uǎn)速1475r/min系統(tǒng)壓力18MPa總流量46L/min油泵型號(hào)CBZ2032油泵排量32mL/r油泵額定壓力20MPa2.8、電氣系統(tǒng)供電電壓660/1140V控制總功率305kW供電電流266/153A供電頻率50Hz隔爆形式隔爆兼本質(zhì)安全型3.重要構(gòu)造和工作原理本機(jī)重要由截割、行走、裝運(yùn)三大機(jī)構(gòu)和液壓、水路轉(zhuǎn)載及電氣四大系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成(如圖1),由液壓執(zhí)行元件和機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)所規(guī)定的動(dòng)作,進(jìn)而完畢機(jī)器的作業(yè)過程(如圖2)所示,掘進(jìn)機(jī)工作場所甲烷檢測采用甲烷傳感器GCJ4甲烷傳感器與DJ4G-Z礦用固定式甲烷報(bào)警斷電儀主機(jī)監(jiān)控。圖2掘進(jìn)機(jī)作業(yè)原理圖3.1截割部截割部又稱截割機(jī)構(gòu),其作用是破落煤巖。其重要構(gòu)造(如圖3)所示。1.截割頭2.主軸3.外噴霧架4.截割臂5.減速箱6.升降油缸支耳7.限位塊8.電機(jī)9.連接主架圖3截割機(jī)構(gòu)截割部由截割頭1、截割臂4、減速箱5、電機(jī)8和連接主架9等構(gòu)成。圖4截割頭截割頭1(如圖4)呈錐形,其上裝有36個(gè)鎬形截齒、13個(gè)噴嘴,截齒呈螺旋線排列,用12條12.9級(jí)高強(qiáng)度M16×85螺栓將截割頭1與截割臂4聯(lián)在一起,其緊固力矩為400N·m。圖5截割臂截割臂4(如圖5)由主軸和臂體等構(gòu)成,臂體支承主軸和承受彎矩,主軸傳遞旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)和扭矩。主軸的前端通過花鍵與截割頭聯(lián)接,后端通過花鍵與減速箱的輸出軸相聯(lián),截割臂4與減速箱5用24條12.9級(jí)高強(qiáng)度M24×170螺栓連接,其緊固力矩為980N·m。圖6減速箱減速箱5(如圖6)為二級(jí)行星齒輪減速箱,采用優(yōu)質(zhì)齒輪材料,齒輪承載能力極強(qiáng),傳動(dòng)比為30.17。箱體為支承負(fù)載件,內(nèi)部裝有齒輪組,前端與截割臂體相聯(lián),后端與連接主架9用30條12.9級(jí)高強(qiáng)度M24×100螺栓連接,緊固力矩為980N·m。圖7截割電機(jī)電機(jī)(如圖7)為YBU-180(180kW)水冷電機(jī),額定轉(zhuǎn)速為1475r/min,其外殼與連接主架9用18條12.9級(jí)高強(qiáng)度M20×85螺栓連接,緊固力矩為500N·m,輸出軸通過花鍵與減速箱5輸入軸套相聯(lián)。電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)經(jīng)減速箱減速后,帶動(dòng)主軸及截割頭1以轉(zhuǎn)速47r/min旋轉(zhuǎn)。整個(gè)截割部通過升降液壓缸和支軸安裝在回轉(zhuǎn)座上,在回轉(zhuǎn)和升降液壓缸的作用下,可使整個(gè)截割部作向上43°、向下23°、向左37°和向右37°的擺動(dòng),配合截割頭的旋轉(zhuǎn),從而完畢割落煤巖的動(dòng)作,截割出所需的任意形狀斷面的巷道。3.2裝運(yùn)部裝運(yùn)部又稱裝運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu),其作用是將截割部破落下來的煤巖裝運(yùn)到掘進(jìn)機(jī)后部的轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)上。裝運(yùn)部由裝載部Ⅰ和刮板輸送機(jī)Ⅱ構(gòu)成。裝載部采用星輪式裝載形式(見圖8)。1.右星輪2.主鏟板3.刮板輸送機(jī)4.左星輪圖8裝運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)裝載部Ⅰ由主鏟板,左、右星輪構(gòu)成。星輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靠液壓馬達(dá)直接驅(qū)動(dòng),完畢物料的裝載。液壓馬達(dá)及傳動(dòng)裝置安裝在主鏟板內(nèi);左、右兩組星輪分別傳動(dòng),裝載能力強(qiáng),分裝減少了爬裝事故。其構(gòu)造(見圖9)。1.星輪2.外套3.浮封環(huán)4.浮封密封座5.安裝座6.回轉(zhuǎn)軸承7.