4、upplier self-qualification report should includeinformation of ISO certification, material analysis report, inspection report, FMEA, etc., detail can provide based onchange situation. 供應商應嚴格遵照執(zhí) 行我司對供應商過程變更的管控要求，如有 PCN 變更應提前通知我司，經(jīng)我司同意后方可實施變更。供 應商應提供內(nèi)部確認報告，包括各類 ISO 認證證書、材料分析報告、檢驗報告、 FMEA報告等。4.
