現(xiàn)在分詞作定語時(shí),它表示動作是正在進(jìn)行或與謂語動詞所表示動作幾乎同時(shí)發(fā)生,假如兩個(gè)動作有先有后,普通不能用現(xiàn)在分詞作定語,而要用定語從句。如:老師批評了那個(gè)打壞了窗戶學(xué)生。Theteachercriticizedthestudentwhohadbrokenthewindow.

作狀語分詞或分詞短語作狀語時(shí),能夠表示時(shí)間、原因、行為方式、伴隨情況等。如:Beingastudent,Imuststudyhard.(原因)

Whilereadingthebook,henoddedfromtimetotime.(時(shí)間)Theteacherstoodtheresurroundedbythestudents.(方式)分詞短語作狀語時(shí),其邏輯主語必須與句子主語一致。表示時(shí)間關(guān)系分詞短語有時(shí)可由連接詞while或when引出。有時(shí)“with(without)十名詞(或代詞賓格)十分詞”結(jié)構(gòu),表示伴隨情況。Helayhalfdead,withallhisribsbroken.當(dāng)分詞邏輯主語與主句主語不一樣時(shí):分詞必須有自己主語。(獨(dú)立結(jié)構(gòu))假如時(shí)間允許我將再完成一課。Timepermitting,Iwillfinishanotherlesson.作表語

消息很振奮人心。Thenewsisinspiring.玻璃壞了。Theglassisbroken.作賓語補(bǔ)足語我們看到老師正在做試驗(yàn)。Wesawtheteachermakingtheexperiment.注意:在see,hear,watch,feel,observe,have,listento,notice等動詞后,既能夠用現(xiàn)在分詞組成復(fù)合賓語,也能夠用不定式組成復(fù)合賓語,但二者含義是有差異,用現(xiàn)在分詞,表示動作正在發(fā)生,(即處于發(fā)生過程中,還沒有結(jié)束),用不定式表示動作發(fā)生了,(即動作全過程結(jié)束了)。我看到那個(gè)女孩在唱歌。Isawthegirlsinging.我昨天看到那個(gè)女孩唱歌了。Isawthegirlsingyesterday.

have+賓語+賓補(bǔ)

“have+賓語+do”

表示讓某人做某事你想讓誰和你一起去?Whowouldyouliketohavegowithyou?“have+賓語+doing”表示主體使客體處于某狀態(tài)或一直在干什么事;兩個(gè)騙子昨天晚上讓燈亮了一晚上。Thetwocheatshadthelightsburningallnightlong.“have+賓語+done”表示動作是他人做或與主體意志無關(guān)。他讓他人給他洗衣服。Hehadhisclothes

washed.動名詞動名詞由動詞十ing組成;含有動詞和名詞性質(zhì);在句中起名詞作用,可作主語、賓語、表語和定語。作主語眼見為實(shí)。Seeingisbelieving.下蛋是蟻后全職員作。Layingeggsistheantqueen’sfull-timejob.和他爭吵沒用。Itisnousearguingwithhim.作表語她工作是教書。Herjobisteaching.作賓語他喜歡踢足球。Heisfondofplayingfootball.我喜歡游泳。Ilikeswimming.

作定語作定語動名詞現(xiàn)在分詞區(qū)分:動名詞作定語可改寫成:for…結(jié)構(gòu),而現(xiàn)在分詞作定語時(shí),其主語和分詞之間有邏輯上主謂關(guān)系。ateachingmethod:themethodforteachingasleepingchild:thechildissleepingD。
