4、affold: Scaffold is defined as a temporary structure providing pass for construction or being used for supporting material, apparatus or equipment. It is classified as two types:3.1.1 單體形式、梯子、圓形或所有其它用途的框架或整體結(jié)構(gòu)；Single-form, ladder, circular or other useful frames or whole structure.3.2 管道和扣件：不同長度的單根管

8、廠家出廠產(chǎn)品樣式提供給BB認可，在得到進場許可證之后，在腳手架部件最顯眼的地方纏上一張綠色標簽，在第二次進行抽檢合格后，相應(yīng)纏上第二張綠色標簽。Sampled scaffold shall be submitted for approval by BB before delivery from the quarantine area. When the scaffold is granted the site-entrance permit, the scaffold should be attached with a green label on an apparent position.

9、After it is qualified via sampling inspection for the second time, the second green label should be attached accordingly.5.3 施工現(xiàn)場設(shè)置合格品存放處和不合格存放處，并在不合格品上貼上一張紅色標簽，并及時清理出場進行修理，修理后經(jīng)自檢認為合格后再申請入場，得到許可后再多貼上一張綠色標簽以便識別。A place for storing qualified scaffolds and another place for storing unqualified scaffold

After they are repaired and deemed being qualified, application for reuse shall be submitted for approval. For sake of identification, one more green l

11、abel shall be attached to each after it is allowed to be used at the site. 5.4 腳手架材料必須統(tǒng)一堆放在專門堆放的區(qū)域，嚴禁亂堆亂放，嚴禁堆放在有油或水的地方，嚴禁用作廠家出廠規(guī)定以外的其他用途。All scaffolds must be stacked in a special storage location. It is forbidden to place them disorderly or in a place with oil or water. It is forbidden for scaffold

12、s and scaffold materials to be used for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer. 5.5 必須對腳手架進行定期檢查和維護，發(fā)現(xiàn)扭曲、變形、破裂的架子必須做好標記并清除出施工現(xiàn)場。Scaffolds must be regularly inspected and maintained. Twisted, deformed and fractured scaffold must be marked and removed from the site. 5.6 必須加強對腳手架及連接部件的

13、檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格或者已壞的構(gòu)件應(yīng)及時更換并將以損壞構(gòu)件清除出施工現(xiàn)場。Scaffolds and fasteners and fittings must be well inspected. Unqualified or damaged scaffold materials must be replaced at once and the damaged pieces removed from the site. 5.7 嚴禁對腳手架的管道、單元和框架進行焊擊和磨切,必須保證元件的完好。It is forbidden to weld and grind scaffold tube, unit

All elements must be intact.6 腳手架搭設(shè)措施Scaffold Installation Measures6.1 鋼管腳手架的搭設(shè)準備工作：腳手架搭設(shè)前準備好鋼管和連接件，并檢查其是否有缺陷，搭設(shè)地面要平整、堅實、無障礙物。Installation preparation for steel tube scaffold: Steel tubes and fasteners and fittings must be well prepared before installation. Check them for defects. Install

15、ation foundation must be level, solid and has no obstacles. 6.2 搭設(shè)的步驟Installation procedures6.2.1 處理好地面；Ground shall be well treated.6.2.2 安放底座或墊板；Place bottom case or base plate6.2.3 樹立桿并設(shè)置掃地桿，并相互緊固；Erect standard, install ground ledger and fasten them tightly. 6.2.4 裝掃地桿小橫桿并與立桿、掃地桿緊固；Install trans

16、om ground pole and fasten it with the standard and the ground ledger.6.2.5 安第一步大橫桿并與各立桿緊固；Install first level ledger and fasten it with the standard.6.2.6 安第一步小橫桿、腳手板、手扶護欄、中間護欄以及踢腳板；Install first level transom. And install first level scaffold boards, handrails, mid rails, and toe boards.6.2.7 安第二步大

17、橫桿；Install second level ledger. 6.2.8 安第二步小橫桿；Install second level transom.6.2.9 安第三、四、五步大橫桿和小橫桿；Install third, fourth and fifth level ledger and transom.6.2.10 加設(shè)剪刀、斜撐、加固撐；Install truss, diagonal reinforcing.6.3 搭設(shè)腳手架具體要求Concrete requirements for scaffold installation6.3.1 安立桿時要垂直，其偏差為腳手架高度的1/200，相