液壓馬達(dá)圖9星輪傳動(dòng)裝置刮板輸送機(jī)Ⅱ?yàn)橹须p鏈刮板式,重要由機(jī)架4(包括機(jī)尾架,過渡槽,和機(jī)頭架)、從動(dòng)輪2、刮板鏈5、積極輪6、液壓馬達(dá)7等構(gòu)成。刮板鏈條的松緊可以通過張緊裝置8調(diào)整(見圖10)。裝運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)采用分裝分運(yùn)形式,裝載星輪采用2臺(tái)NHM11-1200型液壓馬達(dá)直接驅(qū)動(dòng),取消了裝載減速器,使裝載部構(gòu)造緊湊,布置以便,減少故障。刮板運(yùn)送機(jī)的動(dòng)力來自機(jī)頭部2臺(tái)NHM8-700型液壓馬達(dá)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)積極鏈輪,減少了運(yùn)送機(jī)的功率,使刮板輸送機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、均衡,構(gòu)造更緊湊。裝載部Ⅰ位于機(jī)器的前端,通過一對(duì)銷軸鉸接于主機(jī)架上,刮板輸送機(jī)Ⅱ過渡槽用銷軸與中鏟板鉸接,前端從動(dòng)輪嵌于主鏟板內(nèi),后部通過連桿、托架與主機(jī)架的后架銷軸相連。在鏟板液壓缸作用下,裝載部Ⅰ可繞銷軸上下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。使刮板機(jī)運(yùn)送鏈條保持直線,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)良好。當(dāng)機(jī)器截割煤巖時(shí),應(yīng)使主鏟板前沿緊貼巷道底板,增長機(jī)器的截割穩(wěn)定性。1.主鏟板2.從動(dòng)輪3.撥鏈板4.機(jī)架5.刮板鏈6.積極輪7.液壓馬達(dá)8.張緊裝置圖10.刮板輸送機(jī)1.導(dǎo)向輪2.張緊裝置3.支重板4.托鏈板5.行走架6.履帶7.積極鏈輪8.行走馬達(dá)-減速器圖11左行走機(jī)構(gòu)3.3行走部行走部由左右兩個(gè)構(gòu)造相似,完全對(duì)稱的行走機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)成,(如圖11)所示為左行走機(jī)構(gòu);行走形式為履帶式,重要由導(dǎo)向輪1、張緊裝置2、支重板3、托鏈板4、行走架5、履帶6、積極鏈輪7和行走馬達(dá)8構(gòu)成。左右行走機(jī)構(gòu)通過銷軸、行走架凹凸槽口與主機(jī)架平面聯(lián)結(jié)在一起。行走架與主機(jī)架用36只M30×190螺栓緊固,緊固力矩為1400N·m。保證行走機(jī)構(gòu)與主機(jī)架成為一體,其安裝構(gòu)造圖(見圖12)。1.主機(jī)架2.螺栓M30×1903.墊圈304.行走架圖12行走架、主機(jī)架安裝連接圖行走部行走速度采用雙速,正常工作速度為4.0m/min,為提高效率,在左右裝載部不運(yùn)行的條件下,通過液壓回路合流,可實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)動(dòng)速度7.行走部傳動(dòng)裝置采用力士樂馬達(dá)減速器系統(tǒng)(見圖13),輸出扭矩80000N·m,其質(zhì)量可靠,安裝以便。行走部傳動(dòng)裝置制動(dòng)原理(見圖14):行走減速器內(nèi)設(shè)有摩察離合制動(dòng)器,通過減速器制動(dòng)油口輸入3MPa的油壓,離合器打開,解除制動(dòng)系統(tǒng),停止行走,摩察離合制動(dòng)器鎖住,保證了掘進(jìn)機(jī)不工作時(shí)不會(huì)下滑,增長了安全性。圖14行走部制動(dòng)原理圖履帶的松緊可由張緊裝置調(diào)整,張緊裝置(見圖15)。A、將鏟板和后支撐腿落地并撐起機(jī)器,使兩側(cè)履帶機(jī)構(gòu)懸空;B、用黃油槍通過單向閥5往腔室內(nèi)注入鈣基潤滑脂,使活塞桿3受力運(yùn)動(dòng),從而推進(jìn)導(dǎo)向滑塊2和導(dǎo)向輪1向外移動(dòng),履帶隨之張緊,履帶張緊適中(懸垂度50mm~70mm),同步用插片4將導(dǎo)向塊2與活塞桿3凸臺(tái)間隙填死,松開單項(xiàng)閥5,履帶就變?yōu)闄C(jī)械張緊;放松履帶時(shí),仍通過單向閥5往腔室內(nèi)注潤滑脂,使活塞桿3受力運(yùn)動(dòng),推進(jìn)導(dǎo)向塊2和導(dǎo)向輪1向外移動(dòng),抽去插片,履帶隨之放松。1.導(dǎo)向輪2.導(dǎo)向塊3.活塞桿4.插片5.