如何寫通知及邀請(qǐng)信的左下角。如有單位負(fù)責(zé)人署名,可寫在右下角。出通知的單位以及被通知的對(duì)象一般都用第三人稱。如果正文前用了稱呼用語,則用第二人稱表示通知對(duì)象。通知要求言簡(jiǎn)意賅、措辭得當(dāng)、時(shí)間及時(shí)。另一種是布告形式,張貼通知。究竟采用哪種形式,視實(shí)際需要而定。如通知的對(duì)象為集中的較大范圍的人員,例如學(xué)生、會(huì)員、讀者、觀眾等,宜采用布告的形式。這種通知一般在上方居中處寫上“Notice”或“NOTICE”一詞作為標(biāo)志,正文的下面靠右下角寫出通知的單位名稱或人名,也可放在正文之上。有時(shí)出通知的單位名稱會(huì)寫在正文的開頭,這樣就不需要另外注明。出通知的日期寫在正文