18、鄰立桿接頭要相錯500mm，而且不要在同一步距內(nèi)，以保證架子的穩(wěn)定性。standard must be erected vertically; whose deviation shall be 1/200 of the scaffold height. In order to ensure scaffolds stability, adjacent joints of the standard shall be staggered by 500mm and shall not be within the same step interval.6.3.2 大橫桿要平直，縱向水平高度差要不超過50

19、mm，橫桿的接頭在同一步距內(nèi)也應(yīng)錯開。ledger must be straight. The longitudinal height difference shall be not more than 50mm. Joints of the ledger within one step should be staggered.6.3.3 剪刀撐的搭設(shè)是將一根斜桿緊固在立桿上，另一根斜桿緊固在小橫桿的伸出部分，以防止鋼管變形并保持其穩(wěn)定性。斜桿兩端連接件與立桿交點的距離要小于20cm，最下面的斜桿與立桿的連結(jié)點離地面不應(yīng)超過50cm。Installation of trusses is to

20、fasten a trussed pole to the standard firmly and another trussed pole is fastened to the extended section of the transom, so as to prevent steel tube from deforming and to ensure scaffold stable and reliable. The distance from fittings on both ends of a trussed pole to the intersecting point of stan

21、dard shall be less than 20cm. Distance from the joining point of the bottom trussed pole and the standard to the ground shall not be more than 50cm. 6.3.4 腳手架各種桿件相交伸出的長度，均應(yīng)大于10mm，以避免出現(xiàn)滑脫現(xiàn)象。The protruding length of the intersected poles, bars and trusses should be more than 100mm so as to avoid slipp

22、ing out.6.3.5 連接件的安裝，開口朝向要合適，連接大橫桿的對接連接件，其開口應(yīng)朝向架子內(nèi)側(cè)，緊固螺栓向上，防止雨水浸入。直角式連接件安裝時，開口不得朝下。Installation of fittings and slot direction shall be proper. Slot of the butt-fitting to connect ledger shall face toward the inside of the scaffold. In order to prevent rain and water from flowing into the tube, fast

Slot of the right-angle fitting shall not be installed downward.6.3.6 擰緊螺栓時，松緊程度要適宜。過松時腳手架穩(wěn)定性不好，過緊時易損壞連接件，一般扭距在3949N·m范圍內(nèi)。操作時，可用測力扳手進行控制。When tightening the bolts and nuts, their tightness shall be proper. Over-looseness will make scaffold unstable and over-t

24、ightness would damage the fittings, generally, torque shall be 3949N·m. During installation, it can be controlled with a torque-indicating wrench.6.3.7 腳手架各桿的縱向跨距為0.75m,和每層高度為2m,立桿橫向跨距為2m，具體總高度根據(jù)儲罐高度而定。The vertical span shall be 0.75m. Height of each layer shall be no more than 2m. The horizont

25、al span shall be no more than 2m. Total height of the scaffold depends upon the tank height.6.4 腳手板的鋪設(shè)Installation of scaffold boards6.4.1 鋼腳手板，厚度為23mm，長度為1.53.6m，寬度為2325cm，肋高5cm，兩端要有連接裝置，板面有防滑孔或防滑條。Steel scaffold board materials shall be 23mm thick, 1.53.6m long and 2325cm wide, whose rib height sh

26、all be 5cm. Two ends shall be provided with connecting devices. There shall be antiskid holes or strips in the board.6.4.2 木腳手板，厚度要大于38mm，材質(zhì)為杉木或松木，寬度2030cm，板兩端用8號鍍鋅鐵絲纏繞24圈。Thickness of wood board shall be more than 38mm. it shall be of cedar wood or pine wood. Its width shall be 2030cm. Both ends of

27、 the board shall be lashed with 8# zinc-plated wire by 24 rounds.6.4.3 對于有裂紋、扭曲、腐朽、斜紋、破裂、大橫透節(jié)等缺陷的腳手板不得使用。任何已損壞或不合格的材料應(yīng)及時清除出施工現(xiàn)場Scaffold boards with crack, distortion, corrosion, cross grain, fracture, big and through knot shall be not used. Any damaged or unqualified materials must be removed from t

