3、ith other tradesC材料搬運(yùn)堆放注意事項(xiàng) Precautions for material handling and storagen 材料出廠前須有適當(dāng)之保護(hù)座綁。Materials shall be fitted with appropriate protective tie-wraps prior to shipment from factory n 貨品需平均置放于運(yùn)輸器具上，并用緩沖材料保護(hù)與固定避免滑動(dòng)，導(dǎo)致材料受擠壓變形。Materials or commodities shall be rested horizontally on transport vehicl

6、相關(guān)廠商會(huì)同討論及確認(rèn)。Outdoor storage, if unavoidable, shall be subject to consultation with and confirmation of the relevant manufacturers.2材料要求 Material Requirements2.1 基本說明及整體構(gòu)造 General instructions and overall configurationsA. 材料之規(guī)格、性能、品質(zhì)均須依設(shè)計(jì)圖上所列之說明、并符合規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Materials shall comply with the instructions in

7、 the design drawings in respect to sizes, performances and quality and conform to the codes specified.B. 承包商應(yīng)于施作前，將施工計(jì)劃書、原廠授權(quán)書及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、送請?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)單位及業(yè)主審核合格后，始得施工。Contractor shall submit the work execution plan, authorization of the original manufacturer and pertinent data to the design institution and the own

C. 安裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模距尺寸1200mmx1200mm，厚度50mm；含盲板、骨架、懸吊材、接頭、調(diào)整器、相關(guān)螺絲螺帽、及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)襯墊及孔塞材。The standard dimensions for installation shall be1200mmx1200mm and 50mm in thickness, inclusive of blank panels, framework, suspens

9、ions and hangers, connectors, balancers, screws and nuts, standard gaskets and opening plugs. D. 整體或任一單塊盲板均不得產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)或移動(dòng)情況。Any blank panel, whether integral or individual, shall not produce any vibration or displacement2.2 載重型天花板系統(tǒng) Load-bearing ceiling systemA. 盲板 Plenum blank panel(1) 采用t=1.5mm六折型，彩色烤漆

10、鍍鋅鋼板。Blank panels shall be of colored galvanized sheet steel, hex-reinforced and t=1.5mm. (2) 底材為雙面熱浸鍍鋅鋼板。The base material shall be double-side hot-dip galvanized sheet steel.(3) 表面烤漆膜厚50m。正面漆采用高分子線性熱硬化型多元聚酯涂料，2涂2烤；背面漆采用高防銹性環(huán)氧樹脂涂料，(以上均須附原廠品質(zhì)保證書及出廠證明書)。The surface film thickness shall be 50m. 12、e weight-bearing capacity shall be over 150kg/m2.(5) 盲板制造反折角落處須點(diǎn)焊處理，附強(qiáng)度計(jì)算書。The reflection corners of blank panels shall be spot welded during fabrication. The strength calculation format shall be attached.(6) 烤漆顏色依業(yè)主指定。The color of the protective film shall be as specified by the owner.B. 骨架系統(tǒng)(T-BAR

13、) (1) 材質(zhì)為鋁合金擠型，尺寸為1200 1200。Of extruded aluminum alloy material, 1200 1200 in dimension(2) 表面經(jīng)霧化陽極處理12m以上。Surface shall be anodized to a thickness of over 12m.(3) 單支每一M荷重300kgf時(shí)，變形量3.7m/m以下，荷重消失時(shí)變形量為0。Deformation of an individual T-bar shall be smaller than 3.7m/m under a load of more than 300kg and

14、 0 when the load is relieved. (4) 單點(diǎn)破壞強(qiáng)度1000kg 以上。Single-point breaking-down strength shall be greater than 1000kg.(5) 可輕易安裝FFU,燈具等設(shè)備。Capable of accommodating FFU, light fixtures and other ancillaries in an easy manner.C. 吊筋螺栓及吊桿 Hanger bolts and rods (1) 吊筋螺栓使用3/8規(guī)格，兩端須有螺槽以利調(diào)整水平高度，外表需電鍍處理；Hanger bo

15、lts are 3/8 with thread slots on both ends for height adjustment. Exterior surfaces shall be treated by plating.(2) 吊桿電鍍處理，厚度2.0m. 以上，兩端亦須有螺槽。Hanger rods are plated to a thickness over 2.0m and machined with thread slots on both ends.D. 連接接頭(1) 直角、三向、十字接頭皆采用鋁合金精密壓鑄一體成型，表面陽極處理。Right angle, three-way

16、and cross connectors are all of aluminum alloy cast precisely into integral pieces and then surface-anodized.(2) 最大負(fù)荷須達(dá)450kgf以上；抗壓破壞強(qiáng)度1500 kg以上，抗拉破壞強(qiáng)度738kg以上 The maximum load bearing capacity must exceed 450kgf, the breaking down strength over 1500kg and the tensile strength over 738kg.(3) 外型尺寸誤差0.1

17、mm以下，目視端正挺直，不得有扭曲變形現(xiàn)象。The tolerance of outside dimensions shall be below 0.1mm. Must be visually upright, square and free of twisting or distortion. (4) 可配搭加裝消防灑水頭、探測器、溫濕度監(jiān)測器穿管及相關(guān)電氣管線接頭。Capable to accommodate penetrating piping of fire sprinklers, detectors and temperature/humidity monitors and othe

18、r relating electrical conduit connectors.E. 襯墊材(GASKETS)(1) 厚度1.5mm，黑色高密度合成橡膠材質(zhì)。1.5mm in thickness, of black high-density synthetic rubber material(2) 單面布膠寬10mm帶狀。Single-side tape of 10mm in width(3) 迫緊密貼于骨架，完成與盲板之間氣密處理。Pressed tight against the framework for air-tightness together with blank panels

19、3. 施工要求 Requirements for work execution3.1 準(zhǔn)備工作：Preparationa. 施工前應(yīng)與無塵室隔間工程配合施工順序及進(jìn)度。Coordinate with dust-free room partitioning work for execution process and progress prior to work commencement.b. 施工時(shí)天花板是否維持高度之水平，若不一致則應(yīng)拆除重新施工。Check ceiling panels for maintenance at the desired height during work ex

Dismantle installation for restart in the event of any non-conformity.c. 完工驗(yàn)收前應(yīng)將表面所有污垢、焦油、油污及脂肪應(yīng)徹底清除干凈。Thoroughly clean away any dirt, oil stain and grease from the surfaces after work completion and before acceptance.3.2 施工規(guī)范 Construction specificationsa. 懸吊梁螺桿需垂直。Suspended screw rods must be set in vertical positions.b. 原則上吊梁每點(diǎn)距離不得大于1.2M。Suspended beams shall be spaced no more than 1.2M centers in general.c. 懸吊梁間需成平行。Suspended beams shall
