1、內(nèi)部推薦制度-雙語(yǔ)版內(nèi)部推薦制度internal referral policy目的objectives:拓展招聘渠道,增加各崗位招聘工作的針對(duì)性,提高招聘效率,及時(shí)為公司引進(jìn)優(yōu)秀人才。expand recruitment channels, enhance the pertinence of the recruitment work of each position, and bring in excellent talents for the company in time.激勵(lì)并倡導(dǎo)全體員工共同參與公司管理事務(wù),公司的人才引進(jìn)是所有員工的共同責(zé)任。encourage and advoca

2、te that all the employees jointly participate in the management affairs in the company. talents introduction of the company is the joint responsibility of all the employees. 實(shí)施對(duì)象implementation objects:推薦人對(duì)象:全體xx員工及臨時(shí)工(人力資源部人員除外): referees: all employees and temporary workers of xx(except the staffs

3、of the hr department)被推薦人對(duì)象:經(jīng)理級(jí)別員工、主管級(jí)別員工、技術(shù)主管/人員(產(chǎn)品研發(fā)部技術(shù)主管/人員、質(zhì)量保證部技術(shù)主管/人員,工程師級(jí)別人員)the referred: manager level employees, supervisor level employees, technical supervisor or technologist (technical supervisor or technologist of pd department and qa department, engineer level employees)被推薦人必須滿足應(yīng)聘崗位的

4、任職資格,并提供個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷、相關(guān)證件的復(fù)印件及聯(lián)系方式。the referred must qualify the position qualifications of the application posts and provide resume, the photocopies of related certificates, and contact methods.推薦人不可推薦本部門(mén)的空缺崗位。referees cannot make referral for the job vacancies of their own department.推薦程序referral procedur

5、e:空缺崗位公布the announcement of vacant positions:人力資源部將根據(jù)空缺崗位的任職資格要求,崗位職責(zé)在公司內(nèi)部進(jìn)行公布及更新,空缺職位由人力資源部根據(jù)申請(qǐng)時(shí)間和次數(shù)統(tǒng)一編號(hào)并存檔.hr department will announce and update the job qualification requirements and job descriptions of the job vacancies. the job vacancies are uniformly numbered and filed by the hr relation depa

6、rtment according to the application frequency and number. 推薦流程referral procedure推薦表獲?。?jiǎn)T工可到人力資源部領(lǐng)取推薦申請(qǐng)表及應(yīng)聘申請(qǐng)表the acquisition of referral forms: referral application form and job application form are available in hr department. 推薦信息填寫(xiě):推薦人按推薦表及應(yīng)聘申請(qǐng)表的要求提供被推薦人相關(guān)信息。the filling of referral information: the

7、 referees provide related information about the referred according to requirements in the referral application form and job application form. 推薦資料建檔:?jiǎn)T工可以書(shū)面形式或電子文檔形式將推薦資料交給人力資源部專職負(fù)責(zé)人,待申請(qǐng)確認(rèn)后為每份推薦資料統(tǒng)一編號(hào)建檔,紀(jì)錄相關(guān)推薦信息.the documentation of referral materials: employees can submit the referral materials in w

8、ritten to the assigned staff in hr department who is responsible for referral information collection. after the application is confirmed, every referral material will be uniformly numbered and filed in record related referral information. 反饋制度f(wàn)eedback 人力資源部在收到書(shū)面或電子文檔的推薦簡(jiǎn)歷表后,兩周內(nèi)向推薦人反饋被推薦人是否獲面試資格,但具體面

9、試時(shí)間由人力資源部同用人部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人溝通后決定。after hr department receives the referral resume forms in written form or e-file, it gives feedback to the referees if the referred candidate meets the interview qualifications. but the specific interview time is decided after the communication between hr department and the hi

10、ring departments. 人力資源部將在收到員工推薦表后一個(gè)月內(nèi)處理完畢,并將結(jié)果反饋給推薦人及被推薦人。如有特殊情況未能在此期限內(nèi)完成,將以書(shū)面形式向推薦人說(shuō)明。hr department will handle all the matters within one month after the receipt of employee referral forms and give feedback to the referees and the referred about the results. if they cannot be completed within this

11、 time limit, hr will give explanation to the referees in writing. 獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法reward methods 成功推薦經(jīng)理級(jí)別員工,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)總金額為人民幣1200元。those who successfully refer a manager level employee will be awarded with a total amount of rmb 1,200:第一次:被推薦人通過(guò)試用期考核后,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人rmb800元/人。the first time: after the refereed passes the test of

12、probation, the referees will be awarded with rmb 800 /person第二次:被推薦人工作滿半年后,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人rmb400元/人。the second time: after the referred complete half a years work, the referees will be awarded with rmb 400 /person成功推薦主管級(jí)別員工,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)總金額為人民幣500元:those who successfully refer a supervisor level employee will be awarded

13、 with a total amount of rmb 500:第一次:被推薦人通過(guò)試用期考核后,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人rmb300元/人。the first time: after the refereed passes the test of probation, the referees will be awarded with rmb 300 /person第二次:被推薦人工作滿半年后,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人rmb200元/人the second time: after the referred complete half a years work, the referees will be awarded

14、with rmb 200 /person成功推薦技術(shù)主管/人員,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)總金額為人民幣1000元:those who successfully refer a technical supervisor/employee will be awarded with a total amount of rmb 1,000:第一次:被推薦人通過(guò)試用期考核后,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人rmb600元/人。the first time: after the refereed passes the test of probation, the referees will be awarded with rmb 600 /per

15、son.第二次:被推薦人工作滿半年后,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人rmb400元/人。the second time: after the referred complete half a years work, the referees will be awarded with rmb 400 /person. 被推薦人自被推薦之日起,一年內(nèi)有效,逾期則不予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)推薦人。the referred are effective within one year since the day on which the referred are referred. after one year, the referees

16、will not be rewarded.被推薦人在有效時(shí)期內(nèi),根據(jù)個(gè)人資歷,可以應(yīng)聘不同的職務(wù)。within the effective period, the referred can apply for different posts according to their personal qualifications.推薦人獲得的獎(jiǎng)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將以被推薦人實(shí)際被錄用的工作崗位為準(zhǔn)則。the prize a referee gets will be guided by the position for which the referred is actually employed.以上獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的獎(jiǎng)

17、金稅由獲獎(jiǎng)人自己承擔(dān),公司代扣代繳。the prize tax of the above reward is born by the reward holders themselves. the company deducts and pays the tax on their behalf.獎(jiǎng)金發(fā)放方式the grant method of the prizes:由人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)獎(jiǎng)金的申請(qǐng)及發(fā)放。 hr department is responsible for the application and grant of the prizes.人力資源部統(tǒng)計(jì)上月符合“雇員推薦獎(jiǎng)”的員工名單并申