28、he site in a timely manner.6.5 腳手架的維護和保管Maintenance and storage of scaffold 6.5.1 對腳手架用的鋼管要經(jīng)常維護，發(fā)現(xiàn)有彎曲、變形的應(yīng)清除出施工現(xiàn)場，并定期進行除銹和防腐工作，防止銹蝕。Steel tubes used for scaffold installation shall be regularly maintained. Bent and deformed tube shall be remove from the site. Rust-removal and corrosion-proof treatme

29、nt shall be done periodically. 6.5.2 連接件用過后，應(yīng)清洗和檢查，并除以防銹油脂。不符合求的要及時清理出施工現(xiàn)場。Fittings shall be cleaned and inspected after being used, and lubricated with rust-proof grease. Unqualified fittings should be removed from the site. 6.6 搭、拆腳手架的安全要點Key safety points for installation and removal of scaffold6

30、.6.1 腳手架要具有穩(wěn)定的結(jié)構(gòu)和足夠的承載能力，能保證施工期間在允許載荷的作用下不變形、不傾斜、不搖晃。Scaffold structure must be stable and have sufficient load bearing capacity, which can ensure that scaffold will not deform, decline or swing under action of allowable load.6.6.2 要把好材料關(guān)，對不合格鋼管，不得使用，防止發(fā)生事故。In order to avoid accident, unqualified st

31、eel tube shall be not used.6.6.3 為保證腳手架搭設(shè)質(zhì)量，地基要處理好，不準在未經(jīng)處理的起伏不平和軟硬不一的地面上進行搭設(shè)。In order to guarantee scaffold quality, ground must be well prepared. Scaffold is not allowed to be installed on an uneven ground.6.6.4 要嚴格按腳手架的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸進行搭設(shè)，控制好立桿的垂直偏差和橫桿的水平偏差，并確保節(jié)點的可靠連接。Scaffold shall be installed strictly acc

32、ording to the structure sizes. Vertical deviation of the stand pole and horizontal deviation of the cross pole shall be well controlled within their limits. All joints shall be reliably connected.6.6.5 嚴格控制使用載荷，確保有較大的裕量，一般要求安全系數(shù)不小于3。腳手架上面堆放重物每平方米不超過2700N，必要時要采用加固措施。Operating load must be strictly co

33、ntrolled and a plentiful amount of load shall remain. Generally, safety coefficient shall not be less than 3. Weight on the scaffold shall not exceed 2700N/m2. It shall be reinforced if necessary. 6.6.6 腳手架搭設(shè)過程中及時設(shè)置斜撐桿、剪刀撐以及加固結(jié)構(gòu)，防止有搭設(shè)中出現(xiàn)偏斜甚至傾斜事故。Diagonal bar and trussed pole shall be timely installe

34、d during scaffold installation so as to reinforce the structure and avoid scaffold declination. 6.6.7 在腳手架上拉設(shè)電源線，必須要有可靠的接地措施，在雷雨季節(jié)，高層鋼腳手架要有防雷設(shè)施。In case of connecting electric cable via scaffold, cable must be reliably earthed. During lightning season, high steel tube scaffold must be equipped with l

35、ightning arrester.6.6.8 腳手架上面不準敷設(shè)起吊桅桿，同時不許將起吊桅桿的纜風繩栓在腳手架上面。To install a hoisting mast on the scaffold is not allowed and to tie the slinging rope to the scaffold is not allowed too. 6.6.9 在腳手架搭設(shè)時，鋼管、連接件的傳遞要用繩子進行，不準拋扔，以免發(fā)生事故。During installation, in order to avoid accident, steel tubes and fittings sh

36、all be carried with rope; to throw them is not allowed. 6.6.10 腳手架搭設(shè)完畢，要經(jīng)過有關(guān)部門檢查核定，并由認可的腳手架主管調(diào)查員批準后，方可使用。At completion of scaffold installation, it can only be used after it is inspected by the approved scaffolding supervisor/inspector. 6.6.11工程完工后，拆腳手架時，要劃定工作區(qū)標志，禁止非架子工進入。When project is completed a

37、nd scaffold shall be removed, a forbidden area shall be defined, and non-scaffolding builders are not allowed to enter the area without permission. 6.6.12 拆腳手架時，要按拆除序進行，由上向下，后擰緊者先拆，先擰緊者后拆。一般先拆欄、桿腳手板、剪刀撐，而后拆小橫桿、大橫桿、立桿等。Scaffold removal shall be done from the top down according to the removal procedures.