單向閥圖15張緊裝置3.4主機(jī)架主機(jī)架為掘進(jìn)機(jī)的骨架,截割部、裝運(yùn)部、行走部等其他部件均裝于其上。其重要構(gòu)造(如圖16)所示。1.回轉(zhuǎn)座2.機(jī)架3.回轉(zhuǎn)軸承4.回轉(zhuǎn)液壓缸圖16主機(jī)架主機(jī)架重要由回轉(zhuǎn)座1、機(jī)架2、回轉(zhuǎn)軸承3、回轉(zhuǎn)液壓缸4等構(gòu)成。在兩個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)液壓缸作用下,回轉(zhuǎn)座1可相對(duì)于機(jī)架左右擺動(dòng)37°。本主機(jī)架采用鋼板焊接構(gòu)造,保證了主機(jī)架有足夠強(qiáng)度與剛度。3.5后架支撐組后架支撐組通過螺栓與主機(jī)架固結(jié)在一起,其構(gòu)造(如圖17)所示。1.后支撐架2.左右支撐3.支撐液壓缸4.銷軸圖17后架支撐組在支撐液壓缸的作用下,左、右支撐可繞鉸點(diǎn)上、下擺動(dòng),與裝載部同步向下運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),可將機(jī)器抬起。當(dāng)掘進(jìn)巖石較硬時(shí),可將左右支撐2撐至底板,以防止機(jī)器橫移,增長機(jī)器的截割穩(wěn)定性。通過回轉(zhuǎn)銷軸4將后配套轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)與掘進(jìn)機(jī)聯(lián)接,使其與掘進(jìn)機(jī)的相對(duì)位置得到固定,并能相對(duì)掘進(jìn)機(jī)作上、下、左、右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。3.6液壓系統(tǒng)本機(jī)除截割頭的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)及轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)傳動(dòng)采用電機(jī)傳動(dòng)外,其他各動(dòng)作均采用液壓傳動(dòng),液壓系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng)原理見附圖1。液壓系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力由一臺(tái)100kW電機(jī)供應(yīng),通過雙出軸電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)二臺(tái)CBZ2040/2032/2032和CBZ2063/2040/2040型三聯(lián)齒輪泵,分別向六個(gè)獨(dú)立的液壓回路(油缸、左、右裝載,左、右行走,刮板機(jī))供油。(見圖18)1、齒輪泵(右旋)2、聯(lián)軸器3、電機(jī)(YBU-100)4、齒輪泵(左旋)圖18油泵站傳動(dòng)部1.壓力表2.手動(dòng)換向閥3.操縱臺(tái)架4.閥塊5.插裝溢流閥組6.插裝制動(dòng)閥組7.插裝平衡閥圖19操縱臺(tái)本液壓系統(tǒng)操縱部分采用集成塊設(shè)計(jì),由手動(dòng)換向閥2、插裝溢流閥5、插裝平衡閥7、插裝制動(dòng)閥6、壓力表1、操縱臺(tái)3、閥塊4等部件構(gòu)成操縱臺(tái)(見圖19)。所有控制閥均采用板式連接,集中管理,以便拆裝、故障檢查及維修。液壓操作手柄布置及名稱見(圖19),操作手柄排列,前排自左至右為回轉(zhuǎn)鏟板、升降、左行、右行、伸縮(備用)6組,后排自左至右為支撐、左裝、右裝、刮板4組。3.6.1動(dòng)力為CBZ2063/2040/2040型及CBZ2040/2032/2032型二臺(tái)三聯(lián)齒輪泵供應(yīng),63油泵供應(yīng)刮板運(yùn)送機(jī)二臺(tái)NHM8-700液壓馬達(dá),兩只32油泵則分別供應(yīng)裝載部左、右星輪的兩臺(tái)NHM11-1200液壓馬達(dá),調(diào)定壓力為18MPa。裝運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)換向閥重要由三個(gè)SDFG-3-5-G手動(dòng)換向閥和三個(gè)XYF25-02溢流閥構(gòu)成。裝載部左、右星輪兩臺(tái)液壓馬達(dá)不工作時(shí),其油液經(jīng)手動(dòng)換向閥直接向行走回路供油,實(shí)現(xiàn)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的迅速行走。