10、of Chinese Embassy in that country. .購(gòu)房資金自有資金銀行貸款,可向外國(guó)銀行或中國(guó)銀行貸款 評(píng)價(jià)由銀行來(lái)執(zhí)行選擇權(quán)由購(gòu)買者來(lái)決議) 幣種:外幣或人民幣可選擇,建議選擇人民幣貸款,這樣不用思索外幣與人民幣之間的轉(zhuǎn)換,防止匯率的變動(dòng) 貸款利率:外籍人士享用與中國(guó)人一樣的待遇,按照中國(guó)人民銀行規(guī)定的個(gè)人住房貸款利率執(zhí)行.Purchase FundTheir own fundsLoans of banks, both Chinese banks and foreign banks are allowed Appraisal is required by the ba

15、求登記的,該當(dāng)向登記機(jī)構(gòu)提交代表機(jī)構(gòu)登記證。在外國(guó)和港澳臺(tái)地域登記注冊(cè)的法人或者其他組織懇求登記的,該當(dāng)向登記機(jī)構(gòu)提交有關(guān)的登記證明。懇求登記文件是外文的,該當(dāng)同時(shí)提交中文譯本。境外當(dāng)事人懇求房地產(chǎn)登記的,還該當(dāng)按相關(guān)規(guī)定辦理公證或者認(rèn)證手續(xù)并且提交相關(guān)的證件、文件。.Property Registration and Ownership CertificateTake Tianjin as example since the requirements in other cities are similar.Foreigners applying the registration should
