2、檔可以統(tǒng)一模式 如果你需要在你的演示中應(yīng)用某圖表,只需復(fù)制該圖表在你的文檔中,然后修改。一般有兩種復(fù)制方法: 在普通視圖下,按 ctrl-a選擇所有對象,復(fù)制,然后切換到新文檔中粘貼 在幻燈片瀏覽視圖下,選擇你要復(fù)制的幻燈片單頁,然后復(fù)制、粘貼到新的文檔里,當(dāng)然也是在瀏覽模式下gbuttem3使用指引使用指引 標(biāo)題和正文在模版中已經(jīng)預(yù)設(shè),所以你只需要應(yīng)用即可。應(yīng)用時選擇菜單中格式 中的幻燈片版式。你即可選擇你需要的版式,再填入文字 按增加縮進量,文字縮進一級后字體大小和粗細或項目符號會自動改變 行間距也是預(yù)設(shè)的,不要按兩次回車以增加行間距 記住,復(fù)制是最有效而準(zhǔn)確的方式將一個對象的格式應(yīng)用到另

6、: 復(fù)寫 用鼠標(biāo)移動對象十分方便。但是需要垂直或水平移動的時候可同時按住shift鍵 如果你需要復(fù)制對象到指定地方,按住ctrl移動即可復(fù)制。同時按 ctrl 和 shif可以使復(fù)制的對象和原對象垂直或水平使用指引使用指引gbuttem7 移動鼠標(biāo)以選中對象。但是當(dāng)對象沒有填充內(nèi)容是只有點中邊框才能選中,而邊框又不易看到。所以除了矩陣和表格一般可將對象填充顏色設(shè)為白色 如果想選中分散的對象,按住 shift 鍵然后選中一個一個對象 按住鼠標(biāo)左鍵拖動覆蓋住你想選擇的多個對象,你能選中拖動區(qū)域內(nèi)所有的對象。結(jié)合shift鍵可以十分方便地選中一些小的或隱藏的對象 快捷鍵 ctrl-a 可使你選中幻燈
