1、建筑施工說明information on building construction(本工程依據(jù)中華人民共和國國家標準進行設(shè)計)(the project is designed as per national standard of peoples republic of china.)一.本工程是玻利維亞65噸/小時水泥粉磨系統(tǒng)中的一個單體,平面位置見總平面圖,本單體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計使用年限為 50年,結(jié)構(gòu)的安全等級為二級。i. the project is a unit in bolivia 65t/h cement pulverizing system, whose planimetric p

2、osition is described in general layout, and design life of the unit structure is for 50 years, with grade ii security level.二.本工程 0.000為地質(zhì)報告假定標高100.00m。ii. 0.00 in the project refers to assumed elevation of 100.00m in the geologic report.三.本工程是依據(jù)廠方所提供的工程地質(zhì)報告進行土建設(shè)計的.抗震設(shè)防類別為丙類,抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度,生產(chǎn)火災(zāi)危險性類別:戊; 耐

3、火等級:二級; 環(huán)境類別:二b類。iii. civil design of the project shall conform to engineering geologic report provided by the client. anti-seismic class: c, seismic fortification intensity: scale vi, production fire hazard class: fifth, fire-proof grade: ii, environment type: class ii b.四.施工配合:iv construction coor

4、dination本工程施工前,應(yīng)核對相應(yīng)工藝,設(shè)備,電氣,給排水圖紙,進行技術(shù)交底和圖紙會審工作,完畢后方可施工。construction shall not start until technical instructions and drawing check are carried out in terms of corresponding process, equipment, electrical and water supply/drainage drawings.五.建筑做法:v. construction approach1.防潮層:1. damp-proof course防水

5、砂漿防潮層:20厚1:2水泥沙漿摻5%避水漿,一般在-0.06標高處.(-0.06m標高處若有鋼筋砼梁時,則可不做防潮層.)damp-proof course of waterproofing mortar: with thickness of 20mm, mortar mixing proportion shall be 1:2 (cement to sand) mixed with 5% water-proof agent at usual elevation of -0.06 (there is any reinforced concrete beam at -0.06m, damp-p

6、roof course shall not be made).2.建筑墻體一般為磚墻,墻體的用磚標號及砌筑砂漿標號見結(jié)構(gòu)施工說明,一般承重墻為240厚承重空心磚。2. generally, masonry wall body is of brickwall, whose brick marks and masonry mortar marks are described in structural construction instructions, and common load-bearing wall shall be made of load-bearing hollow brick

7、with thickness of 240mm.3.地面:3. ground(1)本工程室內(nèi)外高差一般為150.(1) in the project, height difference inside and outside of room usually is 150mm. (2)地面做法:(2) approach to ground worka.磨房地面:a. ground of milling room:20厚1:2水泥砂漿,壓實抹光;80厚c15砼;120厚碎石或碎磚夯實;素土夯實.20mm thick, mortar shall be made of cement and sand

8、at ratio of 1:2, compact and finish; 80mm thick, c15 concrete; 120mm thick, ram with detritus and brickbat; ram with plain soil.b.變壓器室、低壓配電室及控制中心(控制中心另加抗靜電活動地板)地面:b. ground of transformer room, low-voltage switching room and control centre (anti-static movable floor shall be additionally provided to

9、 control centre):60厚c20混凝土,表面撒1:1水泥中粗砂壓實抹光;60mm thick, c20 concrete, scatter cement and medium coarse sand by 1:1, compact and finish;撒綠豆砂一層粘牢;a layer of pea gravel is scattered and cemented;刷冷底子油一道,熱瀝青二道防潮層,厚2.0以上;brush with one coat of adhesive bitumen primer, two coats of hot-mix asphalt as water

10、-proof course, with thickness of over 2.0mm;60厚c15混凝土,表面撒1:1干水泥中粗砂壓實抹光;60mm thick, c15 concrete, scatter dried cement and medium coarse sand by 1:1, compact and finish;100厚碎石或碎磚夯實,灌1:5水泥砂漿;100mm thick, ram with detritus and brickbat, grout cement mortar mixed at ratio of 1:5 (cement to sand);素土夯實。ra

11、m with plain soil.4.樓面做法:4. approach to floor work10厚1:2水泥沙漿;15厚1:3水泥沙漿找平層;搗制鋼筋砼樓板,隨搗隨抹.for leveling blanket, 10mm thick, mortar is mixed with cement and sand by 1:2; 15mm thick, mortar is mixed with cement and sand by 1:3; pour reinforced concrete floor, plaster while vibrating.5.外墻粉刷: 5. external

