to feed water to the decarb on ator. Thus, decarb on ati ng proceed ing will be carried out.(2) Medium water pump should be
16、operated and water will be feed to the cati on excha nger when the level is up to the normal level of the medium water tank. The water level of the medium water tank should be inspected carefully, to keep the flow balance of the anion and cation excha nger and to avoid overflow ing of the water tank
17、 and pump ing emptily of the medium water pump.2. The filling material possibly mingle with mud and impurity during transport process, It should be washed with clear water prior to

The size and height of filling material in the equipment should conform drawing requirements, and the plastic hollow polyhedral should be integral, the fragmental ball should be reduced.3. When put the filling material in the tank, should fill the tank with water to proper heig
20、ht then put the filling mater in the tank to reduce filling material fragment.4. All the interfaces of parts in the equipment should be compact jointed and leakage is forbidden after installationVI. Maintenance1. All those equipmentsshould be coated periodically with rust resistant paint to make the equipment long-service life.2. Since the plastic parts and shell rubber lining are
