33、檢測(cè)并顯示故障路燈編號(hào)的 功能。采用STC 89C51單片機(jī)作為核心控制部件;利用時(shí)鐘芯片 DS1302對(duì)路燈進(jìn)行時(shí)控開(kāi)關(guān)燈控制;由光敏器件完成環(huán)境光照 度的采集與路燈故障檢測(cè),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)光控開(kāi)關(guān)燈與故障路燈的編 號(hào)顯示。本系統(tǒng)可以通過(guò)RS-232標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通信端口與路燈控制室的上 位機(jī)進(jìn)行通信?!娟P(guān)鍵詞1 STC89C51單片機(jī);時(shí)鐘芯片DS1302;光敏器件 引言Ll詢國(guó)內(nèi)絕大部分的城市和地區(qū)路燈照明控制采用光控、時(shí)間控制及單點(diǎn)電 子控制,維修管理釆用人工巡查及群眾反映等傳統(tǒng)方式,由于缺乏科學(xué)有效的監(jiān) 控管理手段,口天大面積亮燈,夜間大面積不亮燈現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生,往往不能及時(shí) 發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理,不但造成電力

34、資源、人力資源的浪費(fèi),提高了系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行成本,乂 給市民的生活帶來(lái)不便。智能化道路照明系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)不同區(qū)域的不同功能需求,在每天不同時(shí)段、 不同自然光照度或者不同交通流量情況下,按照特定的設(shè)置,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)道路照明的 動(dòng)態(tài)智能化管理,即TPO管理(TIME時(shí)間/ PLACE地點(diǎn)/ OCCASION場(chǎng)合)。 智能化道路照明控制系統(tǒng),通過(guò)綜合考慮和分析與道路照明密切相關(guān)的時(shí)間、路 段、環(huán)境照度和交通流量等因素的場(chǎng)景控制方法,在微機(jī)中按照預(yù)設(shè)的控制策略, 對(duì)道路照明進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)智能化管理,控制路燈在不同情況下工作在不同狀態(tài)實(shí)現(xiàn)多 樣化的道路照明場(chǎng)景,從而在提高照明質(zhì)量的同時(shí)獲得最佳的節(jié)能效果。1系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)控制

35、電路主要完成對(duì)光線、溫度信號(hào)的采集,數(shù)據(jù)的運(yùn)算和分析,以及根據(jù) 運(yùn)算結(jié)果控制路燈驅(qū)動(dòng)電路。電路需具有MD轉(zhuǎn)換功能,采用STC12C5608AD單 片機(jī)作為控制單元,該單片機(jī)為單時(shí)鐘周期增強(qiáng)型8051內(nèi)核的單片機(jī),片內(nèi)含 8KB的FLASH程序存儲(chǔ)器,有8路IO位MD轉(zhuǎn)換接口,可滿足數(shù)據(jù)采集的需要。 光強(qiáng)度、溫度傳感器分別采用光墩電阻和熱敬電阻。如圖一所示:圖二光敬電阻RX與電阻R2組成分壓電路,光強(qiáng)變化時(shí),單片機(jī)P1.7引腳輸入電 壓變化,P1.7引腳可設(shè)置為MD轉(zhuǎn)換接口,為光強(qiáng)設(shè)置一個(gè)臨界電壓即可區(qū)分口 天和黑夜。熱敬電阻RX與R3組成分壓電路,溫度變化時(shí),Pl. 5引腳電圧變化, 經(jīng)圖1控

36、制電路綠色質(zhì)量觀察LNA/D轉(zhuǎn)換可計(jì)算實(shí)際環(huán)境溫度,以修改時(shí)間控 制參數(shù)。Sl為4位撥碼開(kāi)關(guān),可用于認(rèn)為設(shè)定參數(shù),以增加控制器的靈活性。1硬件設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)硬件模塊包含:控制模塊,采用STC 89C51單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn);傳感器模塊, 采用光敬電阻實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)周用環(huán)境光照度的采樣,采用光敬二極管通斷進(jìn)行路燈設(shè)備 故障的檢測(cè);時(shí)鐘模塊,釆用DS1302時(shí)鐘芯片;顯示模塊,山4個(gè)LED數(shù)碼 管組成,用來(lái)顯示故障路燈的編號(hào);聲光報(bào)警模塊,塊,用于傳輸來(lái)自上位機(jī)的 指令。1.2模塊功能STC 89C51單片機(jī)根據(jù)時(shí)鐘芯片DS1302提供時(shí)鐘信號(hào),按照下列時(shí)段實(shí)現(xiàn) 時(shí)控開(kāi)關(guān)燈空。(1)冬季時(shí)間:傍晚18: 00開(kāi)燈,次日早晨7: 30關(guān)燈。(2)春秋季時(shí)間:傍晚19: 00開(kāi)燈,次日早晨6: 30關(guān)燈。(3)夏季時(shí)間:傍晚20: 00開(kāi)燈,次日早晨5: 30關(guān)燈。這個(gè)時(shí)段可動(dòng)態(tài)修改,修改操作在上位機(jī)完成,通過(guò)通信模塊將指令寫入 STC89C51芯片內(nèi),隨即就改變了時(shí)控開(kāi)關(guān)燈的工作時(shí)段。光敬電阻,受到適當(dāng)波長(zhǎng)的光線照射時(shí),電流就會(huì)隨光強(qiáng)的增加而變大,從 而實(shí)現(xiàn)光電轉(zhuǎn)換。通過(guò)ADC0832器件進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換后提供給單片機(jī),STC 89C51 按照預(yù)設(shè)的方案實(shí)現(xiàn)如下