12、wall plastering(1)雨蓬,窗臺,沿口,勒腳(高500),刷(噴)外墻涂料;2厚紙筋(麻刀)石灰粉面;15厚1:3石灰砂漿打底.(1) for rain cover, window sill, binding edge, plinth (500mm high), brush (spray) paint to external wall; 2mm thick, plaster wall with paper fiber (hemp cut) lime; 15mm thick, render with mortar mixed with cement and sand in prop

13、ortion of 1:3.(2)其它均為混合砂漿粉刷:8厚1:1:6水泥石灰砂漿粉面;12厚1:1:6水泥石灰砂漿打底.(2) others are plastered by blended mortar: 8mm thick, plaster wall with mixing mortar at a ratio of 1:1:6 (cement to lime to sand); 12mm thick, render with mixing mortar in proportion of 1:1:6 (cement to lime to sand).6.內(nèi)墻粉刷:6. internal w

14、all plastering(1)變壓器室、低壓配電室及控制中心:(1) transformer room, low-voltage switching house and control centre:刷(噴)內(nèi)墻涂料;2厚紙筋(麻刀)石灰粉面;brush (spray) paint to internal wall; 2mm thick, plaster wall with paper pulp (hemp cut) lime;15厚1:3石灰砂漿打底.15mm thick, render with mortar mixed at a ratio of 1:3 (lime to sand)

15、.(3)踢腳線做法一般同地面。(3) approach to making apron is similar to that to ground.7.屋面7. roof coveringa.結(jié)構(gòu)找坡,無組織排水.a. make slope to structure, without organized drainage.b.磨房屋面為防水砂漿屋面:按25厚1:2水泥砂漿加35%防水劑,分兩次粉,表面壓光,刷素水泥漿一道;現(xiàn)搗鋼筋砼屋面板坡度23%;b. roof covering of mill room shall be made of water-proofing mortar: wate

16、r-proofing agent shall be added to 25mm thickness surface pressed smooth, paint a coat of plain cement mortar; slope of reinforcement concrete roof slab cast-in-place shall be of 2-3%;c.變壓器室、低壓配電室及控制中心為剛性防水屋面:40厚c20細石混凝土,內(nèi)配4雙向鋼筋,中距150,粉平壓光;灑細砂一層,再干鋪紙?zhí)ビ蜌忠粚樱?0厚1:3水泥砂漿找平;現(xiàn)搗鋼筋混凝土屋面板坡度23%。c. transformer

18、t and sand at a ratio of 1:3; slope of reinforce concrete roof slab cast-in-place on site shall be of 2-3%;(用細石混凝土作保護層或剛性防水層時,應(yīng)按縱橫間距6m設(shè)置分隔縫,縫中鋼筋必須切斷,縫寬20,與女兒墻之間留縫30mm,縫內(nèi)嵌填密封材料。)(in case of using fine aggregate concrete as protective layer or rigid waterproof layer, joint, with width of 20mm, shall b

21、 slabs. 9.油漆:9. painting(1)鋼門窗:顏色甲方自定,調(diào)和漆二度;刮膩子;防銹漆或紅丹一度.(1) steel door and window: color shall be determined by party a, two coats of ready-mix paint; scrap putty; one coat of anticorrosion paint or red lead.(2)鋼欄桿,鋼扶梯,銀粉漆二度;刮膩子;防銹漆或紅丹一度.(2) for steel handrail, steel stairs, apply two coats of alum

22、inum powder paint; scrap putty; one coat of anticorrosion paint or red lead.10.室外工程:10. exterior works:(1)散水:寬800,20厚1:2水泥砂漿抹面,壓實抹光;60厚c15砼;素土夯實,向外坡4%;(1) apron: 800mm wide, 20mm thick, plaster surface with mixing mortar in proportion of 1:2 (cement to sand), compact and finish; 60mm thick, c15 conc

23、rete, tamp by plain soil, outward slope shall be of 4%;(2)斜坡:25厚1:2水泥砂漿抹出60寬成深鋸齒形表面;素水泥漿一道;80100厚c15號砼;200厚碎石灌 m2.5混合砂漿;素土夯實(坡度按工程設(shè)計)(2) slope: 25mm thick, plaster to be deep dentate shaped surface with thickness of 60mm by mortar mixed at a ratio of 1:2 (cement to sand); one coat of plain grout; 80