3.6.2動(dòng)力為三聯(lián)齒輪泵中的兩臺(tái)32油泵供應(yīng),齒輪泵輸出的油通過二個(gè)SDFLT-3-5-LT手動(dòng)換向閥控制左右行走機(jī)構(gòu)的兩臺(tái)斜軸式液壓馬達(dá)分別運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),調(diào)定壓力為18MPa。行走油馬達(dá)換向閥重要由兩個(gè)SDFLT-3-5-LT手動(dòng)換向閥和二個(gè)XYF25-02溢流閥構(gòu)成。當(dāng)掘進(jìn)機(jī)正常掘進(jìn)時(shí),行走回路僅由兩臺(tái)40油泵供油,掘進(jìn)機(jī)慢速行走;當(dāng)掘進(jìn)機(jī)不掘進(jìn)單獨(dú)行走時(shí),此時(shí)裝載部不工作,其液壓油通過手動(dòng)換向閥向行走回路供油。行走回路由四臺(tái)32油泵供油,實(shí)現(xiàn)掘進(jìn)機(jī)迅速行走,到達(dá)掘進(jìn)機(jī)迅速調(diào)動(dòng)規(guī)定。行走回路中的制動(dòng)器油路,其壓力為1.8~5.0MPa。本設(shè)計(jì)采用梭形閥和減壓閥疊加形式。只要操縱行走回路SDFLT-3-5-LT手動(dòng)換向閥時(shí)即給制動(dòng)器產(chǎn)生<5.0MPa的控制油,保證能打開制動(dòng)器。其構(gòu)造(見圖20)。1.先導(dǎo)減壓閥2.梭形閥圖20制動(dòng)閥組3.6.3動(dòng)力為三聯(lián)齒輪泵的40泵供油,齒輪泵輸出的油通過操縱機(jī)構(gòu)上的四只SDFLT-3-5-LT手動(dòng)換向閥和一種SDFT-3-5-T手動(dòng)換向閥控制回轉(zhuǎn)、升降、鏟板、支撐和伸縮(或錨桿)五組液壓油缸,調(diào)定壓力為18MPa。為使運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn),克服重力作用,在升降液壓缸、支撐液壓缸上各裝設(shè)了兩個(gè)A-VBDE/FL/TR-120D平衡閥;在回轉(zhuǎn)液壓缸、鏟板液壓缸回路上設(shè)置了兩組VBDL/AF-12D插裝式平衡閥。前者安裝在升降油缸體、支撐油缸體上,后者安裝在操縱機(jī)構(gòu)閥板上。3.7噴霧冷卻系統(tǒng)噴霧冷卻系統(tǒng)分為內(nèi)噴霧系統(tǒng)及冷卻、外噴霧系統(tǒng),其水路裝置及水噴霧冷卻系統(tǒng)圖(見圖21及圖22)。圖21水路裝置冷卻器冷卻器冷卻器水封AQF3安全閥水路控制裝置油泵電機(jī)截割電機(jī)截割頭外噴霧截割頭內(nèi)噴霧P2P10~4MPaTGH0~10MPa安全閥4MPa壓力表0~10MPa噴霧泵RPW31.5/4水泵電機(jī)YBK2-100L2-4截流閥(2)減壓閥截流閥(1)過濾器截止閥供水壓力表40-80l/minP3≥MPaP2=1.5MPaP=1.7MPa圖22水噴霧冷卻系統(tǒng)原理圖3.7.1在截割頭截齒座旁邊設(shè)有13只直射型噴嘴,當(dāng)井下壓力水在3~5Mpa時(shí),內(nèi)噴霧水經(jīng)截止閥、過濾器、截流閥(2)由TGH高壓水封進(jìn)入截割頭內(nèi)由噴嘴噴霧。通過調(diào)整截流閥(2)的開口大小,可控制截割頭內(nèi)噴霧的壓力。當(dāng)井下壓力水不不小于3MPa時(shí),則關(guān)閉截流閥(2),開動(dòng)水泵電機(jī),經(jīng)安全閥控制壓力,保證內(nèi)噴霧水壓≥3MPa,滿足截割頭內(nèi)噴霧供水。保證內(nèi)噴霧正常工作。3.7.2在截割頭的背面外噴霧架上裝有16只引射型噴嘴,管路按先冷卻后噴霧的次序布置,先冷卻油泵電機(jī),泵站傳動(dòng)箱、液壓油(冷卻器)和截割電機(jī),再供應(yīng)外噴霧架上的噴嘴噴霧。外噴霧冷卻水通過截流閥(1),減壓閥調(diào)定水壓為1.5MPa,流量為30L/min。當(dāng)外噴霧冷卻被堵。水壓超過AQF3安全閥調(diào)定壓力1.5MPa時(shí),安全閥動(dòng)作,泵電機(jī)、截割電機(jī)和液壓油冷卻器不會(huì)因水壓過高而損壞。3.8轉(zhuǎn)載系統(tǒng)提議選用的SZD800/11G轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)采用隔爆型電動(dòng)滾筒直接驅(qū)動(dòng),滾筒直徑φ500㎜,功率11kw。輸送帶寬800㎜,輸送長度18m,輸送量為5本機(jī)配伸縮式輸送機(jī)使用時(shí),總體構(gòu)造由受料部、中間架、卸料部、支承小車等重要部件構(gòu)成。