This project is at the south of phase 1 AA project and thetotal area2is about 22237.53m The framework and foun dati on has bee n basicly completed, so someequipment can be lifted to the position. The total length of the layout isabout 121.3Ma

4、nd width is about 81.56M. There are many roads and other projects arou nd this area, the phase 1 AA project is un dercommissi oning ,and phase 2 is in in stallati on and will come to commissi oning soon.南京 XXXXVA 項(xiàng)目為配套新建裝置，位于南京化工工業(yè)園區(qū)方水路和寧六公路中段，一期醋酸裝置南側(cè)，裝置區(qū)總占地面積為22237.53m2, 基礎(chǔ)及框架已基本完成，并能達(dá)到部分設(shè)備吊裝就位要求。

5、裝置區(qū)總長約121.3M ；寬約 81.56M ; 靠裝置區(qū)周邊全是廠區(qū)公路及其它裝置項(xiàng)目，一期醋酸裝置正在調(diào)試之中。二期多元化工還在安裝中，馬上進(jìn)入調(diào)試階段。1.2The rigging plan of some big equipment like 250T vertical reactor ,175T、 73T 、60T verticle tower and 60T、docume nt. The rigging of two cranes,gen erally, will be take n by the large, high, verticalequipme nt. One cra ne will rig theequipment and the other crane wi

20、ll uplift. The horizontal equipment will be rigged by one crane.大件立式設(shè)備吊裝主要采用雙機(jī)抬吊法進(jìn)行吊裝，此法對于直徑大、本體高、重量大的立式設(shè)備采取本吊裝方法，設(shè)備上部采用單吊車提升，設(shè)備下部采用單吊車抬送。對于臥式設(shè)備，采用單機(jī)吊裝就位。7.2The equipme nt will be located on the sec ond floor and can' be lifted directlyshould be choosen the appropriate entry, lifting equipemnt a

21、nd build the operationplatform. The delivery road should be paved by the 812mm steel plates to avoid the damage. Then, transport to the rightposition.對于二層以上吊機(jī)不能直接就位的設(shè)備，選擇合適的設(shè)備進(jìn)口，搭設(shè)設(shè)備吊裝平臺，并在運(yùn)輸路線鋪設(shè) S =8? 12mm 厚的鋼板 ， 預(yù)防網(wǎng)格板的損壞 .用設(shè)備運(yùn)輸車把設(shè)備運(yùn)到設(shè)備位置就位。7.3The measure of rigging吊裝措施rubble and 100mmdetritus.
