3、s evewofI-cI 循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的原理及結(jié)構(gòu)循環(huán)流化床鍋爐是在爐膛里把燃料控制在特殊的流化狀態(tài)下燃燒產(chǎn) 生蒸汽的設(shè)備。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐工作原理及特點：固體粒子經(jīng)與氣體或液體接觸而轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轭愃屏黧w狀態(tài)的過程，稱為 流化過程。流化過程用于燃料燃燒，即為流化燃燒，其鍋爐稱為流化床 鍋爐。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐是在鼓泡流化床鍋爐技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的新爐型，循環(huán)流化床鍋爐爐內(nèi)流化風(fēng)速較高（一般為 48m/s）,在爐膛出口 加裝了氣固物料分離器。被煙氣攜帶排出爐膛的細小固體顆粒，經(jīng)分離 器分離后，再送回爐內(nèi)循環(huán)燃燒。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐可分為兩個部分：第一部分由爐膛（快速流化床） 氣固物料分離器、固體物料再循環(huán)設(shè)

4、備等組成，上述部件形成了一個固 體物料循環(huán)回路。第二部分為對流煙道，布置有過熱器、省煤器和空氣 預(yù)熱器等，與其它常規(guī)鍋爐相近。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐燃燒所需的一次風(fēng)和二次風(fēng)分別從爐膛的底部和側(cè) 墻送入，燃料的燃燒主要在爐膛中完成，爐膛四周布置有水冷壁用于吸 收燃燒所產(chǎn)生的部分熱量。爐膛內(nèi)燃燒所產(chǎn)生的大量煙氣攜帶物料經(jīng)分 離器入口加速段加速進入分離器，將煙氣和物料。物料經(jīng)料斗、料腿、 返料閥再返回爐膛；煙氣自中心筒進入分離器出口區(qū)，流經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)向室、進 入尾部煙道。鍋爐給水經(jīng)省煤器加熱后進入汽包，汽包內(nèi)的飽和水經(jīng)集中下降管、 分配管進入水冷壁下集箱 ，加熱蒸發(fā)后流入上集箱，然后進入汽包； 飽和蒸汽流經(jīng)頂棚管、

5、后包墻管、進入低溫過熱器，由低過加熱后進入 減溫器調(diào)節(jié)汽溫，然后經(jīng)高過將蒸汽加熱到額定蒸汽溫度，進入?yún)R汽集 箱至主氣管道。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐燃燒的基本特點：（1）低溫的動力控制燃燒循環(huán)流化床燃燒是一種在爐內(nèi)使高速運動的煙氣與其所攜帶的湍 流擾動極強的固體顆粒密切接觸， 并具有大量顆粒返混的流態(tài)化燃燒反 應(yīng)過程；同時，在爐外將絕大部分高溫的固體顆粒捕集，并將它們送回 爐內(nèi)再次參與燃燒過程，反復(fù)循環(huán)地組織燃燒。爐膛溫度一般控制在 850-950C之間，（850C左右為最佳脫硫溫度）低于一般煤的灰熔點。29, the fora oce.uesfor ,seme nt vicerevie w, appro

8、料等)經(jīng)歷了由爐膛、分離器和返料裝置所組成的外循環(huán)。同時在 爐膛內(nèi)部因壁面效應(yīng)還存在著內(nèi)循環(huán)，因此循環(huán)流化床鍋爐內(nèi)的物料參 與了外循環(huán)和內(nèi)循環(huán)兩種循環(huán)運動。 整個燃燒過程以及脫硫過程都是在 這兩種形式的循環(huán)運行的動態(tài)過程中逐步完成的。(3)高強度的熱量、質(zhì)量和動量傳遞過程在循環(huán)流化床鍋爐中，大量的固體物料在強烈湍流下通過爐膛，通 過人為操作可改變物料循環(huán)量，并可改變爐內(nèi)物料的分布規(guī)律，以適應(yīng) 不同的燃燒工況。在這種組織方式下，爐內(nèi)的熱量、質(zhì)量和動量傳遞過 程是十分強烈的，這就使整個爐膛高度的溫度分布均勻。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的優(yōu)點(1)燃料適應(yīng)性廣。這是循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的主要優(yōu)點之一。在循環(huán)流化床鍋爐

9、中按重量 計，燃料僅占床料的13%,其余是不可燃的固體顆粒，如脫硫劑、灰 渣等。因此，加到床中的新鮮煤顆粒被相當(dāng)于一個大蓄熱池”的灼熱灰渣顆粒所包圍。由于床內(nèi)混合劇烈，這些灼熱的灰渣顆粒實際上起到了 無窮的 理想拱”的作用，把煤料加熱到著火溫度而開始燃燒。在這個加 熱過程中，所吸收的熱量只占床層總熱容量的千分之幾，因而對床層溫 度影響很小，而煤顆粒的燃燒，又釋放出熱量，從而能使床層保持一定 的溫度水平，這也是流化床一般著火沒有困難，并且煤種適應(yīng)性很廣的 原因所在。(2)燃燒效率高循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的燃燒效率，通常在9599%范圍內(nèi)。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐 燃燒效率高是因為有下述特點：氣固混合良好；燃燒速率

10、高，其次是飛 灰的再循環(huán)燃燒。(3)燃燒強度高，爐膛截面積小爐膛單位截面積的熱負(fù)荷高是循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的另一主要優(yōu)點。其 截面熱負(fù)荷約為3-6MW/m2 ,是鏈條鍋爐的26倍。其爐膛容積熱負(fù)荷 為1.5-2 MW/m3,是煤粉爐的8-11倍。所以循環(huán)流化床鍋爐可以減少爐 膛體積，降低金屬消耗。(4)負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)快當(dāng)負(fù)荷變化時，只需調(diào)節(jié)給煤量、空氣量。煤粉爐的調(diào)節(jié)范圍一般 在70%-110%,而循環(huán)流化床鍋爐一般在30%-110%,甚至可以壓火備用。l29, thecompa nyresponsible fora variety of procedures forreim bursem

16、;40,一般而言，循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)比可達(34): 1。負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)速率也很快，一般可達每分鐘4。(5)高效脫硫由于飛灰的循環(huán)燃燒過程，床料中未發(fā)生脫硫反應(yīng)而被吹出燃燒室的石灰石、石灰能送回至床內(nèi)再利用；另外，已發(fā)生脫硫反應(yīng)部分，生成了硫酸鈣的大粒子，在循環(huán)燃燒過程中發(fā)生碰撞破裂，使新的氧化鈣粒子表面又暴露于硫化反應(yīng)的氣氛中。(6)氮氧化物(NOX)排放低氮氧化物排放低是循環(huán)流化床鍋爐另一個特點。，循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的NOX排放范圍為50150ppm。(7)易于實現(xiàn)灰渣綜合利用循環(huán)流化床燃燒過程屬于低溫燃燒，同時爐內(nèi)優(yōu)良的燃盡條件使得鍋爐的灰渣含炭量低(含炭量小于1) ，屬于低溫?zé)?，易于實現(xiàn)