3.9副油泵系統(tǒng)(見圖23)EBZ180型掘進(jìn)機(jī)是屬重型掘進(jìn)機(jī)定位截割時(shí),其最大截割高度達(dá)4.3m,截割寬度6.0m,截割端面9~20m2以上。由于適應(yīng)巷道斷面較大,故現(xiàn)場規(guī)定掘進(jìn)機(jī)能處理超前支1、吸油過濾器2、齒輪油泵3、油泵電機(jī)(YBK2-160M-4)4、回油過濾器圖23副油泵4.安裝調(diào)試4.1機(jī)器的分解機(jī)器下井前,可根據(jù)各使用單位的狀況、礦井井口提高設(shè)備的大小,將機(jī)器分解為若干部分。4.1.1分解機(jī)器的分解(見圖24),對(duì)應(yīng)部件名稱列于圖24附表,分解規(guī)定如下:在裝載部鏟板油缸和支撐油缸作用下或在起重設(shè)備的協(xié)助下,將掘進(jìn)機(jī)抬起,使履帶懸空,在主機(jī)架下墊上枕木以支承整個(gè)掘進(jìn)機(jī);收起支撐油缸和鏟板,掘進(jìn)機(jī)整機(jī)懸空架在枕木上。將油箱中的油放入潔凈的容器里;確定需要拆的部件,從而拆除必要的油管;油管拆除后開始拆部件,拆部件時(shí)應(yīng)按表1中的次序進(jìn)行。4.1.2分解從事分解的工作人員應(yīng)根據(jù)技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)熟悉掘進(jìn)機(jī)的構(gòu)造,詳細(xì)理解各重要聯(lián)接部位,準(zhǔn)備起重運(yùn)送設(shè)備,保證拆卸安全;為防止因分解過多而導(dǎo)致安裝困難和使用中出現(xiàn)不必要的故障。掘進(jìn)機(jī)的下井應(yīng)考慮按實(shí)際條件盡量地少拆;分解時(shí),各油管、接頭等應(yīng)用堵頭封閉或用潔凈的塑料布包扎好,以防臟物進(jìn)入;所有加工而未涂漆之零件表面,尤其是聯(lián)接表面,下井前必須用潤滑脂覆蓋;電氣設(shè)備必須用防潮材料覆蓋,以防進(jìn)水;4.2向井下運(yùn)送機(jī)器下井及運(yùn)送時(shí),按表1所列次序進(jìn)行。4.2.1運(yùn)送搬運(yùn)注意事項(xiàng):運(yùn)送搬運(yùn)前把各零部件按下井次序擺放整潔,并檢查各零部件與否完好,品種數(shù)量與否齊全,否則應(yīng)在地面上修好備齊。注意多種液壓件不能進(jìn)入臟物,不得蠻橫裝卸。精密零部件加工表面嚴(yán)禁在運(yùn)送過程中導(dǎo)致碰磕損傷,需要捆扎的要捆扎包裝牢固。應(yīng)按表1次序下井,以免不必要的調(diào)動(dòng)。對(duì)于某些尺寸過大的部件,罐籠裝不下時(shí),可系在罐籠之下下井。運(yùn)送過程中,要保證不損壞任何部件。圖24機(jī)器分解圖圖24附表序號(hào)部件名稱數(shù)量重量kg外形尺寸(長×寬×高)1截割體140862100×Ф1000截割架119621830×1350×6802升降液壓缸2186Φ215×10103主機(jī)架145762845×1330×1228回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)117481775×1350×630回轉(zhuǎn)液壓缸2204Φ215×12134油箱總成19162775×912×8135泵站裝置1945.51968×510×7506水路裝置1227.7720×672×2447刮板輸送機(jī)132566840×1263×6308電控箱111721310×630×7729操縱臺(tái)114132775×740×81310后架121502200×930×1065支撐組27601445×720×53511左右行走機(jī)構(gòu)256283688×705×72512中鏟板117242194×1306×715左右鏟板2527767×1768×61613鏟板液壓缸2182Φ240×76014各類蓋板表1:分解、運(yùn)送、裝配次序分解次序運(yùn)送次序裝配次序部件名稱11212各類蓋板21111配水站、液壓、水路管路和電纜317截割部和升降油缸475輸送機(jī)522裝載部鏟板油缸636油箱總成798泵站裝置81010電控箱989操縱臺(tái)1064支撐組1153左右行走機(jī)構(gòu)1241主機(jī)架、后架4.3機(jī)器安裝在使用本掘進(jìn)機(jī)巷道始端,應(yīng)根據(jù)機(jī)器的最大尺寸和部件的最大重量準(zhǔn)備一種安裝掘進(jìn)機(jī)的場地即機(jī)窩,機(jī)窩應(yīng)具有電源、照明和通風(fēng)條件,同步要安裝符合起吊高度規(guī)定且具有足夠強(qiáng)度的棚架。4.3.1安裝次序機(jī)器在井下安裝時(shí),須按表1中的裝配次序進(jìn)行。