32、 failing Party shall indemnify the aggrieved Party for an amount of 2 of the said tranche in transaction 。The distribution of the 2 penalty shall be 1 to the aggrieved signatory Party of the contract and 1 to all of the Consultants designated in the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement。 Said
