4、去做在完成5S方面已經(jīng)覺得很忙了覺得這是家務(wù)管理的事物，認為放在實際工作中會使自己更忙我可以做到這一點，但很多都在變化中我在較混亂的工作環(huán)境中更能提高工作效率為什么要搞清潔，又臟了怎么辦?克服措施讓員工真正相信實行6S對他們自己是有利的，它不是是管理者為了落實管理而想出的一些概念而已。舉一些例子，用事實說明結(jié)果，以便我們員工真正相信6S。協(xié)助員工完成6S的相關(guān)事項。用一些員工能夠涉及到的程度的方法，來清楚解釋6S對他們的好處。 整理SEIRI 決定要和不要 1.1、現(xiàn)場是否有閑置/無用的設(shè)備并標識?
