1、第一局部、國際商務(wù)和商務(wù)英語1. 國際商務(wù) 國際商務(wù)是指跨越國界的各種商業(yè)活動，包括商品、勞務(wù)如技術(shù)、熟練勞動、運輸、資本等任何形式的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源的國際傳遞。國際商務(wù)有國際貿(mào)易和國際投資兩種最主要的形式。 就國際貿(mào)易的內(nèi)容而言，包括貨物貿(mào)易、效勞貿(mào)易和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，效勞貿(mào)易包括通訊、運輸、分銷、教育、旅游、建筑、娛樂、保險等。 無論是什么形式的國際商務(wù)，其本質(zhì)都是各國之間的商業(yè)交易活動，其根本的目的在于盈利。 2. 商務(wù)英語 廣為接受的“商務(wù)英語概念是，商務(wù)英語實際上就是商務(wù)環(huán)境中應(yīng)用的英語，它是專門用途英語(ESP)的一種。 因此，商務(wù)英語也就是從事或?qū)⒁獜氖律虅?wù)行業(yè)的專業(yè)人才所學(xué)習(xí)或應(yīng)用的專門用途

2、英語。它的許多獨特的語言現(xiàn)象，包括詞匯、結(jié)構(gòu)和文體風(fēng)格等，需要經(jīng)過專門的訓(xùn)練才能掌握。商務(wù)英語包括語言知識、交際技能、專業(yè)知識、管理技能和文化背景。 根據(jù)今后工作的需要，國際商務(wù)英語學(xué)科至少應(yīng)包括以下幾個方面：進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易英語、金融英語、法律英語、管理英語、會計英語和廣告英語。 阮績智(2005)指出，當(dāng)今商務(wù)英語的內(nèi)涵已包容與商務(wù)有關(guān)的所有領(lǐng)域，不再局限于“外貿(mào)函電和“外貿(mào)英語的狹窄范圍，而開展成為包括國際貿(mào)易、金融、營銷、管理、電子商務(wù)和跨文化交流等在內(nèi)的完整的商務(wù)英語體系。 “商務(wù)英語概念隨著國際商務(wù)活動的開展而不斷開展變化，在語言使用方面，其結(jié)果是使用英語形成的語篇(口頭和書面)類型不斷

7、能。 3. 商務(wù)英語翻譯 1). 商務(wù)英語翻譯的形式與內(nèi)容 相對口譯來說，商務(wù)英語翻譯對筆譯的要求更為準(zhǔn)確嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、更注重文本形式、更符合商業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 商務(wù)英語語篇翻譯就口頭形式來說，可以是一次商務(wù)演講、一次 推銷、一段歡送辭、一次面對面的談判、一句電視或播送中的廣告語等等；就書面形式來說，那么可能是一封商業(yè)書信、一份商業(yè)報告、一份企業(yè)籌劃案、一份招標(biāo)文件等等。大到一份合同，小到一句書面廣告語，甚至于僅由一個詞構(gòu)成的商標(biāo)、商號，只要能夠在商務(wù)場合中表達(dá)完整的語義、具有特定的商務(wù)功能，都屬于商務(wù)語篇的范圍。 目的論主張“翻譯行為所要到達(dá)的目的決定其翻譯所要采取的方法策略。因此， 準(zhǔn)確把握商務(wù)英語翻譯性

8、質(zhì)可以為商務(wù)英語翻譯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供指導(dǎo)性原那么。商務(wù)英語翻譯的具體性決定了方法策略的運用，而評價其翻譯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就在于是否到達(dá)了商務(wù)語篇在目的語中應(yīng)到達(dá)的目的，也就是商務(wù)文本的功能是否得到充分發(fā)揮。 3. 商務(wù)英語翻譯的程序 翻譯過程是語言轉(zhuǎn)換過程、信息傳遞過程、心理轉(zhuǎn)換過程，翻譯程序那么是從譯者角度來解釋翻譯過程的具體操作程序，翻譯的要素是翻譯過程中所涉及的主要因素。 我們認(rèn)為，商務(wù)英語的翻譯過程根本包括：分析理解轉(zhuǎn)換表達(dá)校譯等五個階段。 分析階段：分析階段： 在翻譯商務(wù)類英語之前，必須對文本類型、源語作者意圖、文本的功能進(jìn)行分析。 e.g. This Bill of Lading shall be
