6、提前到最近的工作日支付,如因特殊原因延期支付報(bào)酬的,甲方應(yīng)在 五個(gè)工作日內(nèi)向乙方說明原因.Party A shall pay salary to Party B before the 8th day of every month inthe form of cash or bank-transfer. If the 8th day of the month falls inthe weekend or holiday , the payment shall be brought forward to thenearest weekday. Party A shall inform Party

7、B and explain the detailedreason within 5 work days in case Party A fails to pay the salary due to special reasons.3.3乙方在合同期內(nèi)享受中國法律規(guī)定的節(jié)日,公休假日.Party B is entitled with all legal holidays in accordance with the state ' s regulations.3.4甲方為乙方提供合同時(shí)間段內(nèi)的住宿Party A shall provide accommodation for Party

8、B during the period of contract.3.5甲方為乙方報(bào)銷來華工作產(chǎn)生的往返機(jī)票費(fèi)Party A shall provide Flight Tickets for Party B to China四、雇傭合同的解除和終止IV Contract Cancellation and Termination4.1合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現(xiàn)時(shí),雇傭合同即終止.This contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.4.2經(jīng)合

9、同雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商一致,本合同可以解除.The contract may be canceled based on both parties ' mutual negotiation.4.3乙方應(yīng)遵守中國政府的法律、法規(guī)及有關(guān)規(guī)定,乙方如違反上述規(guī)定,甲方 有權(quán)即時(shí)解除合同；乙方因健康原因,經(jīng)醫(yī)生證實(shí)連續(xù)病休15工作日后仍不能繼續(xù)工作,甲方有權(quán)提前終止合同.Party B should abide by China laws, decrees and related regulations and Party A s working systems. During the duratio

10、n , Party A is entitled to cancel the contract in case Party B violates China laws and decrees , and terminate the contract before expiration in case Party B cannot resume his or her work for health reasons after the medical certification of continuous sick rest for 15 working days.4.4乙方因歸國或其他私人原因未正

11、常出勤且超過五天且未向甲方做出書面說 明的,本合同自動(dòng)終止.The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 5 days without written explanation due to homecomingor other private reasons.4.5乙方被證實(shí)無法完本錢合同項(xiàng)下的工作任務(wù),甲方有權(quán)隨時(shí)解除本合同.In case Party B is proved to be not competent for the work under the contract , P

12、arty A is entitled to cancel the contract at any time.4.6乙方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守甲方的工作規(guī)定以及規(guī)章制度,盡職盡責(zé),否那么,甲方有權(quán)隨時(shí)解除合同并追究因此而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,并有權(quán)對所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失在乙方 的報(bào)酬中作相應(yīng)扣除.Party B should abide by Party A s working systems, rules and regulations. Otherwise , Party A is entitled to cancel the contract and claim acorresponding compensat

13、ion of any economic loss from Party B' s payment.4.7乙方有權(quán)提前10日以書面形式通知甲方解除本合同.Party B should inform Party A in written form 10 days in advance for canceling the contract.五、特別約定V special compact5.1由于乙方為兼職人員,故甲方不需為乙方繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn).Party B is part-time Job , no need to pay social insurance for.5.2乙方因病或非因工負(fù)傷醫(yī)

14、療費(fèi)用自行解決,醫(yī)療期內(nèi)甲方不支付報(bào)酬.Party B get sick or get wounded not in the line of duty, second partyshould pay himself.5.3雙方解除、終止本協(xié)議,甲方無需支付乙方任何經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償.If compact was determined by two parties , party A does not have to pay second party compensation.六、其他事項(xiàng)VI Others6.1其他未盡事宜,雙方可參照甲方公司內(nèi)部的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行.Other items not sti

15、pulated by the two parties can be implemented according to the internal rules and regulations of Party A.6.2甲乙雙方均應(yīng)遵守本合同之約定,任何一方違約,非違約方均有權(quán)要求違約 方承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的損失.The two parties should abide by the contract.
