SGS/CIQ后,5個(gè)銀行工作天內(nèi)必需MT103或是OneoriginalandonecopyofthecertificateofquantityandqualityissuedbyCIQatthedischargeport.IntheeventthatBuyerisunabletoprovidethesaidCIQinspectionreportwithin7days,SGSreportfromportofloadingwillbeusedinsteadforthepayment.買家如不能在7天內(nèi)提交中國(guó)商驗(yàn)報(bào)告到銀行，賣家將會(huì)以裝貨港的證付款文件。
