2、電話、電視機、電冰箱、衛(wèi)生間、取暖和降溫設備的住房;受聘期在半年或一學年以上的受聘方提供的住房，須配有廚房。(2) 提供公費醫(yī)療或醫(yī)療保險。若提供全部或部分公費醫(yī)療費用，可規(guī)定受聘方須在聘方指定的涉外醫(yī)院就醫(yī)，在非指定醫(yī)院就醫(yī)費用自理，受聘方的掛號、就醫(yī)交通、鑲牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼鏡、住院用餐和服用非醫(yī)療性的滋補藥品以及醫(yī)生出診等費用自理;若提供醫(yī)療保險，可由雙方協(xié)商各自承擔的比例。(3) 為工作地點和住所相距較遠的受聘方提供上下班交通，或給予適當?shù)慕煌ㄑa貼。(4) 國際機票(中國至受聘方國最近距離經(jīng)濟艙國際機票)。(5) 行李運輸費(如果空運，應以24公斤行李分離運輸價格計價，不要以隨機

3、運輸價格計價，而應按國際機票費人民幣價值的1/5計算(大致等于24公斤行李分離運輸費支付受聘方。因中美航線規(guī)定可免費承運兩大件64公斤，所以，對來自美國的受聘方可不負擔其行李運輸費)。二、工作時間和休息休假1. 受聘方每日工作時間為八小時，每周工作時間為五天。2. 聘方安排受聘方延長工作時間，將依據(jù)法定標準支付高于正常工作時間的工資報酬。3. 受聘方享受中國下列節(jié)日休假：元旦、春節(jié)、國際勞動節(jié)、國慶節(jié)以及法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他節(jié)假日。4. 受聘方可按其國籍和信仰相應享受下列節(jié)日休假：圣誕節(jié)兩天;屠牲節(jié)(古爾邦節(jié))三天;開齋節(jié)一天;潑水節(jié)一天。5. 受聘方可享受帶薪年休假，受聘方合同期為一年的，享

4、受帶薪休假四周。受聘方在教育機構工作，合同期為一學年的，享受所在教育機構的一個假期(寒假或暑假)帶薪休假。6. 受聘方連續(xù)在華工作一般不得超過五年，再次應聘來華工作須在兩年以后。三、病假和事假1. 受聘方請病假，須憑聘方指定的涉外醫(yī)院醫(yī)生證明。受聘方在一個合同期(一年或一學年)內(nèi)，累計病假不滿三十天，工資按照100%發(fā)給;超過三十天后，聘方有權解除聘用合同;若未解除合同，工資將按70%發(fā)給，直至恢復正常工作為止。在合同期內(nèi)，受聘方因公在中國境內(nèi)出差，在當?shù)卣付ǖ纳嫱忉t(yī)院診的醫(yī)療費用，由聘方支付;因私外出就診的醫(yī)療費用自理。在合同期內(nèi)，聘方在臺灣、香港、澳門地區(qū)和中國境外就診的醫(yī)療費用自理。

5、2. 受聘方請假須經(jīng)聘方同意，聘方將按日扣發(fā)工資，在合同期(一年或一學年)事假累計不得超過十天。未經(jīng)聘方同意而擅離職守的，曠職一天，扣發(fā)三天工資。情節(jié)嚴重的，聘方有權解除合同，并追究受聘方的違約責任。四、合同試用期和信譽保證金1、受聘方的試用期為60天。在試用期內(nèi)，聘方如發(fā)現(xiàn)受聘方健康狀況或專業(yè)水平等不能勝任本聘用合同規(guī)定的工作任務，有權解除合同。2、或他人介紹而應聘的，應由受聘方自購機票(以證明自己確有誠意應聘)，在試用期滿后予以報銷。五、(當事人雙方認為標準聘用合同中沒有涵蓋的其他事項)。六、聘用合同附件各項條款的確定和變更均須由當事人雙方協(xié)商，并以書面形式做出約定，任何口頭協(xié)議均視為無效