液壓管路的軟管連接根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖(附圖1),詳細(xì)連接位置按液壓系統(tǒng)接管圖(附圖2)進(jìn)行。安裝各連接螺栓及銷軸時(shí),螺栓和銷軸上應(yīng)涂少許油脂,防止銹蝕后無法拆卸,各聯(lián)結(jié)螺栓應(yīng)擰緊,重要部位螺栓的緊固須按預(yù)應(yīng)力規(guī)定緊固(見表2);表2螺栓緊固力矩表螺栓規(guī)格強(qiáng)度等級(jí)緊固力矩值M2412.9級(jí)980N·m10.9級(jí)600N·mM3012.9級(jí)1400N·m10.9級(jí)1200N·m4.3.4.3.2.1裝運(yùn)部安裝調(diào)試按第15頁圖8、第15頁圖9、第16頁圖10進(jìn)行。4.3.2.2本部與履帶行走部安裝措施見第17頁圖12進(jìn)行,履帶調(diào)整見第19頁圖15進(jìn)行調(diào)整。4.3.2.3主機(jī)架、回轉(zhuǎn)系統(tǒng)安裝調(diào)試按第20頁圖16進(jìn)行。4.3.2.4后架與后支撐安裝見第20頁圖17進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)整。4.3.2.5操縱臺(tái)按第22頁圖19進(jìn)行安裝。4.3.2.6液壓系統(tǒng)軟管連接見附圖2液壓系統(tǒng)接管圖進(jìn)行安裝。4.4機(jī)器的調(diào)整機(jī)器在總裝以及在使用過程中,需要對(duì)行走部履帶的松緊、刮板輸送機(jī)刮板鏈的松緊,液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力和流量以及水系統(tǒng)的壓力和流量等作合適的調(diào)整,調(diào)整措施分述如下。4.圖25履帶調(diào)整圖左、右行走機(jī)構(gòu)各設(shè)一張緊裝置,如第19頁的圖14所示,履帶需要張緊時(shí),張緊過程如下:將掘進(jìn)機(jī)向前移動(dòng),使履帶上部松弛;將鏟板和支撐組壓地抬起機(jī)器使履帶處在懸空狀態(tài)(見圖25);往張緊裝置的單向閥中注入鈣基潤滑脂,使履帶松緊適中(懸垂度50~70mm)。然后用插板鎖死,松開單向閥,撤去張緊缸中壓力;關(guān)死單向閥。收起鏟板和支撐組,履帶著地,掘進(jìn)機(jī)開動(dòng)二至三次,檢查履帶的松緊程度與否合適。當(dāng)需要放松履帶時(shí),往張緊裝置的單向閥中注入潤滑脂,將插板抽去,然后松開單向閥,履帶就放松了。圖26刮板鏈張緊調(diào)整圖4.4刮板輸送機(jī)的尾部設(shè)有張緊機(jī)構(gòu)(見圖26),通過張緊螺栓調(diào)整刮板鏈的松緊,調(diào)整過程為:將鏟板緊壓在底板上;松開鎖緊螺母;均等地調(diào)整左、右張緊螺栓,壓縮彈簧將刮板鏈張緊,其張緊程度,以運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活,運(yùn)行阻力?。ㄓ^測油馬達(dá)壓力值)為準(zhǔn)。4.(1)工作壓力的調(diào)整液壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力是掘進(jìn)機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的基本參數(shù)之一,也是選擇和設(shè)計(jì)液壓元件的基本根據(jù)之一,它對(duì)于液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的可靠性,經(jīng)濟(jì)性和工作性能等都具有決定性的影響。液壓系統(tǒng)工作壓力是由設(shè)計(jì)者嚴(yán)格計(jì)算而確定的,在使用中不得隨意更改。本機(jī)各液壓回路的調(diào)定壓力為:行走回路18MPa,裝載回路18MPa,運(yùn)送回路18MPa,液壓缸回路18MPa。使用過程中若發(fā)現(xiàn)工作壓力過高或過低,應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整各回路溢流閥。一般一種月左右應(yīng)檢查一次,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)調(diào)整,以保證機(jī)器正常工作。各回路工作壓力調(diào)整措施(見圖27)如下:圖27閥手柄圖a)行走回路先將截割部擺動(dòng)到正中位置,不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)截割頭,打開壓力表開關(guān),然后開動(dòng)行走油馬達(dá),截割頭頂住煤壁,不放松操作手柄,逐漸調(diào)整左、右行走回路溢流閥,直到壓力表的指示壓力為18MPa為止,調(diào)好后鎖緊溢流閥的調(diào)壓螺釘。