27、連接圖 connection drawing of steel channel with different height 基礎(chǔ)施工說明:foundation construction instructions1本工程設(shè)計時依據(jù)甲方提供的地質(zhì)勘探報告進行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計.基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計等級為丙級,場地土類別為iii類。1. foundation design of the project complies with geologic exploration report provided by party a. foundation design grade shall be c, and site soi

28、l is classified to be iii.2 本工程0.00相當于地質(zhì)報告假定標高100.00m2. 0.00 in the project is equivalent to relative elevation of 100.00m in geologic report.3 本工程框架柱基礎(chǔ)及磨機基礎(chǔ)均為天然地基基礎(chǔ)。柱下獨基座落在未經(jīng)擾動的 3 層碎石土上,承載力特征值fak=250kpa,超挖部分均以鋪漿塊石回填。3. in the project, all foundations of frame column and pulverizers shall be natural

29、 ground. independent foundation at column foot shall be located on undisturbed soil aggregate of 3 layers, characteristic value of bearing capacity fak=250kpa, all excavated parts shall be backfilled with laying slurry and bricks.4設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)混凝土強度等級c30,墊層c10(素砼)??蚣苤喊屙艔姸鹊燃塩30,地坑混凝土強度等級c30,防水砼抗?jié)B等級0.6mpa。4.

30、for equipment foundation, concrete strength shall be c30 grade, bedding shall be of c10 (plain concrete). concrete intensity of frame column beam, beam and slab shall be grade c30, concrete intensity of pit shall be grade c30, impermeability grade water-proof concrete shall not be less than 0.6mpa.5

33、hed drawings. 8未盡事宜請遵守國家有關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定。8. matters not mentioned herein shall be performed according to state relative codes.附注:note:1、磨機基礎(chǔ)采用大體積墩式基礎(chǔ)。1. pulverizer foundation shall be of large volume pier type.2、基礎(chǔ)混凝土強度等級c25,二次澆注采用c30細石混凝土。2. concrete intensity of foundation shall be grade c25, grout shall be

34、 c30 fine aggregate concrete.3、鋼筋搭接長度35d,錨固長度42d。3. for rebar, its overlapping length is 35d, anchorage length is 42d.4、圖中未注明鋼筋為22150。4. rebar not indicated in drawing shall be of22150.5、二次澆注厚度超過100時,需配置62005. in case of thickness of grout exceeding 100mm, 6200 shall be provided.6、圖中所注尺寸應(yīng)與工藝圖核對無誤后方可

36、鋼材材質(zhì)均采用q235-b.型鋼均采用普通熱軋型。1. steel materials of members shall be of q235-b type. all steel sections shall be of common hot-rolled type.2. 焊條采用e4315型.板采用5毫米花紋鋼板。2. electrodes shall be of e4315 type. slab shall be checkered sheet with thickness of 5mm.3. 所有未注明的焊縫高度不小于構(gòu)件厚度,且不小于6毫米.焊縫長度均為滿焊。3. all weldin

39、rs, with compacting coefficient over 0.94.1.當錨筋長度大于梁(板)高度時應(yīng)將錨筋盡可能伸足梁(板)后水平彎折,彎折后的水平長度在滿足總長度的前提下一般構(gòu)造埋件不小于4d,受拉埋件不小于10d。受拉埋件錨筋同時應(yīng)滿足彎折前的長度不小于0.45的總錨長。任何時候錨筋端部均不得外露。1. in case of anchorage length longer than height of beam (slab), anchor bar shall be extended into beam (slab) as deep as possible, then b

47、震等級為三級。樓板為梁板結(jié)構(gòu)。ii. design basis設(shè)計依據(jù): (1) natural conditions自然條件: 1. basic wind pressure基本風壓: wo=0.7kn/m2; 2. geologic conditions for project工程地質(zhì)條件: class ii site, based on exploration report provided by bolivia; 0.00 in the project is equivalent to relative elevation of 100.00m in the geologic repor

57、and column of frame. for class iii and iv anti-seism, lae= 1.05la; lae為考慮地震作用組合的構(gòu)件的受拉鋼筋的最小錨固長度,本工程指框架梁柱.對三,四級抗震等級,lae= 1.05la ;3. under any circumstance, the anchorage length of tensile rebar shall not be less than 250mm; 在任何情況下,受拉鋼筋的錨固長度不應(yīng)小于250mm4. hook shall be additionally provided for hpb235 rebar end. hpb235鋼筋端部應(yīng)另加彎鉤.(3) rebar joint鋼筋接頭:1. longitudinal rebar joint shall give priority to mechanical joint or welded joint, and longitudinal force-bearing rebar of axial tensile and small-eccentric tensile members