b)裝載回路將兩邊星輪開到平行的位置,在其間用坑木頂住,開動(dòng)左、右裝載油馬達(dá),調(diào)整左、右裝載回路溢流閥直到壓力表指示壓力為18MPa為止。C)運(yùn)送回路將刮板機(jī)卡住,開動(dòng)刮板機(jī)油馬達(dá),調(diào)整刮板機(jī)液壓回路溢流閥直到壓力表指示壓力為18MPa為止。d)液壓缸回路打開壓力表開關(guān),將鏟板抬起至上極限,不放松鏟板液壓缸操縱手柄,調(diào)整液壓缸回路中的溢流閥,直到壓力表指示壓力為18MPa為止。4.4.4按圖22接好整機(jī)水路系統(tǒng),規(guī)定給整機(jī)提供進(jìn)水壓力在3~5MPa之間、流量40~80L/min的清潔水源。外噴霧系統(tǒng)壓力調(diào)定a)調(diào)整減壓閥,使壓力表的讀數(shù)為1.5MPa;b)調(diào)整安全閥,規(guī)定出口壓力在1.5MPa時(shí)溢流;內(nèi)噴霧系統(tǒng)壓力調(diào)定在井下水壓力≥3MPa的狀況下,調(diào)整節(jié)流閥,使截割頭內(nèi)外噴霧呈霧狀。檢查并調(diào)整系統(tǒng)壓力整機(jī)水路接通后,檢查內(nèi)外噴霧回路,安全閥的調(diào)定壓力應(yīng)符合系統(tǒng)規(guī)定,誤差不不小于±2%,不符合時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。若礦井供水壓力<3MPa時(shí),則關(guān)閉截流閥(2),開動(dòng)水泵電機(jī),啟動(dòng)水泵,將壓力調(diào)至4MPa,保證內(nèi)噴霧正常使用。整機(jī)提供進(jìn)水壓力不不不小于3MPa,流量40~80L/min的清潔水源。其他調(diào)整環(huán)節(jié)同前4.5機(jī)器調(diào)試4.5.1試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前準(zhǔn)備液壓系統(tǒng)及水路系統(tǒng)各管接頭必須擦試潔凈后方可安裝;安裝各連接螺栓及銷軸時(shí),螺栓和銷軸上應(yīng)涂少許油脂,防止銹蝕后無法拆卸,各聯(lián)結(jié)螺栓應(yīng)擰緊;安裝完畢必須嚴(yán)格檢查螺栓與否擰緊、油管連接與否對(duì)的,然后方可接通電源、開機(jī)試車。如有異常,必須立即停車,查明原因并排除后再開機(jī)試車。4.5.2(1)檢查電機(jī)電纜端頭連接的對(duì)的性:從司機(jī)位置看,截割頭應(yīng)順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn);從對(duì)泵站電機(jī)出軸看,泵站電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸應(yīng)順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn),油泵應(yīng)有壓力,操作任一手柄,機(jī)器應(yīng)有對(duì)應(yīng)的動(dòng)作。(2)檢查液壓系統(tǒng)安裝的對(duì)的性:各管路、閥、油泵、油馬達(dá)等聯(lián)接處不應(yīng)有漏油現(xiàn)象。對(duì)照操縱臺(tái)的操作指示牌,操作每一種手柄,觀測各執(zhí)行元件的動(dòng)作方向與指示牌所指示的方向與否一致,發(fā)既有錯(cuò)及時(shí)調(diào)整。(3)檢查內(nèi)外噴霧及冷卻系統(tǒng)安裝的對(duì)的性:內(nèi)外噴霧應(yīng)暢通,噴霧正常,水系統(tǒng)管路接頭無泄漏,水壓到達(dá)規(guī)定值。4.5.3試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)啟將電控箱上的隔離開關(guān)-GK手柄打至“開”位置;將操作面板上的“電源”轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打到“開”位置,“電源”指示燈亮;將操作面板上的“急?!卑粹o旋轉(zhuǎn)彈出至正常位置,接通外接急停按鈕使“急?!敝甘緹粝?;將操作面板上的的“支護(hù)”轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打到“運(yùn)行”位置,“支護(hù)”顯示燈熄滅;按“信號(hào)”按鈕,“信號(hào)”指示燈亮且預(yù)警5秒;在電鈴?fù)m懞蟮?0秒內(nèi),按“油泵起動(dòng)”按鈕,“油泵”指示燈亮;按“轉(zhuǎn)載起動(dòng)”按鈕“轉(zhuǎn)載”指示燈亮,在油泵電機(jī)起動(dòng)后30秒內(nèi),按“截割起動(dòng)”按鈕,“截割”指示燈亮。根據(jù)需要,按“水泵電機(jī)起動(dòng)”按鈕,“水泵”指示燈亮。5.使用操作5.1使用安全規(guī)則司機(jī)須專職,經(jīng)培訓(xùn)合格后持證作業(yè),無關(guān)人員不得私自開機(jī)。截割頭必須在旋轉(zhuǎn)工況下才能向煤巖壁鉆進(jìn)。截割頭不應(yīng)帶載起動(dòng),當(dāng)截割頭已鉆在煤巖壁里時(shí)不許起動(dòng)截割電機(jī),須先退出煤巖壁后,再起動(dòng)截割電機(jī)。截割頭工作時(shí)必須啟動(dòng)噴霧降塵冷卻系統(tǒng)。機(jī)器在前進(jìn)、后退或轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí),必須將后支撐收起至極限位置,并抬起鏟板,以免轉(zhuǎn)彎角度過大引起掘進(jìn)機(jī)與轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)發(fā)生干涉而損壞轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)。對(duì)大塊掉落煤巖,須采用合適措施破碎后再行裝載,大塊煤巖卡龍門時(shí),須進(jìn)行人工破碎,不能用刮板機(jī)強(qiáng)拉。機(jī)器在工作過程中若碰到異常聲響應(yīng)立即停機(jī)查明原因,排除故障后方可開機(jī)。液壓系統(tǒng)和噴霧降塵系統(tǒng)的壓力不準(zhǔn)隨意調(diào)高,若需調(diào)整,須由專職人員進(jìn)行。5.2掘進(jìn)次序?yàn)闇p少掘進(jìn)機(jī)的載荷,提高生產(chǎn)能力,一般先截割煤壁的下部。當(dāng)巷道斷面的煤巖較均勻時(shí),采用左右循環(huán)向上截割的措施,如圖2所示。當(dāng)掘進(jìn)斷面既有煤又有巖時(shí),應(yīng)先破煤后破巖。當(dāng)掘進(jìn)斷面的巖石硬度不一樣步,應(yīng)先破碎較軟的巖石,當(dāng)碰到非常硬的巖石時(shí),不應(yīng)勉強(qiáng)截割;對(duì)有部分露頭硬巖時(shí),應(yīng)首先截割其周圍部分,使其墜落。5.3操作程序5.3.1將電控箱上的隔離開關(guān)-GK手柄打至“開”位置;將操作面板上的“電源”轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打到“開”位置,“電源”指示燈亮;將操作面板上的“急?!卑粹o旋轉(zhuǎn)彈出至正常位置,接通外接急停按鈕使“急?!敝甘緹粝纾粚⒉僮髅姘迳系牡摹爸ёo(hù)”轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)打到“運(yùn)行”位置,“支護(hù)”顯示燈熄滅;按“信號(hào)”按鈕,“信號(hào)”指示燈亮且預(yù)警5秒;在電鈴?fù)m懞蟮?0秒內(nèi),按“油泵起動(dòng)”按鈕,“油泵”指示燈亮;按“轉(zhuǎn)載起動(dòng)”按鈕“轉(zhuǎn)載”指示燈亮,在油泵電機(jī)起動(dòng)后30秒內(nèi),按“截割起動(dòng)”按鈕,“截割”指示燈亮。根據(jù)需要,按“水泵電機(jī)起動(dòng)”按鈕,“水泵”指示燈亮。5.3.2運(yùn)行操作操縱臺(tái)由手動(dòng)換向閥2、插裝溢流閥5、插裝平衡閥7、插裝制動(dòng)閥6、壓力表1、操縱臺(tái)3、閥塊4等部件構(gòu)成。見(圖19)。所有控制閥均采用板式連接,集中管理,以便拆裝、故障檢查及維修。液壓操作手柄布置及名稱見(圖19),操作手柄排列,前排自左到右為回轉(zhuǎn)鏟板、升降、左行、右行、伸縮(備用)6組,后排自左到右為支撐、左裝、右裝、刮板4組。通過操縱對(duì)應(yīng)手柄完畢掘進(jìn)機(jī)的對(duì)應(yīng)動(dòng)作。5.3機(jī)器加油時(shí)須用潔凈的容器,防止油質(zhì)污染,導(dǎo)致元件損壞。油箱的油溫若超過70℃當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)液壓系統(tǒng)壓力值嚴(yán)重波動(dòng),溢流閥常常啟動(dòng),系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生噪音和嚴(yán)重發(fā)熱時(shí),立即停機(jī)檢查。當(dāng)油缸行至終點(diǎn)時(shí),應(yīng
